本发明公开了一种甘蔗渣改性环保轻质加气砖,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:甘蔗渣20‑30,凹凸棒土10‑15,水泥30‑40,有机硅树脂YR3370 4‑6,酚醛树脂3‑5,硅烷偶联剂KH‑570 0.3‑0.5,聚乙二醇0.5‑1,铝粉0.1‑0.2,月桂酸1‑2,山梨酸钾0.3‑0.5,改性硅溶胶5‑10,果胶1‑2。本发明的加气砖不仅具有良好的防水抗渗、抗裂性能,抗压性好、耐久性高,而且具有轻质、保温效果好、成本低、节能环保的特点,实用性强。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种甘蔗渣改性环保轻质加气砖及其制备方法。
背景技术
加气砖是以硅质材料(砂、粉煤灰及含硅尾矿等)和钙质材料(石灰、水泥)为主要原料,掺加发气剂(铝粉),通过配料、搅拌、浇注、预养、切割、蒸压、养护等工艺过程制成的一种轻质、多孔的新型建筑材料,具有质量轻、耐火性强、保温效果好、加工性好、价格低等优良特性,是一种较为理想的墙体材料,已经逐渐取代红砖等传统墙体材料得到广泛的应用。但是,加气砖的吸水率高,存在抗渗、抗裂性能差的问题,在应用过程中容易产生裂缝,其饰面易鼓泡、脱落,影响了使用性能和施工质量,需要进一步的开发和改进。甘蔗渣作为一种工业废弃物,其主要成分为纤维,能起到增强作用,合理利用甘蔗渣制作加气砖,成本低、绿色环保,能带来较大的经济效益和环境效益。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种甘蔗渣改性环保轻质加气砖及其制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种甘蔗渣改性环保轻质加气砖,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
甘蔗渣20-30,凹凸棒土10-15,水泥30-40,有机硅树脂YR3370 4-6,酚醛树脂3-5,硅烷偶联剂KH-570 0.3-0.5,聚乙二醇0.5-1,铝粉0.1-0.2,月桂酸1-2,山梨酸钾0.3-0.5,改性硅溶胶5-10,果胶1-2;
其中改性硅溶胶由下列重量份的原料制成:烯基琥珀酸酐0.3-0.5,瓜尔胶0.3-0.5,固含量为30-40%的硅溶胶10-15,木质素磺酸钠0.3-0.5,水10-15;改性硅溶胶的制备方法是先将木质素磺酸钠和烯基琥珀酸酐加入水中搅拌均匀,然后加入瓜尔胶60-80℃搅拌0.5-1h,冷却后加入硅溶胶搅拌均匀,即得。
一种甘蔗渣改性环保轻质加气砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取原料,先将甘蔗渣、凹凸棒土混合后120-150℃处理3-5h,加入月桂酸研磨1-2h后得混合粉体,再将有机硅树脂YR3370、酚醛树脂和硅烷偶联剂KH-570加入6-10倍重量的无水乙醇中混合均匀,然后加入混合粉体和水泥搅拌1-2h,干燥后研磨2-4h,得改性粉体;
(2)将果胶加入适量水中60-80℃搅拌0.5-1h,冷却后加入铝粉和(1)中的改性粉体于50-100r/min条件下搅拌5-10min,得混合料浆;
(3)将(2)中的混合料浆与其余原料混合后浇注入模具并于50-70℃下预养1-2小时,脱模后切割成砖块,然将砖块送入蒸压釜内于0.4-0.6MPa、160-180℃条件下蒸养3-5小时,即得甘蔗渣改性环保轻质加气砖。
本发明的优点是:
本发明通过有机硅树脂和酚醛树脂对甘蔗渣、凹凸棒土和水泥混合粉体进行表面包覆改性,有效改善了粉体的粘结性能和防水性能,同时起到增强的功效;通过烯基琥珀酸酐、瓜尔胶改性硅溶胶,提升硅溶胶的附着性能;各原料复配后,制得的加气砖不仅具有良好的防水抗渗、抗裂性能,抗压性好、耐久性高,而且具有轻质、保温效果好、成本低、节能环保的特点,实用性强。
具体实施方式
一种甘蔗渣改性环保轻质加气砖,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:
甘蔗渣20,凹凸棒土10,水泥30,有机硅树脂YR3370 4,酚醛树脂3,硅烷偶联剂KH-570
0.3,聚乙二醇0.5,铝粉0.1,月桂酸1,山梨酸钾0.3,改性硅溶胶5,果胶1;
其中改性硅溶胶由下列重量份的原料制成:烯基琥珀酸酐0.3,瓜尔胶0.3,固含量为30%的硅溶胶10,木质素磺酸钠0.3,水10;改性硅溶胶的制备方法是先将木质素磺酸钠和烯基琥珀酸酐加入水中搅拌均匀,然后加入瓜尔胶60℃搅拌0.5h,冷却后加入硅溶胶搅拌均匀,即得。
一种甘蔗渣改性环保轻质加气砖的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取原料,先将甘蔗渣、凹凸棒土混合后120℃处理3h,加入月桂酸研磨1h后得混合粉体,再将有机硅树脂YR3370、酚醛树脂和硅烷偶联剂KH-570加入6倍重量的无水乙醇中混合均匀,然后加入混合粉体和水泥搅拌1h,干燥后研磨2h,得改性粉体;
(2)将果胶加入适量水中60℃搅拌0.5h,冷却后加入铝粉和(1)中的改性粉体于50r/min条件下搅拌5min,得混合料浆;
(3)将(2)中的混合料浆与其余原料混合后浇注入模具并于50℃下预养1小时,脱模后切割成砖块,然将砖块送入蒸压釜内于0.4MPa、160℃条件下蒸养3小时,即得甘蔗渣改性环保轻质加气砖。
上述制得的加气砖性能测试结果如下:
容重:550kg/m3;
导热系数:0.119W/m·K;
抗压强度:6.8MPa;
干收缩值:0.19mm/m;
抗渗性:0.03MPa水压下完全渗透的时间≥10h。
Claims (2)
1.一种甘蔗渣改性环保轻质加气砖,其特征在于,其是由下述重量份的原料制得:甘蔗渣20-30,凹凸棒土10-15,水泥30-40,有机硅树脂YR3370 4-6,酚醛树脂3-5,硅烷偶联剂KH-570 0.3-0.5,聚乙二醇0.5-1,铝粉0.1-0.2,月桂酸1-2,山梨酸钾0.3-0.5,改性硅溶胶5-10,果胶1-2;
所述改性硅溶胶由下列重量份的原料制成:烯基琥珀酸酐0.3-0.5,瓜尔胶0.3-0.5,固含量为30-40%的硅溶胶10-15,木质素磺酸钠0.3-0.5,水10-15;改性硅溶胶的制备方法是先将木质素磺酸钠和烯基琥珀酸酐加入水中搅拌均匀,然后加入瓜尔胶60-80℃搅拌0.5-1h,冷却后加入硅溶胶搅拌均匀,即得。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种甘蔗渣改性环保轻质加气砖的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量称取原料,先将甘蔗渣、凹凸棒土混合后120-150℃处理3-5h,加入月桂酸研磨1-2h后得混合粉体,再将有机硅树脂YR3370、酚醛树脂和硅烷偶联剂KH-570加入6-10倍重量的无水乙醇中混合均匀,然后加入混合粉体和水泥搅拌1-2h,干燥后研磨2-4h,得改性粉体;
(2)将果胶加入适量水中60-80℃搅拌0.5-1h,冷却后加入铝粉和(1)中的改性粉体于50-100r/min条件下搅拌5-10min,得混合料浆;
(3)将(2)中的混合料浆与其余原料混合后浇注入模具并于50-70℃下预养1-2小时,脱模后切割成砖块,然将砖块送入蒸压釜内于0.4-0.6MPa、160-180℃条件下蒸养3-5小时,即得甘蔗渣改性环保轻质加气砖。
