Abstract

本发明涉及一种化工生产装置,具体为自动传送装置,包括打捞传送带、沥水传送带和水平传送带;所述的打捞传送带倾斜安装,打捞传送带表面有多个平行的斜板,所述的斜板上有透水孔;所述的沥水传送带的进料端安装在打捞传送带出料端的下方,沥水传送带上分布有沥水孔,沥水传送带出料端的辊轴安装在升降支架上;所述的水平传送带安装在沥水传送带的出料端下方。本发明提供的自动传送装置,通过打捞传送带、沥水传送带有效的将水分滤出,并将物料进入水平传送带,输入到烘干机内,提高了沥水和传送效率。

本发明涉及一种化工生产装置,具体为自动传送装置。
背景技术
化工企业中,有些物料制备完成后,需要经过清洗去除残留物,传统工艺是沥水清洗打捞出,静置沥水,然后再搬运到传送带送入干燥器,效率低。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种沥水和运输一起进行的装置。
具体技术方案为:
自动传送装置,包括打捞传送带、沥水传送带和水平传送带;所述的打捞传送带 倾斜安装,打捞传送带表面有多个平行的斜板,所述的斜板上有透水孔;所述的沥水传送带的进料端安装在打捞传送带出料端的下方,沥水传送带上分布有沥水孔,沥水传送带出料端的辊轴安装在升降支架上;所述的水平传送带安装在沥水传送带的出料端下方。
所述的沥水传送带的进料端上方安装有阻挡板,阻挡板底部有硬毛刷,硬毛刷底部与沥水传送带接触。
本发明提供的自动传送装置,通过打捞传送带、沥水传送带有效的将水分滤出,并将物料进入水平传送带,输入到烘干机内,提高了沥水和传送效率。

如图1所示,自动传送装置,包括打捞传送带1、沥水传送带3和水平传送带9;所述的打捞传送带1 倾斜安装,打捞传送带1表面有多个平行的斜板2,所述的斜板2上有透水孔;所述的沥水传送带3的进料端安装在打捞传送带1出料端的下方,沥水传送带3上分布有沥水孔,沥水传送带3出料端的辊轴安装在升降支架6上;所述的水平传送带9安装在沥水传送带3的出料端下方。
所述的沥水传送带3的进料端上方安装有阻挡板7,阻挡板7底部有硬毛刷8,硬毛刷8底部与沥水传送带3接触。
打捞传送带1的进料端安装在清洗池内,通过打捞传送带1转动,带动斜板2将清洗池内的物料捞起,并向斜上方运动,斜板2上有透水孔,将水分漏出;然后将物料从出料端落入到沥水传送带3的进料端,阻挡板7防止物料从沥水传送带3上下滑,硬毛刷8可以阻挡住物料,将水分滤出。通过根据物料含水的情况,调整升降支架6,从而调整沥水传送带3的倾斜角度。沥水结束后的物料进入水平传送带9,输入到烘干机内。

1.自动传送装置,其特征在于:包括打捞传送带(1)、沥水传送带(3)和水平传送带(9);所述的打捞传送带(1) 倾斜安装,打捞传送带(1)表面有多个平行的斜板(2),所述的斜板(2)上有透水孔;所述的沥水传送带(3)的进料端安装在打捞传送带(1)出料端的下方,沥水传送带(3)上分布有沥水孔,沥水传送带(3)出料端的辊轴安装在升降支架(6)上;所述的水平传送带(9)安装在沥水传送带(3)的出料端下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动传送装置,其特征在于:所述的沥水传送带(3)的进料端上方安装有阻挡板(7),阻挡板(7)底部有硬毛刷(8),硬毛刷(8)底部与沥水传送带(3)接触。
