Abstract
本发明公开了一种隔热外墙涂料,由以下成份按照一定重量份配制而成:聚氨酯乳液10‑100份、滑石粉2‑5份、碳酸钙1‑3份、钛白粉0.5‑0.8份、吐温80 0.1‑0.3份、增稠剂0.1‑0.3份、消泡剂0.1‑0.3份、去离子水80‑120份。本发明采用以聚氨酯乳液为主要成膜物质作为基底的涂料,其不仅能与羟基树脂结合,还能与底材中的羟基结合,形成牢固的化学键和氢键,增强了与底材的粘附力;而加入了钛白粉后,由于钛白粉性质上具有一定的反射隔热能力,并能与聚氨酯乳液具备相容特性,具有遮盖力高,消色力强,明度值大,稳定性好等一系列优点。本发明可广泛应用于办公楼、写字楼外的隔热外墙。

技术领域
本发明涉及涂料领域,具体涉及一种隔热外墙涂料。
背景技术
聚氨酯采用的主要原料异氰酸酯,其不仅能与羟基树脂结合,还能与底材中的羟基结合,形成牢固的化学键和氢键,增强了与底材的粘附力。随着聚氨酯的深化研究,聚氨酯涂料发展速度尤为迅速。
太阳辐射穿过大气层到达地面主要集中在可见光和红外光区部分(0.25~2.5μm),能量分布上而言,可见光区占50%,红外光区占43%,紫外光区占7%。市场上一般的聚氨酯反射隔热涂料仅具备防护保护功能,无法对有害的太阳辐射进行吸收,不具备隔热效果。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种使用寿命长、高粘附力且具备隔热效果隔热外墙涂料。
一种隔热外墙涂料,其特征在于,由以下成份按照一定重量份配制而成:
聚氨酯乳液 10-100份
滑石粉 2-5份
碳酸钙 1-3份
钛白粉 0.5-0.8份
吐温80 0.1-0.3份
增稠剂 0.1-0.3份
消泡剂 0.1-0.3份
去离子水 80-120份。
作为优选的技术方案之一,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂为明胶、酪蛋白酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺的混合物。
作为优选的技术方案之一,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂为乳化硅油。
作为优选的技术方案之一,其特征在于,所述的碳酸钙为轻质碳酸钙和重质碳酸钙按照1:3混合而成。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用以聚氨酯乳液为主要成膜物质作为基底的涂料,其不仅能与羟基树脂结合,还能与底材中的羟基结合,形成牢固的化学键和氢键,增强了与底材的粘附力;而加入了钛白粉后,由于钛白粉性质上具有一定的反射隔热能力,并能与聚氨酯乳液具备相容特性,具有遮盖力高,消色力强,明度值大,稳定性好等一系列优点。
本产品可广泛应用于办公楼、写字楼外的隔热外墙。

实施例2:一种隔热外墙涂料,其特征在于,由以下成份按照一定重量份配制而成:聚氨酯乳液20份;滑石粉3份;碳酸钙2份;钛白粉0.7份;吐温80 0.2份;消泡剂0.2份;去离子水100份;明胶、酪蛋白酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺的混合物0.2份。
实施例3:一种隔热外墙涂料,其特征在于,由以下成份按照一定重量份配制而成:聚氨酯乳液20份;滑石粉3份;碳酸钙2份;钛白粉0.7份;吐温80 0.2份;增稠剂0.2份;乳化硅油0.2份;去离子水100份。
实施例4:一种隔热外墙涂料,其特征在于,由以下成份按照一定重量份配制而成:聚氨酯乳液20份;滑石粉3份;轻质碳酸钙0.5份;重质碳酸钙1.5份;钛白粉0.7份;吐温800.2份;增稠剂0.2份;消泡剂0.2份;去离子水100份。

1.一种隔热外墙涂料,其特征在于,由以下成份按照一定重量份配制而成:
聚氨酯乳液 10-100份
滑石粉 2-5份
碳酸钙 1-3份
钛白粉 0.5-0.8份
吐温80 0.1-0.3份
增稠剂 0.1-0.3份
消泡剂 0.1-0.3份
去离子水 80-120份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的隔热外墙涂料,其特征在于,所述的增稠剂为明胶、酪蛋白酸钠、聚丙烯酰胺的混合物。
3.根据权利要求1所述的隔热外墙涂料,其特征在于,所述的消泡剂为乳化硅油。
4.根据权利要求1所述的隔热外墙涂料,其特征在于,所述的碳酸钙为轻质碳酸钙和重质碳酸钙按照1:3混合而成。
