本发明揭示了一种高韧抗蠕变复合零件,包括外部的塑料管材和内部的金属管材,所述塑料管材由聚硫橡胶、增韧剂、抗冲击改性剂、填充剂以及偶联剂组成,所述增韧剂为聚乙酸乙烯酯,所述抗冲击改性剂为乙丙橡胶,所述填充剂为玻璃纤维,所述偶联剂为甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,所述金属管材由镍、钛、锰以及硅组成。本发明采用双重管材复合而成,塑料管材韧性强、抗冲击强度大、耐老化、抗蠕变性好,金属管材机械强度高、韧性好、抗开裂、抗蠕变性好。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种高韧抗蠕变复合零件。
背景技术
近几年,中国铸造装备行业取得了迅猛的发展,造型设备、制芯设备、砂处理设备、浇注设备等在产品性能、可靠性、自动化程度等方面都取得了长足的进步,并向绿色铸造方向逐步迈进。
现有技术中使用的各种管状零部件大多为单一材质制成,如塑料管材或金属管材,使用领域比较单一,无法满足当下日益增长的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种采用双重管材复合而成,塑料管材韧性强、抗冲击强度大、耐老化、抗蠕变性好,金属管材机械强度高、韧性好、抗开裂、抗蠕变性好的高韧抗蠕变复合零件。
本发明的技术方案是,一种高韧抗蠕变复合零件,包括外部的塑料管材和内部的金属管材,所述塑料管材由聚硫橡胶、增韧剂、抗冲击改性剂、填充剂以及偶联剂组成,所述增韧剂为聚乙酸乙烯酯,所述抗冲击改性剂为乙丙橡胶,所述填充剂为玻璃纤维,所述偶联剂为甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷,所述塑料管材中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述聚硫橡胶占61-68份,所述聚乙酸乙烯酯占22-25份,所述乙丙橡胶占16-20份,所述玻璃纤维占29-33份,所述甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷占5-9份,所述金属管材由镍、钛、锰以及硅组成,所述金属管材中各成分所占重量份数分别为:所述镍占48-53份,所述钛占23-27份,所述锰占10-14份,所述硅占4-8份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述塑料管材中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述聚硫橡胶占62份,所述聚乙酸乙烯酯占23份,所述乙丙橡胶占17份,所述玻璃纤维占30份,所述甲基丙烯酰氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷占6份,所述金属管材中各成分所占重量份数具体为:所述镍占49份,所述钛占24份,所述锰占11份,所述硅占5份。

通过各成分不同重量百分比进行配比,使得得到的功能性合金性能高低不一。
本发明所述为一种高韧抗蠕变复合零件,本发明采用双重管材复合而成,塑料管材韧性强、抗冲击强度大、耐老化、抗蠕变性好,金属管材机械强度高、韧性好、抗开裂、抗蠕变性好。
