本发明公开了一种商务楼顶层结构,其特征是屋面板下面设置拱梁,拱梁截面采用上小下大的梯形,设置双肢抗扭箍筋,拱梁截面中部设置抗扭钢筋,拱梁为椭圆形或者圆形,拱梁下面设置中间柱,边梁下面设置边柱,边柱为中间柱横向或竖向对侧位置,边柱和中间柱之间设置承力梁,在拱梁、承力梁、边梁形成的位置屋面板下面设置网格梁,边梁要增设附加吊筋,在屋面板四角处增加放射钢筋,中间柱上部安装抗震橡胶块。

技术领域
本发明涉及建筑领域,特别涉及一种商务楼顶层结构。
背景技术
传统顶部楼层采用主次梁结构,主梁由于承受很大荷载必须要加大高度,由于顶层结构有效使用空间为梁底至下层楼板的高度,这就限制了顶部楼层的使用功能,如果将承力梁改成高度相同的梁,显然会降低梁高度,但是这会引起承力结构力传递路径的变化,如果不合理会导致局部应力集中造成安全事故。一些商务楼中间要布置吊灯等设备,如果中间有梁的情况下会降低有效使用空间,如何提升商务楼顶层的有效使用空间是工程人员面临的课题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种商务楼顶层结构来解决商务楼顶层有效使用空间不大的问题。
本发明在屋面板下面设置拱梁、承力梁和网格梁,这些梁形成了格构式结构起到了整体承载的效果,并适应了屋面板中间大空间的要求,拱梁将上部荷载合理转换成均布荷载传递给中间柱,并在中间柱上部安装抗震构造。由于该结构中间仅有屋面板,刚度相对较差,在地震力的作用下容易出现结构破坏,尤其是中间柱上部节点受到的力将会很大,故要对中间柱采用有效的抗震技术措施。
屋面板下面设置拱梁,拱梁在受荷过程中不仅会承受屋面板传递过来的竖向荷载,同时还会受到网格梁传递过来的推力,所以在抗扭方面要采取有效的技术措施。拱梁截面采用上小下大的梯形,梯形截面有利于增加拱梁的抗扭惯性矩,梯形上边长度为400~600mm,梯形下边长度为500~800mm,设置双肢抗扭箍筋,拱梁抗扭箍筋间距为50mm,拱梁截面中部设置抗扭钢筋,拱梁抗扭钢筋伸入中间柱的锚固长度达到45~50倍抗扭钢筋直径,通过抗扭钢筋的充分锚固使拱梁获得一个抗扭刚度很大的刚性支座。拱梁为椭圆形或者圆形,椭圆轴线长度为3~8m,圆直径为3~6m,拱梁挠度控制为1/250~1/400,拱梁下面设置中间柱,相邻中间柱之间的距离为0.75~1.8m,边梁下面设置边柱,边柱为中间柱横向或竖向对侧位置,边柱和中间柱之间设置承力梁,承力梁宽度为300~500mm。拱梁、承力梁、边梁形成的屋面板跨度会较大,屋面板跨度会因为跨度过大而出现开裂或挠度过大的现象,故在拱梁、承力梁、边梁形成的位置屋面板下面设置网格梁,网格梁宽度为200~350mm,当拱梁高度小于600mm时,拱梁、承力梁、边梁、网格梁的高度均大于300mm或者小于600mm,承力梁、边梁、网格梁的高度相同可以加强各构件之间的协调受力。当拱梁大于或等于600mm时,拱梁、承力梁、边梁高度均大于600mm或者小于800mm,网格梁的高度要小于或等于600mm。
两个方向网格梁交点的格点处不能看成是网格梁的固定支座,而是网格梁的弹性支座,网格梁只有在两端支承处为固定支座。由此两个方向的网格梁在布筋时,网格梁下面的纵向受拉钢筋不能在格点处断开,而应直通两端支座。钢筋不够长时,必须采用焊接。
在网格梁格点处,两个方向的网格梁在其上部应配置构造负钢筋,构造负钢筋采用相当于其下部纵向受拉钢筋的1/3,且不少于2根直径为12mm的钢筋,以防在荷载不均匀分布时可能产生的负弯矩。负钢筋在两个方向网格梁交点的格点处,一般短跨度方向网格梁下面的纵向受拉钢筋应放在长跨度网格梁受拉钢筋的下面。边梁要增设附加吊筋,吊筋直径为18~22mm,将网格梁的全部支座反力传到边梁的受压区;网格梁靠近梁端的扭矩较大,在靠近梁端跨度的1/4~1/5设范围内置抗扭钢筋,抗扭钢筋设置在网格梁截面中部,抗扭钢筋直径为16~18mm。
在边梁端部一倍梁高的范围内设置加密箍筋,加密箍筋间距为50~75mm,加密箍筋直径为8mm。在屋面板四角处增加放射钢筋,放射钢筋直径为12~16mm。
中间柱上部安装抗震橡胶块,安装位置为拱梁梁底标高以下150~200mm位置,中间柱抗震橡胶块留设预留孔便于中间柱的主筋穿过,抗震橡胶块包括橡胶、上钢板、弹簧、下钢板,上钢板做成折叠型、折叠单元长度为15~20mm,相邻折叠单元坡度为120~140度,上钢板厚度为6~8mm,上钢板下表面焊接弹簧上端,下钢板做成折叠型、折叠单元长度为15~20mm,相邻折叠单元坡度为120~140度,下钢板厚度为6~8mm,下钢板上表面焊接弹簧下端,上钢板和下钢板通过弹簧联成整体,上钢板和下钢板距离为40~50mm,抗震橡胶块厚度为100~150mm,在地震来临时抗震橡胶块一方面通过橡胶来缓冲地震力,另一方面弹簧通过伸缩来耗散地震能量,还可以通过上钢板和下钢板的折叠变形来缓解地震力。
本发明具有力学性能好、安全可靠的优点,具有较好的应用前景。

以下结合附图对本实施例进行详细描述。
本实施例在屋面板7下面设置拱梁1,拱梁1截面采用上小下大的梯形,梯形上边长度为500mm,梯形下边长度为600mm,设置双肢抗扭箍筋,拱梁1抗扭箍筋间距为50mm,拱梁1截面中部设置抗扭钢筋,拱梁1抗扭钢筋伸入中间柱2的锚固长度达到45倍抗扭钢筋直径。拱梁1为椭圆形或者圆形,椭圆短轴线长度为4m,椭圆长轴线长度为6m,拱梁1挠度控制为1/300,拱梁1下面设置中间柱2,边梁4下面设置边柱5,边柱5为中间柱2横向或竖向对侧位置,边柱5和中间柱2之间设置承力梁3,承力梁3宽度为400mm。在拱梁1、承力梁3、边梁4形成的位置屋面板7下面设置网格梁6,网格梁6宽度为300mm,拱梁1、承力梁3、边梁4、网格梁6的高度均为550mm。
两个方向的网格梁6在布筋时,网格梁6下面的纵向受拉钢筋不能在格点处断开,而应直通两端支座。钢筋不够长时,必须采用焊接。
在网格梁6格点处,两个方向的网格梁6在其上部应配置构造负钢筋,构造负钢筋采用2根直径为14mm的钢筋。负钢筋在两个方向网格梁6交点的格点处,短跨度方向网格梁6下面的纵向受拉钢筋应放在长跨度网格梁6受拉钢筋的下面。边梁4要增设附加吊筋,吊筋直径为20mm;网格梁6靠近梁端的扭矩较大,在靠近梁端跨度的1/4设范围内置抗扭钢筋,抗扭钢筋设置在网格梁6截面中部,抗扭钢筋直径为16mm。
在边梁4端部一倍梁高的范围内设置加密箍筋,加密箍筋间距为50mm,加密箍筋直径为8mm。在屋面板7四角处增加放射钢筋,放射钢筋直径为14mm。
中间柱2上部安装抗震橡胶块,安装位置为拱梁1梁底标高以下180mm位置,中间柱2抗震橡胶块留设预留孔便于中间柱2的主筋穿过,抗震橡胶块包括橡胶8、上钢板9、弹簧10、下钢板11,上钢板9做成折叠型、折叠单元长度为18mm,相邻折叠单元坡度为125度,上钢板9厚度为7mm,上钢板9下表面焊接弹簧10上端,下钢板11做成折叠型、折叠单元长度为18mm,相邻折叠单元坡度为125度,下钢板11厚度为7mm,下钢板11上表面焊接弹簧10下端,上钢板9和下钢板11通过弹簧10联成整体,上钢板9和下钢板11距离为45mm,抗震橡胶块厚度为120mm,在地震来临时抗震橡胶块一方面通过橡胶8来缓冲地震力,另一方面弹簧10通过伸缩来耗散地震能量,还可以通过上钢板9和下钢板11的折叠变形来缓解地震力。

Claims (7)

1.一种商务楼顶层结构,其特征是屋面板下面设置拱梁,拱梁截面采用上小下大的梯形,梯形上边长度为400~600mm,梯形下边长度为500~800mm,设置双肢抗扭箍筋,拱梁抗扭箍筋间距为50mm,拱梁截面中部设置抗扭钢筋,拱梁抗扭钢筋伸入中间柱的锚固长度达到45~50倍抗扭钢筋直径;拱梁为椭圆形或者圆形,椭圆轴线长度为3~8m,圆直径为3~6m,拱梁挠度控制为1/250~1/400,拱梁下面设置中间柱,相邻中间柱之间的距离为0.75~1.8m,边梁下面设置边柱,边柱为中间柱横向或竖向对侧位置,边柱和中间柱之间设置承力梁,承力梁宽度为300~500mm;在拱梁、承力梁、边梁形成的位置屋面板下面设置网格梁,网格梁宽度为200~350mm;在网格梁格点处,两个方向的网格梁在其上部应配置构造负钢筋,负钢筋在两个方向网格梁交点的格点处,短跨度方向网格梁下面的纵向受拉钢筋应放在长跨度网格梁受拉钢筋的下面;边梁要增设附加吊筋,吊筋直径为18~22mm;网格梁靠近梁端跨度的1/4~1/5设范围内置抗扭钢筋,在边梁端部一倍梁高的范围内设置加密箍筋,在屋面板四角处增加放射钢筋,放射钢筋直径为12~16mm;中间柱上部安装抗震橡胶块。
2.根据权利要求1所述的商务楼顶层结构,其特征是当拱梁高度小于600mm时,拱梁、承力梁、边梁、网格梁的高度均大于300mm或者小于600mm;当拱梁大于或等于600mm时,拱梁、承力梁、边梁高度均大于600mm或者小于800mm,网格梁的高度要小于或等于600mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的商务楼顶层结构,其特征是网格梁的构造负钢筋采用相当于其下部纵向受拉钢筋的1/3,且不少于2根直径为12mm的钢筋。
4.根据权利要求1所述的商务楼顶层结构,其特征是两个方向的网格梁在布筋时,网格梁下面的纵向受拉钢筋不能在格点处断开,而应直通两端支座;钢筋不够长时,必须采用焊接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的商务楼顶层结构,其特征是网格梁抗扭钢筋设置在网格梁截面中部,抗扭钢筋直径为16~18mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的商务楼顶层结构,其特征是边梁加密箍筋间距为50~75mm,加密箍筋直径为8mm。
7.根据权利要求1所述的商务楼顶层结构,其特征是抗震橡胶块安装位置为拱梁梁底标高以下150~200mm位置,中间柱抗震橡胶块留设预留孔便于中间柱的主筋穿过,抗震橡胶块包括橡胶、上钢板、弹簧、下钢板,上钢板做成折叠型、折叠单元长度为15~20mm,相邻折叠单元坡度为120~140度,上钢板厚度为6~8mm,上钢板下表面焊接弹簧上端,下钢板做成折叠型、折叠单元长度为15~20mm,相邻折叠单元坡度为120~140度,下钢板厚度为6~8mm,下钢板上表面焊接弹簧下端,上钢板和下钢板通过弹簧联成整体,上钢板和下钢板距离为40~50mm,抗震橡胶块厚度为100~150mm。
