技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐低温高性能耐用零件。
背景技术
近几年,中国铸造装备行业取得了迅猛的发展,造型设备、制芯设备、砂处理设备、浇注设备等在产品性能、可靠性、自动化程度等方面都取得了长足的进步,并向绿色铸造方向逐步迈进。
现有技术中使用的各种管状零部件大多为单一材质制成,如塑料管材或金属管材,使用领域比较单一,无法满足当下日益增长的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用双重管材复合而成,塑料管材耐低温、强度高、硬度大、质量好,金属管材机械强度大、耐低温性好、耐蚀性好的耐低温高性能耐用零件。
本发明的技术方案是,一种耐低温高性能耐用零件,包括外部的塑料管材和内部的金属管材,所述塑料管材由聚乙烯塑料、填充剂、晶核剂、抗静电剂以及分散剂组成,所述填充剂为玻璃粉,所述晶核剂为二氧化钛,所述抗静电剂为聚醚酰亚胺,所述分散剂为聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯,所述塑料管材中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚乙烯塑料占57-63份,所述玻璃粉占22-26份,所述二氧化钛占11-14份,所述聚醚酰亚胺占3-7份,所述聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯占4-8份,所述金属管材由铁、铌、钛以及钼组成,所述金属管材中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述铁占39-44份,所述铌占5-8份,所述钛占7-10份,所述钼占6-11份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述塑料管材中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚乙烯塑料占58份,所述玻璃粉占23份,所述二氧化钛占12份,所述聚醚酰亚胺占4份,所述聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯占5份,所述金属管材中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述铁占40份,所述铌占6份,所述钛占8份,所述钼占7份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述塑料管材中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚乙烯塑料占62份,所述玻璃粉占25份,所述二氧化钛占13份,所述聚醚酰亚胺占6份,所述聚乙二醇脂肪酸酯占7份,所述金属管材中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述铁占43份,所述铌占7份,所述钛占9份,所述钼占10份。
