本发明公开了一种耐热聚丙烯塑料膜,该塑料膜以重量份计由下列组分组成:聚丙烯树脂55‑65份,聚丙烯10‑25份,聚乙烯醇5‑8份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯3‑8份,硬脂酸镁4份,聚乙烯蜡2‑4份,增塑剂2‑4份,二氧化硅2‑4份,抗氧剂3‑5份。本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点:(1)本发明生产的塑料制品价格低廉、生产工艺简单;(2)添加抗氧剂和二氧化硅能使产品在较高的温度的情况下化学性能依然稳定,不会挥发出刺激性气体。

本发明涉及一种塑料膜,尤其涉及一种耐热聚丙烯塑料膜。
背景技术
随着经济的发展,塑料在工业和生活中得到了广泛的应用。 塑料、合成橡胶、合成纤维三大合成材料在当今世界中的广泛应用是众所周知的,而且以塑料最首,作为现在社会四大基础材料之一,塑料目前在建筑、电力、电讯、电器、能源、交通运输、农业、医疗卫生、宇航、信息和国防工业等领域的应用数量和应用范围都在与日俱增。塑料作为一种重要的替代材料具有许多优良性能,如质量轻、有极大的可塑性等,但是绝大多数塑料都有其一个共同的弱点,就是它们在温度较高的情况下化学性能不稳定容易产生有刺激性气体,例如塑料茶杯、太空杯等。现研究一种化学性能稳定、耐热温度高的塑料制品,即耐热塑料制品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种耐热聚丙烯塑料膜,通过发明一种聚丙烯塑料膜的配方并通过添加抗氧剂和二氧化硅解决聚丙烯塑料膜存在耐热性差的问题。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种耐热聚丙烯塑料膜,该塑料膜以重量份计由下列组分组成:聚丙烯树脂55-65份,聚丙烯10-25份,聚乙烯醇5-8份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯3-8份,硬脂酸镁4份,聚乙烯蜡2-4份,增塑剂2-4份,二氧化硅2-4份,抗氧剂3-5份。
进一步地,所述聚丙烯树脂为低密度聚丙烯树脂,增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010或1076的一种。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明的聚丙烯塑料膜通过抗氧剂和二氧化硅的添加使得薄膜具有良好的耐热性能,同时具有塑料质轻,化学性能稳定;硬度高耐冲击性能好等优点。

实施例一
一种耐热聚丙烯塑料膜,该塑料膜以重量份计由下列组分组成:聚丙烯树脂60份,聚丙烯15份,聚乙烯醇6份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯4份,硬脂酸镁4份,聚乙烯蜡3份,增塑剂2份,二氧化硅2份,抗氧剂4份。
其中,聚丙烯树脂为低密度聚丙烯树脂,增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂1076的一种。
实施例二
一种耐热聚丙烯塑料膜,该塑料膜以重量份计由下列组分组成:聚丙烯树脂55份,聚丙烯18份,聚乙烯醇7份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯3份,硬脂酸镁4份,聚乙烯蜡4份,增塑剂3份,二氧化硅3份,抗氧剂3份。
其中,聚丙烯树脂为低密度聚丙烯树脂,增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂1076的一种。
实施例三
一种耐热聚丙烯塑料膜,该塑料膜以重量份计由下列组分组成:聚丙烯树脂62份,聚丙烯11份,聚乙烯醇6份,甲基丙烯酸甲酯5份,硬脂酸镁4份,聚乙烯蜡2份,增塑剂4份,二氧化硅2份,抗氧剂4份。
其中,聚丙烯树脂为低密度聚丙烯树脂,增塑剂为邻苯二甲酸二丁酯,抗氧剂为抗氧剂1010或抗氧剂1076的一种。
