本发明公开了一种水分散粒剂,包含以下重量比的组分:有效成分5%‑80%、润湿剂2%‑5%、分散剂2%‑7%、崩解剂3%‑20%、成粒剂5%‑25%、消泡剂0.1%‑0.3%、防板结剂0.1%‑0.5%和填料余量。本发明水分散粒剂的无水制备工艺,在加工过程中,没有水分的加入,一些对水分敏感的原药有效成分可以用此方法制成水分散粒剂使用。本发明克服了悬浮剂和可湿性粉剂的缺点,兼备了环保和使用成本低的优点。该方法降低了对环境的污染,而且降低了农民使用成本,是目前农药制剂剂型发展的一大趋势。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水分散粒剂及其无水制备工艺。
背景技术
传统农药的使用,主要是乳油及粉剂,在过去生产力水平不是很高的情况下,为了防止病虫害,夺取农业丰收,保障人民生活起到了不可替代的作用。然而,随着人民生活水平的提高,对农产品的品质要求也相应提高,而且国际社会对生态环境保护及实行可持续发展的呼声要求也相应提高,相比之下,乳油和粉剂的应用弊端也显而易见。而慢慢向环保型剂型转变。
水分散粒剂是一种新型剂型,近几年国内外科研单位、企业比较关注这种剂型的研究。水分散粒剂是用来自自然界或合成的填料加适宜的助剂,经特殊工艺造粒而成。水分散粒剂易于使用,对人类和环境安全,易于控制释放和定向,所以水分散粒剂是替代传统乳油和粉剂的一种最佳选择。
水分散粒剂现行的造粒方法主要为旋流造粒和挤压造粒。而这两种造粒方法均需要加入适量的水才能进行造粒,造粒温度一般在50℃-100℃,在这样一种润湿高温的条件下大部分遇水分解的原药均不能制成水分散粒剂。本发明为无水制法,在某种程度上克服了遇水分解的问题,使以前不能制成水分散粒剂的原药也能制成水分散粒剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是克服现有技术中存在的环境污染、危害人体健康及使用成本高等缺点而开发的一种高含量,环保型,利用率高的水分散粒剂。
一种水分散粒剂,包含以下重量比的组分:有效成分5%-80%、润湿剂2%-5%、分散剂2%-7%、崩解剂3%-20%、成粒剂5%-25%、消泡剂0.1%-0.3%、防板结剂0.1%-0.5%和填料余量。
所述有效成分为灭蝇胺、啶虫脒、苯醚甲环唑或烟嘧磺隆。
所述有效成分为氟菌唑与啶酰菌胺。
所述有效成分为甲霜灵与烯酰吗啉。
所述的润湿剂为皂素、亚硫酸纸浆废液、十二烷基硫酸钠、磺基琥珀辛酯钠盐、烷基丁二酸磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸盐中的一种或几种的混合。
所述的分散剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、木质素磺酸盐、聚羧酸盐、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸中的一种或几种的混合。
所述的崩解剂为硫酸钠、氯化钙、聚乙烯吡咯酮、尿素、羧甲基淀粉钠、碳酸钠、硫酸铵、氯化钠中的一种或几种的混合。
所述的成粒剂为葡萄糖、麦芽糖、果糖中的一种或几种的混合。所述的消泡剂剂为有机物硅酮类、C8~10的脂肪醇、C10~20饱和脂肪族羟酸及其脂类、酯-醚型化合物、异辛醇中的一种或几种的混合。所述的防板结剂为十八烷胺、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、磺基丁二酸二丁酯钠盐、油酸钠中的一种或几种的混合。
所述的填料为高岭土、硅藻土、轻质碳酸钙、白炭黑、凹凸棒土、玉米淀粉、海泡石、方解石、硅石、叶蜡石、木糖醇、蒙脱石、陶土中的一种或几种的混合。
所述的一种水分散粒剂的制备方法,分为以下步骤:
(1)按照配方称取原料,将其混合均匀;
(2)经气流粉碎机将以上混合物经超微粉碎后得到母粉;
(3)将超微粉碎后得到的母粉称取一定的量放入旋化流化床升温软化;
(4)在挤压造粒设备中挤压造粒;
(5)加入防板结剂并对颗粒进行冷却;
(6)将冷却的粒状物进行筛分、分析检验后即得到水分散粒剂。
本发明研制了以矿物类、植物类或含有填料类物质作为载体,加入助剂等,使之造粒成型为水分散粒剂。该水分散粒剂能在水中迅速崩解分散形成悬浮液。本发明的水分散粒剂性能稳定、包装、贮存、运输都很方便。
与现有技术对比,本发明的优点和积极效果在于:
①既不需要用有机溶剂,又没有粉尘漂移,不会燃烧、不会***,可以节约石油资源和减轻环境污染,生产和使用过程中对作业者和环境安全。
②可以根据需要加工成高含量的制剂,节约包装、贮存、运输成本。
③物理、化学性质稳定,不易分解变质。
④成品为颗粒状固体,流动性好,倾倒后补粘壁,不会残留在包装容器内形成二次污染。
⑤可用纸质包装,便于回收销毁或自然降解。
⑥药粒分散后直径极细,有利于靶标充分吸收发挥作用,可以降低有效成分用量,提高效果。
⑦本发明中由于加入了不同成分的助剂,使得本发明具有活性组分含量高,环境污染小,崩解速度快,分散性能好及热贮性能稳定等优点,在使用中除草效能高,安全性好。

实施例1:80%灭蝇胺水分散粒剂
称取灭蝇胺原粉81%,润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠2%,分散剂萘磺酸盐8906 3%、木质素磺酸钠2%,崩解剂硫酸钠3%,成粒剂葡萄糖5%,消泡剂异辛醇0.1%、,防板结剂0.1%,载体高岭土补至100%;将灭蝇胺和除防板结剂外的其余助剂按配方比例于无重力混合机中混合20分钟,再将其混合物放入双螺旋混合机(Ⅰ)中,边混合边经气流粉碎机粉碎达到粒径1000目以上,通过旋风分离机和布袋除尘器收集,最后于双螺旋混合机(Ⅱ)中再次混合30分钟,得到均匀的母粉。准确称取定量的母粉于旋流机中加热软化,将物料倒入挤压造粒机中造粒,最后加入防板结剂并冷却,得到光滑圆柱状水分散粒剂,然后进行筛分得到均匀的80%灭蝇胺水分散粒剂。经检验有效成分含量为80.2%,水分≤0.3%,PH值7.2,悬浮率≥90%,持久起泡性(1min)≤10mL,润湿性≤1min,粉尘≤1.0%,加速热贮稳定性合格。用于防治美洲斑潜蝇,每公顷用80%灭蝇胺水分散粒剂200克(有效成分)兑水喷雾,防效为87%~95%。
实施例2:40%啶虫脒水分散粒剂
称取啶虫脒原粉40.5%,润湿剂磺基琥珀辛酯钠盐5%,分散剂萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物7%、木质素磺酸钙盐3%,崩解剂硫酸钠10%,成粒剂果糖10%,消泡剂异辛醇0.2%,防板结剂0.3%,载体高岭土补至100%;将啶虫脒和除防板结剂外的其余助剂按配方比例于无重力混合机中混合20分钟,再将其混合物放入双螺旋混合机(Ⅰ)中,边混合边经气流粉碎机粉碎达到粒径1000目以上,通过旋风分离机和布袋除尘器收集,最后于双螺旋混合机(Ⅱ)中再次混合30分钟,得到均匀的母粉。准确称取定量的母粉于旋流机中加热软化,将物料倒入挤压造粒机中造粒,最后加入防板结剂并冷却,得到光滑圆柱状水分散粒剂,然后进行筛分得到均匀的40%啶虫脒水分散粒剂。经检验有效成分含量为40.1%,水分≤0.3%,pH值6.9,悬浮率≥95%,持久起泡性(1min)≤10mL,润湿性≤1min,粉尘≤1.0%,加速热贮稳定性合格。用于甘蓝防治蚜虫。每公顷用40%啶虫脒水分散粒剂15克(有效成分)对水喷雾,防效为92%~95%。
实施例3:37%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂
称取苯醚甲环唑原粉37.2%,润湿剂十二烷基硫酸钠4%,分散剂萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物3%、木质素磺酸钠4%,崩解剂尿素20%,成粒剂葡萄糖13%,消泡剂有机硅酮0.3%,防板结剂0.3%,载体硅藻土补至100%,将苯醚甲环唑和除防板结剂外的其余助剂按配方比例于无重力混合机中混合20分钟,再将其混合物放入双螺旋混合机(Ⅰ)中,边混合边经气流粉碎机粉碎达到粒径1000目以上,通过旋风分离机和布袋除尘器收集,最后于双螺旋混合机(Ⅱ)中再次混合30分钟,得到均匀的母粉。准确称取定量的母粉于旋流机中加热软化,将物料倒入挤压造粒机中造粒,最后加入防板结剂并冷却,得到光滑圆柱状水分散粒剂,然后进行筛分得到均匀的37%苯醚甲环唑水分散粒剂。经检验有效成分含量为37.1%,水分≤0.3%,pH值7.2,悬浮率≥90%,持久起泡性(1min)≤10mL,润湿性≤1min,粉尘≤1.0%,加速热贮稳定性合格。用于防治苦瓜白粉病,芹菜斑枯病。用药剂量分别为110克(有效成分)/公顷,55克(有效成分)/公顷,防效为80%~92%。

称取甲霜灵原粉8.1%,烯酰吗啉22.2%,润湿剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚2%,分散剂对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸4%、木质素磺酸钙盐2%,崩解剂硫酸钠20%,成粒剂15%,消泡剂C8~10的脂肪醇0.2%,防板结剂0.2%,载体硅藻土补至100%,将甲霜灵、烯酰吗啉和除防板结剂外的其余助剂按配方比例于无重力混合机中混合20分钟,再将其混合物放入双螺旋混合机(Ⅰ)中,边混合边经气流粉碎机粉碎达到粒径1000目以上,通过旋风分离机和布袋除尘器收集,最后于双螺旋混合机(Ⅱ)中再次混合30分钟,得到均匀的母粉。准确称取定量的母粉于旋流机中加热软化,将物料倒入挤压造粒机中造粒,最后加入防板结剂并冷却,得到光滑圆柱状水分散粒剂,然后进行筛分得到均匀的8%甲霜灵22%烯酰吗啉水分散粒剂。经检验有效成分含量为8.05%甲霜灵22%烯酰吗啉,水分≤0.3%,pH值6.9,悬浮率≥95%,持久起泡性(1min)≤10mL,润湿性≤1min,粉尘≤1.0%,加速热贮稳定性合格。用于防治葡萄霜霉病,用药剂量为300-350克(有效成分)/公顷,防效为93%~96%。
实施例6:5.7%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水分散粒剂
称取甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐5.7%,润湿剂磺基琥珀辛酯钠盐3%,分散剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠3%、木质素磺酸钠4%,崩解剂尿素10%,成粒剂20%,,消泡剂C8~10的脂肪醇0.2%,防板结剂0.1%,载体玉米淀粉补至100%,将甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐和除防板结剂外的其余助剂按配方比例于无重力混合机中混合20分钟,再将其混合物放入双螺旋混合机(Ⅰ)中,边混合边经气流粉碎机粉碎达到粒径1000目以上,通过旋风分离机和布袋除尘器收集,最后于双螺旋混合机(Ⅱ)中再次混合30分钟,得到均匀的母粉。准确称取定量的母粉于旋流机中加热软化,将物料倒入挤压造粒机中造粒,最后加入防板结剂并冷却,得到光滑圆柱状水分散粒剂,然后进行筛分得到均匀的5.7%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐水分散粒剂。经检验有效成分含量为5.69%,水分≤0.3%,pH值6.9,悬浮率≥95%,持久起泡性(1min)≤10mL,润湿性≤1min,粉尘≤1.0%,加速热贮稳定性合格。用于防治小菜蛾,用药剂量1.5-2克(有效成分)/公顷,防效为80%~90%。
实施例7:75%烟嘧磺隆水分散粒剂
称取烟嘧磺隆原粉76%,润湿剂磺基琥珀辛酯钠盐2%,分散剂脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠4%、木质素磺酸钠3%,崩解剂尿素5%,成粒剂蔗糖5%,消泡剂C8~10的脂肪醇0.1%,防板结剂0.1%,载体海泡石补至100%,将烟嘧磺隆和除防板结剂外的其余助剂按配方比例于无重力混合机中混合20分钟,再将其混合物放入双螺旋混合机(Ⅰ)中,边混合边经气流粉碎机粉碎达到粒径1000目以上,通过旋风分离机和布袋除尘器收集,最后于双螺旋混合机(Ⅱ)中再次混合30分钟,得到均匀的母粉。准确称取定量的母粉于旋流机中加热软化,将物料倒入挤压造粒机中造粒,最后加入防板结剂并冷却,得到光滑圆柱状水分散粒剂,然后进行筛分得到均匀的75%烟嘧磺隆水分散粒剂。经检验有效成分含量为75.2%,水分≤0.3%,pH值6.9,悬浮率≥95%,持久起泡性(1min)≤10mL,润湿性≤1min,粉尘≤1.0%,加速热贮稳定性合格。
本发明的水分散粒剂,经试验表明,该产品具有很好的分散性,崩解速度快,崩解时间小于1min;热贮稳定性好;而且在使用过程中粘着率高、持效期长。本发明在生产应用中的防效好,经试验证明,对防治对象的防治效果均能达到80%以上;安全性好。

Claims (10)

1.一种水分散粒剂,其特征在于,包含以下重量比的组分:有效成分5%-80%、润湿剂2%-5%、分散剂2%-7%、崩解剂3%-20%、成粒剂5%-25%、消泡剂0.1%-0.3%、防板结剂0.1%-0.5%和填料余量。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种水分散粒剂,其特征在于:所述有效成分为灭蝇胺、啶虫脒、苯醚甲环唑或烟嘧磺隆。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种水分散粒剂,其特征在于:所述有效成分为氟菌唑与啶酰菌胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种水分散粒剂,其特征在于:所述有效成分为甲霜灵与烯酰吗啉。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种水分散粒剂,其特征在于:所述的润湿剂为皂素、亚硫酸纸浆废液、十二烷基硫酸钠、磺基琥珀辛酯钠盐、烷基丁二酸磺酸盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基萘磺酸盐中的一种或几种的混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种水分散粒剂,其特征在于:所述的分散剂为烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚甲醛缩合物、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠、木质素磺酸盐、聚羧酸盐、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、对甲氧基脂肪酰胺基苯磺酸中的一种或几种的混合;所述的崩解剂为硫酸钠、氯化钙、聚乙烯吡咯酮、尿素、羧甲基淀粉钠、碳酸钠、硫酸铵、氯化钠中的一种或几种的混合;所述的成粒剂为葡萄糖、麦芽糖、果糖中的一种或几种的混合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种水分散粒剂,其特征在于:所述的消泡剂剂为有机物硅酮类、C8~10的脂肪醇、C10~20饱和脂肪族羟酸及其脂类、酯-醚型化合物、异辛醇中的一种或几种的混合。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种水分散粒剂,其特征在于:所述的防板结剂为十八烷胺、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、磺基丁二酸二丁酯钠盐、油酸钠中的一种或几种的混合。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种水分散粒剂,其特征在于:所述的填料为高岭土、硅藻土、轻质碳酸钙、白炭黑、凹凸棒土、玉米淀粉、海泡石、方解石、硅石、叶蜡石、木糖醇、蒙脱石、陶土中的一种或几种的混合。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种水分散粒剂的无水制备工艺,其特征在于,分为以下步骤:
(1)按照配方称取原料,将其混合均匀;
(2)经气流粉碎机将以上混合物经超微粉碎后得到母粉;
(3)将超微粉碎后得到的母粉称取一定的量放入旋化流化床升温软化;
(4)在挤压造粒设备中挤压造粒;
(5)加入防板结剂并对颗粒进行冷却;
(6)将冷却的粒状物进行筛分、分析检验后即得到水分散粒剂。
