技术领域
本发明涉及羽绒服面料技术领域,具体涉及一种具有防水功能的羽绒服面料。
背景技术
羽绒服内充羽绒填料的上衣,外形庞大圆润。羽绒服一般鸭绒量占一半以上,同时可以混杂一些细小的羽毛,将鸭绒清洗干净,经高温消毒,之后填充在衣服中就是羽绒服了。羽绒服保暖性最好。多为寒冷地区的人们穿着,也为极地考察人员所常用。
羽绒服中的填充物,最常见的是鹅绒和鸭绒,这两种按颜色分,又可分为白绒和灰绒。在市面上的羽绒服按照价格来看,排序为:白鹅绒>灰鹅绒>白鸭绒>灰鸭绒。可能受到售价排序的影响,很多人因此就认为这些绒在质量上也是这样排序,其实不然。通过对羽绒方面的理论研究和实际体验,一般来说相同质量和含绒量的鹅绒比鸭绒的保暖性、蓬松度等好些。
羽绒服里面包含绒子和羽毛。绒子是长在鹅鸭等水鸟的脖子到胸腹之间不含羽梗的毛,由于这个部位的毛经常浸在水中,所以不仅具有一定的防水性,而且它的保暖抗寒能力也是全身毛中最好的。另外,因为这部位的绒毛没有羽梗,非常柔软,纤维长而蓬松度高,折合体积较小,是制作羽绒服最上乘的材料。羽绒服里的羽毛,是指除了上面所说的绒毛之外全身上其他部位的毛,一般是呈片状的,中间有羽梗。羽毛的保暖度较有限,没有绒毛好。
目前,羽绒服防水功能一般,有时候雨水淋湿了,其内部的填充物就会结块,难以晒干,且其保暖性能也大打折扣,亟待改进。

作为优选,所述的防水涂层由如下重量份的组分组成:改性聚氨酯树脂65-80份、碳酸钙30-40份、二甲基含氢聚硅氧烷8-10份、纳米氧化钛10-15份、环氧化橡胶粉末8-15份、硅烷偶联剂8-15份、聚丙烯酸钠2-5份、交联剂5-10份、有机硅流平剂0.4-1份、水35-50份。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防水功能的羽绒服面料,其特征在于:所述的防水涂层由如下重量份的组分组成:改性聚氨酯树脂70-80份、碳酸钙30-35份、二甲基含氢聚硅氧烷8-9份、纳米氧化钛10-12份、环氧化橡胶粉末10-15份、硅烷偶联剂10-15份、聚丙烯酸钠4-5份、交联剂5-9份、有机硅流平剂0.6-1份、水40-50份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防水功能的羽绒服面料,其特征在于:所述的防水涂层由如下重量份的组分组成:改性聚氨酯树脂70-80份、碳酸钙35-40份、二甲基含氢聚硅氧烷9-10份、纳米氧化钛12-15份、环氧化橡胶粉末14-15份、硅烷偶联剂14-15份、聚丙烯酸钠4-5份、交联剂7-10份、有机硅流平剂0.8-1份、水40-50份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有防水功能的羽绒服面料,其特征在于:所述的防水涂层由如下重量份的组分组成:改性聚氨酯树脂75份、碳酸钙40份、二甲基含氢聚硅氧烷9份、纳米氧化钛15份、环氧化橡胶粉末15份、硅烷偶联剂14份、聚丙烯酸钠5份、交联剂8份、有机硅流平剂1份、水50份。
