Abstract

一种用于车辆的液压泵总成
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于车辆的液压驱动器,更具体地,本发明涉及一种在液压车辆***中用于扭矩控制的可逆液压泵总成。
背景技术
液压驱动器在车辆中通常用于驱动各种类型的***,如AWD联轴器和换档。
在EP2310709中描述了一种电轴向活塞泵,该电轴向活塞泵具有离心阀装置,允许其控制压力输出。此装置可以控制某一个***,例如AWD联轴器,比如果用比例电磁阀控制相同的联轴器应当具有更低的滞后性。此外,离心阀装置不需要微滤器。对于包括两个联轴器或一个联轴器以及一个换档的应用,所描述的电轴向活塞泵必须提供有额外的电气转换阀。
为了降低复杂性、重量和成本,期望提供一种用于在车辆应用中,并且最好是用于具有两个联轴器或一个联轴器和一个换挡的应用的改进的液压泵总成。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种与双向控制组合的液压泵总成。
根据本发明的各个方面,提供一种与独立权利要求中所阐述的特征一致的液压泵总成。优选的实施方式由所附的从属权利要求限定。

具体实施方式
图1示出了用于泵总成100的液压***图,泵总成100可以应用于车辆中的各种液压驱动器。泵总成100包括电机102和液压泵104,以及与压力溢流阀108连接的离心调节器106。泵总成100例如可基于均与本申请为同一申请人的EP2310709或EP2486279中所述的相同的原理。泵总成100优选地设置有双向控制,由此通过使用正电压或负电压来获得的简单且安全的解决方案。
通过增加两个输入止回阀110、112和两个输出止回阀114、116,使得流动方向取决于电机的旋转方向。正如在图1中可以看出,第一端口118可连接到第一驱动器(未示出),如液压控制的联轴器或液压控制的换档,并且第二端口120可连接到第二驱动器(未示出),如液压控制的联轴器或液压控制的换档。
当电机102在第一方向上旋转时,液压流体将从存储容器122引出经由第一输入止回阀110,通过泵104,到达第二端口120。第一输出止回阀114与溢流阀108流体连接。
当电机102在相反方向上旋转时,液压流体将从存储容器122引出,经由第二输入止回阀112,通过泵104,到达第一端口118。第二输出止回阀116与溢流阀108流体连接。
还设置了第三端口124。第三端口124可以与第一端口118或者第二端口120组合,或者与第一端口118和第二端口120组合在一起。来自第三端口124的压力将不取决于电机102的旋转方向。
现在转向图2和图3,其中更详细地示出了泵总成100的一种实施方式。泵总成包括电机102和液压泵104,以及与压力溢流阀108相连接的离心调节器106。泵总成100例如可基于均与本申请为同一申请人的EP2310709或EP2486279中所述的相同的原理。然而,泵盖130上设置有额外的泵板132,该泵板132容纳输入和输出止回阀110、112、114、116。
在泵总成100的垫圈板中也优选地采取使第一和第二端口118、120更对称的措施。
一种可交替的使用可以为第三端口124与第一或第二端口118、120中的一个组合使用,或者第三端口124与第一和第二端口118,120共同组合在一起使用。来自第三端口124的压力将不取决于旋转方向。
图4示出了液压驱动器200的一种实施方式,液压驱动器200包括两个液压驱动离合器或联轴器202、204。联轴器202、204是通过与已经由图1所描述的相同的可逆泵总成100的方式被驱动的。因此,当电机102在第一方向上被驱动时,第一联轴器202将被驱动,而当电机102在相反方向上被驱动时,第二联轴器204将被驱动。
图5示出了液压驱动器200的一种实施方式,液压驱动器200包括一个液压驱动的活塞206。活塞206例如可以是移动活塞,在变速箱中,所述活塞206用于在低档齿轮和高档齿轮之间进行变换,然而也可以设置一个额外的联轴器(未示出)以在两个车轮驱动模式和四轮驱动模式下进行变换。用于驱动活塞206的泵总成100是基于EP2486279的泵总成,但泵总成100包括止回阀110、112、114、116,用于提供与图1描述一致的可逆性。第一和第二端口118、120被连接到活塞206相对侧,由此有可能通过控制泵总成100的电机102的旋转方向以控制活塞206的运动方向。
应该理解的是,上述描述的具体实施方式可以在不脱离由所附的权利要求所定义的范围进行组合。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于车辆的液压泵总成,包括
电机(102)、由所述电机(102)驱动的液压泵(104)以及与压力溢流阀(108)连接的离心调节器(106),所述压力溢流阀(108)连接到所述液压泵(104)的出油口,
其特征在于,所述泵总成(100)还包括至少两个输入止回阀(110,112)和至少两个输出止回阀(114,116),所述输入止回阀(110,112)和所述输出止回阀(114,116)设置为:当所述电机在第一方向上旋转时形成第一压力出口(118),以及当所述电机在相反的方向上旋转时形成第二压力出口(120)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的液压泵总成,其中,所述输出止回阀(114,116)设置在每个压力出口(118,120)和所述压力溢流阀(108)之间。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的液压泵总成,其中,所述输入止回阀(110,112)中的一个被布置在当所述电机(102)在第一方向上旋转时所述泵(104)的第一吸入侧上,并且所述输入止回阀(110,112)中的另一个被布置在当所述电机(102)在相反的方向上旋转时所述泵(104)的另一吸入侧上。
4.一种液压驱动器(200),包括根据前述任意一项所述的液压泵总成(100),以及连接到所述第一压力出口(118)的第一联轴器(202)和连接到所述第二压力出口(120)的第二联轴器(204)。
5.一种液压驱动器(200),包根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的液压泵总成(100)以及活塞(206),其中所述活塞(206)的第一侧被连接到所述第一压力出口(118),并且所述活塞(206)的第二侧连接到所述第二压力出口(120)。
6.一种轮式车辆,包括根据权利要求4或5所述的液压驱动器。
