Abstract

一种医用无纺布,包括第一无纺布层和第二无纺布层,所述第一无纺布层位于第二无纺布层的上方,第一无纺布层与第二无纺布层通过在两层无纺布两边沿卷料方向间断型超声波焊接的方式连接在一起,相邻两个焊接面之间间距1毫米~5毫米,每个焊接面积为0.5平方厘米~10平方厘米。本发明通过超声波焊接的方式固定连接两层无纺布,使两层无纺布材料表面相互摩擦从而形成材料分子间的熔合进而完成第一层无纺布与第二层无纺布的固定连接,无需添加胶粘剂等物质,避免了胶粘剂引入后对无纺布材料造成的污染,从而避免了因此引起的消毒产生的不良后风险;同时通过对焊接面的间距以及面积的控制,确保了两层无纺布之间稳定可靠的固定连接。

技术领域
本发明涉及手术室医用灭菌包材料技术领域,更确切地说涉及一种医用无纺布。
背景技术
在医院的感染控制中,无菌包的灭菌保存效果至关重要,它直接关系到患者的康复甚至生命。相对于目前在中国广泛采用的重复使用的棉布包装,一次性灭菌包装提供了更安全可靠及经济的选择。目前很多国家及地区均已广泛采用一次性无菌包SMS无纺布替代棉布进行无菌包的包装、灭菌及保存。这种医用灭菌包一般是具有2层阻菌层的医用无纺布构成,但是在生产过程中会出现漏掉一层的现象,这种漏层无纺布降低了灭菌以后的阻菌性能等,为了解决上述漏层问题,目前通常是将这两层材料通过胶粘剂粘接在一起;然而,这种粘接结构因为含有胶粘剂溶剂,会污染材料本身且对消毒产生不良后风险。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于克服现有技术存在的问题,提供一种无污染且连接可靠的医用无纺布。
本发明是通过下述技术方案来解决上述技术问题:一种医用无纺布,包括第一无纺布层和第二无纺布层,所述第一无纺布层位于所述第二无纺布层的上方,所述第一无纺布层与第二无纺布层通过在两层无纺布两边沿卷料方向间断型超声波焊接的方式连接在一起,相邻两个焊接面之间间距1毫米~5毫米,所述每个焊接面积为0.5平方厘米~10平方厘米。
进一步地,所述的超声波焊接在所述焊接面上形成预定的图案。
与现有技术相比,通过超声波焊接的方式固定连接两层无纺布,使两层无纺布材料表面相互摩擦从而形成材料分子间的熔合进而完成第一层无纺布与第二层无纺布的固定连接,无需添加胶粘剂等化学物质,从而避免了胶粘剂引入后对无纺布材料造成的污染,进而避免了因此引起的消毒产生的不良后风险;同时通过对焊接面的间距以及面积的控制,确保了两层无纺布之间稳定可靠的固定连接,确保了后续使用的可靠性。

具体实施方式
实施例1
请一并参阅图1~图3,本发明1包括第一无纺布层11和第二无纺布层12,所述第一无纺布层11位于所述第二无纺布层12的上方。为了避免引入胶粘剂造成污染及后续使用风险,本发明中所述第一无纺布层11与第二无纺布层12采用两端超声波焊接技术进行固定连接,在本实施例中所述第一无纺布层11与第二无纺布层12通过在所述两层无纺布两边沿卷料方向间断型超声波焊接的方式连接在一起;为了确保两层无纺布连接的可靠性,相邻两个焊接面13之间间距控制在1毫米~5毫米,每个焊接面积为0.5平方厘米~10平方厘米。
实施例2
鉴于医用无纺布对污染控制的特殊要求,无纺布上尽量避免出现除无纺布外的任何第三方物质,这样传统方式在无纺布上直接印制厂家LOGO或者其他图案的做法同样是存在污染及后续使用风险的问题。本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,在焊接的同时,就在焊接面处直接通过超声波焊接的方式形成诸如厂家LOGO或者其他预定图案,因为不引入任何第三方物质,从而在满足功能需求的同时,而不会造成对医用无纺布的污染。
具体参见图4和图5所示,医用无纺布1'的焊接面13'处通过超声波焊接形成有预定图案。
本发明医用无纺布,通过超声波焊接的方式固定连接两层无纺布,使两层无纺布材料表面相互摩擦从而形成材料分子间的熔合进而完成第一层无纺布与第二层无纺布的固定连接,无需添加胶粘剂等化学物质,从而避免了胶粘剂引入后对无纺布材料造成的污染,进而避免了因此引起的消毒产生的不良后风险;同时通过对焊接面的间距以及面积的控制,确保了两层无纺布之间稳定可靠的固定连接,确保了后续使用的可靠性。
虽然以上描述了本发明的具体实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员应当理解,这仅是举例说明,本发明的保护范围是由所附权利要求书限定的。本领域的技术人员在不背离本发明的原理和实质的前提下,可以对这些实施方式做出多种变更或修改,但这些变更和修改均落入本发明的保护范围。

1.一种医用无纺布,包括第一无纺布层和第二无纺布层,所述第一无纺布层位于所述第二无纺布层的上方,其特征在于:所述第一无纺布层与第二无纺布层通过在两层无纺布两边沿卷料方向间断型超声波焊接的方式连接在一起,相邻两个焊接面之间间距1毫米~5毫米,所述每个焊接面积为0.5平方厘米~10平方厘米。
2.如权利要求1所述的医用无纺布,其特征在于:所述的超声波焊接在所述焊界面上形成预定的图案。
