本发明的目的是提供一种带拔断功能的汽车启动电源电压检测鳄鱼夹,包括一正极鳄鱼夹结构;一负极鳄鱼夹结构;一接触公头;设置在有接触公头上的正极拔断端和负极拔断端;所述正/负极鳄鱼夹结构由正/负极上盖、正/负极上盖接触片、正/负极拔断接触片、正/负极拔断弹簧、正/负极下盖接触片、正/负极下盖以及正/负极上下盖压力弹簧组成,外正/负极硅胶线通过内部套硅胶线工艺将内正/负极硅胶线套入,正/负极拔断接触片通过内正/负极硅胶线连接至正/负极拔断检测端。所述接触公头、正极拔断检测端以及负极拔断检测端通过包胶将三者包裹在一起。

技术领域
本发明涉及鳄鱼夹技术领域,特别是涉及一种带自动断开功能的汽车启动电源电压检测鳄鱼夹。
背景技术
随着汽车技术的不断发展,汽车电源装置已经日益成熟,但是为了确保汽车启动电源的安全性,需要在连接端之间采用连接端子,设备的安装以及电缆布线、端子的压接完毕后对所有的电缆以及接线端进行检测,以达到自动断开的功能。但是,目前的技术中,若夹子不小心碰到车辆车身,将造成短路,产生较大的火花,造成产品车身报坏或车辆报坏,给检测带来巨大的困难。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种带拔断功能的汽车启动电源电压检测鳄鱼夹,包括
一正极鳄鱼夹结构;
一负极鳄鱼夹结构;
一接触公头;
设置在有接触公头上的正极拔断端和负极拔断端;
所述正极鳄鱼夹结构由正极上盖、正极上盖接触片、正极拔断接触片、正极拔断弹簧、正极下盖接触片、正极下盖以及正极上下盖压力弹簧组成,所述正极上盖接触片与正极下盖接触片通过正极接触片硅胶电线连接,正极上盖接触片通过正极上盖固定螺丝固定在正极上盖里,正极下盖上设有正极下盖接触片,正极下盖接触片上设有正极绝缘夹层,正极绝缘夹层上设有正极拔断弹簧,正极拔断弹簧上设有正极拔断接触片,所述正极拔断接触片、正极拔断弹簧、正极绝缘夹层、正极下盖接触片依次通过正极下盖固定螺丝固定在正极下盖里;
所述负极鳄鱼夹结构由负极上盖、负极上盖接触片、负极拔断接触片、负极拔断弹簧、负极下盖接触片、负极下盖以及负极上下盖压力弹簧组成,所述负极上盖接触片与负极下盖接触片通过负极接触片硅胶电线连接,负极上盖接触片通过负极上盖固定螺丝固定在负极上盖里,负极下盖上设有负极下盖接触片,负极下盖接触片上设有负极绝缘夹层,负极绝缘夹层上设有负极拔断弹簧,负极拔断弹簧上设有负极拔断接触片,所述负极拔断接触片、负极拔断弹簧、负极绝缘夹层、负极下盖接触片依次通过负极下盖固定螺丝固定在负极下盖里;
外正极硅胶线通过内部套硅胶线工艺将内正极硅胶线套入,正极拔断接触片通过内正极硅胶线连接至正极拔断检测端;
外负极硅胶线通过内部套硅胶线工艺将内负极硅胶线套入,负极拔断接触片通过内负极硅胶线连接至负极拔断检测端。
所述接触公头、正极拔断检测端以及负极拔断检测端通过包胶将三者包裹在一起。
所述正极上盖与正极下盖之间设置有正极压力弹簧。
所述负极上盖与负极下盖之间设置有负极压力弹簧。
所述正极拔断检测端以及负极拔断检测端内分别设置有快速插头的电连接器,所述快速插头的电连接器连接拆下钳位检测单元。
本发明具有如下优势,
本发明具有如下优势,
1.此款线夹为汽车启动电源内部新增汽车电瓶电压检测自动断开功能。
2.主硅胶线采用:硅胶线内部套硅胶线工艺。
3.汽车启动电源与汽车电瓶正确连接后,此夹子将通知主机打开内部输出,以便启动汽车。若有任何一个夹子脱落,将自动关断内部输出,确保夹子在空闲状态下不带电,极大提高了启动电源的安全性及可靠性。

下面将结合附图以及具体实施例来详细说明本发明,在此本发明的示意性实施例以及说明用来解释本发明,但并不作为对本发明的限定。
参照图1至图5,本发明的目的是提供一种带拔断功能的汽车启动电源电压检测鳄鱼夹,包括
一正极鳄鱼夹结构A;
一负极鳄鱼夹结构B;
一接触公头20;
设置在有接触公头20上的正极拔断端21和负极拔断端22;
所述正极鳄鱼夹结构A由正极上盖1、正极上盖接触片2、正极拔断接触片5、正极拔断弹簧6、正极下盖接触片8、正极下盖9以及正极上下盖压力弹簧10组成,所述正极上盖接触片2与正极下盖接触片8通过正极接触片硅胶电线12连接,正极上盖接触片2通过正极上盖固定螺丝3固定在正极上盖1里,正极下盖9上设有正极下盖接触片8,正极下盖接触片8上设有正极绝缘夹层7,正极绝缘夹层7上设有正极拔断弹簧6,正极拔断弹簧6上设有正极拔断接触片5,所述正极拔断接触片5、正极拔断弹簧6、正极绝缘夹层7、正极下盖接触片8依次通过正极下盖固定螺丝4固定在正极下盖9里;
所述正极鳄鱼夹结构A由正极上盖01、正极上盖接触片02、正极拔断接触片05、正极拔断弹簧06、正极下盖接触片08、正极下盖09以及正极上下盖压力弹簧010组成,所述正极上盖接触片02与正极下盖接触片08通过正极接触片硅胶电线012连接,正极上盖接触片02通过正极上盖固定螺丝03固定在正极上盖01里,正极下盖09上设有正极下盖接触片08,正极下盖接触片08上设有正极绝缘夹层07,正极绝缘夹层07上设有正极拔断弹簧06,正极拔断弹簧06上设有负极拔断接触片05,所述正极拔断接触片05、正极拔断弹簧06、正极绝缘夹层07、正极下盖接触片08依次通过正极下盖固定螺丝04固定在正极下盖09里;
外正极硅胶线13通过内部套硅胶线工艺将内正极硅胶线11套入,正极拔断接触片5通过内正极硅胶线11连接至正极拔断检测端21;
外负极硅胶线013通过内部套硅胶线工艺将内负极硅胶线011套入,负极拔断接触片05通过内负极硅胶线011连接至负极拔断检测端22。
所述接触公头20、正极拔断检测端21以及负极拔断检测端22通过包胶19将三者包裹在一起。
所述正极上盖1与正极下盖9之间设置有正极压力弹簧10。
所述负极上盖01与负极下盖09之间设置有负极压力弹簧010。
所述正极拔断检测端21以及负极拔断检测端22内分别设置有快速插头的电连接器,所述快速插头的电连接器连接拆下钳位检测单元。
以正极为例:
其工作时,先检查好正负极检测端的连线是接触良好以及是否出现正负极接错现象,准备就绪后,正极检测端连接至电池,正极检测端分别进入一个12V的电压输入至快速插头的电连接器,经过快速插头的电连接器连接至拆下钳位检测单元,在电池的输出端、快速插头的电连接器的输入端设置有正极信号模式。正极拔断接触片5通过与汽车电瓶的正极接触可检测到电瓶电压信号传送到主机,通过是否与电瓶正负极接触而使主机芯片来判断是否需要开关电源。为了防止主机误判,在正极拔断接触片与正极上下盖接触片之间通过正极绝缘夹层起到相互绝缘,正极拔断接触片下部装有弹簧装置,在与汽车电瓶相接时能使让主机通过正极上下盖接触片输出工作时间无误。
其工作电路原理如图5所示,图中,EC5为快速插头的电连接器的电路图,EC6拆下钳位检测单元的电路图。

一正极鳄鱼夹结构;
一负极鳄鱼夹结构;
一接触公头;
设置在有接触公头上的正极拔断端和负极拔断端;
所述正极鳄鱼夹结构由正极上盖、正极上盖接触片、正极拔断接触片、正极拔断弹簧、正极下盖接触片、正极下盖以及正极上下盖压力弹簧组成,所述正极上盖接触片与正极下盖接触片通过正极接触片硅胶电线连接,正极上盖接触片通过正极上盖固定螺丝固定在正极上盖里,正极下盖上设有正极下盖接触片,正极下盖接触片上设有正极绝缘夹层,正极绝缘夹层上设有正极拔断弹簧,正极拔断弹簧上设有正极拔断接触片,所述正极拔断接触片、正极拔断弹簧、正极绝缘夹层、正极下盖接触片依次通过正极下盖固定螺丝固定在正极下盖里;
所述负极鳄鱼夹结构由负极上盖、负极上盖接触片、负极拔断接触片、负极拔断弹簧、负极下盖接触片、负极下盖以及负极上下盖压力弹簧组成,所述负极上盖接触片与负极下盖接触片通过负极接触片硅胶电线连接,负极上盖接触片通过负极上盖固定螺丝固定在负极上盖里,负极下盖上设有负极下盖接触片,负极下盖接触片上设有负极绝缘夹层,负极绝缘夹层上设有负极拔断弹簧,负极拔断弹簧上设有负极拔断接触片,所述负极拔断接触片、负极拔断弹簧、负极绝缘夹层、负极下盖接触片依次通过负极下盖固定螺丝固定在负极下盖里;
外正极硅胶线通过内部套硅胶线工艺将内正极硅胶线套入,正极拔断接触片通过内正极硅胶线连接至正极拔断检测端;
外负极硅胶线通过内部套硅胶线工艺将内负极硅胶线套入,负极拔断接触片通过内负极硅胶线连接至负极拔断检测端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带拔断功能的汽车启动电源电压检测鳄鱼夹,其特征在于,所述接触公头、正极拔断检测端以及负极拔断检测端通过包胶将三者包裹在一起。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带拔断功能的汽车启动电源电压检测鳄鱼夹,其特征在于,所述正极上盖与正极下盖之间设置有正极压力弹簧。
4.根据权利要求1所述的带拔断功能的汽车启动电源电压检测鳄鱼夹,其特征在于,所述负极上盖与负极下盖之间设置有负极压力弹簧。
5.根据权利要求1所述的带拔断功能的汽车启动电源电压检测鳄鱼夹,其特征在于,所述正极拔断检测端以及负极拔断检测端内分别设置有快速插头的电连接器,所述快速插头的电连接器连接拆下钳位检测单元。
