Abstract
本发明公开了一种高透湿性防滑无纺布绷带,包括:医用无纺布层、高导湿聚氨酯薄膜层和医用胶黏剂层,所述医用无纺布层为双层中空结构,所述医用无纺布层的表层呈波浪形褶皱状,所述医用无纺布层的底层与所述高导湿聚氨酯薄膜层粘结固定在一起,所述医用胶黏剂层附着在所述医用无纺布层的表层上,并且所述医用无纺布层的中间空腔部填充有活性炭微粒。通过上述方式,本发明具有良好的防滑性,能有效防止包扎后的脱落现象,同时具有良好的导湿性、抑菌抗菌性。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及无纺布制品领域,特别是涉及一种高透湿性防滑无纺布绷带。
背景技术
医用无纺布作为无纺布的一个主要应用方面,发展十分迅速。无纺布技术自其问世四、五十年来已日益成熟。与传统的医用棉制品相比,医用无纺布以对细菌、尘埃、皮屑等过滤性高、便于消毒灭菌、易于复合化和功能化设计的独特优势,倍受人们的青睐。
目前,医用无纺布制品的发展趋势为方便性、舒适性、医疗性、功能性等方面。现如今已开发出了许多新型医用无纺布制品,如医用无纺布绷带由于其具有良好的透气性、舒适性、隔尘、隔菌性而广泛应用于医疗领域,但是现有的医用无纺布绷带包扎后易脱落,并且其透湿性方面还存在一定的缺陷。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高透湿性防滑无纺布绷带,能够解决现有医用无纺布包扎后易脱落、透湿性不好等缺陷。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高透湿性防滑无纺布绷带,包括:医用无纺布层、高导湿聚氨酯薄膜层和医用胶黏剂层,所述医用无纺布层为双层中空结构,所述医用无纺布层的表层呈波浪形褶皱状,所述医用无纺布层的底层与所述高导湿聚氨酯薄膜层粘结固定在一起,所述医用胶黏剂层附着在所述医用无纺布层的表层上,并且所述医用无纺布层的中间空腔部填充有活性炭微粒。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述高导湿聚氨酯薄膜层的厚度为0.1-0.5μm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述波浪形褶皱状表层的波峰高度H为0.2-0.8mm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述活性炭微粒的粒径为0.01-0.05μm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用双层中空结构的医用无纺布、与高导湿聚氨酯薄膜和医用胶黏剂多层复合而成,其中医用无纺布表面呈波浪型褶皱状,使绷带具有良好的防滑性,能有效防止包扎后的脱落现象,同时医用无纺布的底层粘结有高导湿聚氨酯薄膜,使绷带具有良好的导湿性,此外在医用无纺布的中间空腔部填充有活性炭微粒,使绷带具有良好的抑菌、抗菌性。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例包括:
一种高透湿性防滑无纺布绷带,包括:医用无纺布层1、高导湿聚氨酯薄膜层2和医用胶黏剂层3;所述医用无纺布层1为双层中空结构,其内空腔中填充有活性炭微粒4,具有良好的除湿气、抑菌、抗菌作用;
所述医用无纺布层的表层11呈波浪形褶皱状,并在所述表层上附着有医用胶黏剂层3,使绷带具有良好的防滑性,同时具有自粘结性能,能够有效防止包扎后的脱落现象;
所述医用无纺布层的底层12与所述高导湿聚氨酯薄膜层2粘结固定在一起,使绷带具有良好的导湿性能。
优选地,所述高导湿聚氨酯薄膜层2的厚度为0.1-0.5μm,采用较薄的膜层即具有优异的导湿性能,并且能提高绷带的舒适性。
波浪形褶皱状表层11的波峰高度H为0.2-0.8mm,具有良好的防滑性能。
所述活性炭微粒4的粒径为0.01-0.05μm,粒径均匀,抑菌性能优异。
本发明揭示了一种高透湿性防滑无纺布绷带,采用双层中空结构的医用无纺布、与高导湿聚氨酯薄膜和医用胶黏剂多层复合而成,其中医用无纺布表面呈波浪型褶皱状,使绷带具有良好的防滑性,能有效防止包扎后的脱落现象,同时医用无纺布的底层粘结有高导湿聚氨酯薄膜,使绷带具有良好的导湿性,此外在医用无纺布的中间空腔部填充有活性炭微粒,使绷带具有良好的抑菌、抗菌性。

1.一种高透湿性防滑无纺布绷带,其特征在于,包括:医用无纺布层、高导湿聚氨酯薄膜层和医用胶黏剂层,所述医用无纺布层为双层中空结构,所述医用无纺布层的表层呈波浪形褶皱状,所述医用无纺布层的底层与所述高导湿聚氨酯薄膜层粘结固定在一起,所述医用胶黏剂层附着在所述医用无纺布层的表层上,并且所述医用无纺布层的中间空腔部填充有活性炭微粒。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高透湿性防滑无纺布绷带,其特征在于,所述高导湿聚氨酯薄膜层的厚度为0.1-0.5μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高透湿性防滑无纺布绷带,其特征在于,所述波浪形褶皱状表层的波峰高度H为0.2-0.8mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高透湿性防滑无纺布绷带,其特征在于,所述活性炭微粒的粒径为0.01-0.05μm。
