Abstract
The invention discloses a pure natural component lip balm formula containing plant essential oil and a preparation method thereof, wherein the formula comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass: 0.01-0.05% of litsea cubeba essential oil; 10% -25% of beeswax; a natural pigment; 0.005% -0.1%; the rest is wheat germ oil. The lip care product has a simple formula, contains various moistening components, does not contain a preservative, is not greasy, can moisten and luster the lips after being smeared, has a good moisturizing effect, and can promote skin metabolism while moisturizing the lips. The biggest difference from the traditional formula is that the litsea cubeba plant essential oil is added, so that the lemon fruit essential oil has the faint scent of the lemon and also has the sterilization effect, and essence and preservative are not added in the formula. The wheat germ oil rich in VE is adopted, so that the condition that VE is added in the formula is avoided.

Background
The daily application of skin cream to the dry lips was not effective. Beeswax is a substance secreted by bees and specially used for building honeycombs, contains acids, free fatty alcohols and carbohydrates, and also contains carotenoids, vitamin A, aromatic substances and the like, has natural antibacterial properties, is not easy to deteriorate, is commonly used for increasing hardness and moistening effects, and is a purely natural moistening agent.
The wheat germ oil is cereal germ oil prepared by taking wheat malt as a raw material, integrates the nutrition essence of wheat, is rich in vitamin E, linoleic acid, linolenic acid and various physiological active components, is a valuable functional food, and has high nutritional value. In particular, vitamin E is contained in the crown of vegetable oil, and is known as a functional oil with nutrition and health care effects. In the formula of the lipstick containing pure natural components, the natural pigment is one or more of liposoluble pigments such as capsorubin, lycopene, carotene, lutein and the like.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the pure natural component lip balm formula containing the plant essential oil, which comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the raw materials according to the weight percentage of the formula;
(2) adding natural pigment into wheat germ oil, stirring, heating to about 50-55 deg.C, adding Cera flava, stirring, adding Litsea cubeba essential oil, and stirring; cooling to obtain the product.

The volume ratio of the litsea cubeba fruits to the volume of the added water to the volume of the pressure container is (10-20): (50-60): 100, most preferably 1:6: 10. In the above steps, it is necessary to pay attention to and control that: the temperature rising rate is not more than 20 ℃/h, and the final temperature of the temperature rising is not more than 115 ℃.
In the test, the unexpected discovery shows that if the mung bean extract is added into the raw materials, the dryness degree of the skin can be improved, and the elasticity of the skin can be maintained. The mung bean extract is subjected to freeze thawing combined with ultrasound, and the damage of the cavitation effect of the ultrasound on cell membranes is beneficial to the release and dissolution of active ingredients.
