本发明提供了一种低压母线槽用耐腐蚀涂料及其涂装工艺。该低压母线槽用耐腐蚀涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成:环氧树脂70~80份;聚酰胺树脂30~40份;铝粉3~8份;分散剂5~8份;消泡剂2~5份;酚醛胺固化剂5~15份;及促进剂1~3份。上述低压母线槽用耐腐蚀涂料,结构简单,配置方便,成本较低,无危害,防腐效果好,延长低压母线的使用寿命,提高安全性,更能满足厂家的需求。

技术领域
本发明涉及低压母线领域,特别是涉及一种低压母线槽用耐腐蚀涂料及其涂装工艺。
背景技术
目前低压母线槽大量使用于工业生产中,而且使用普遍,但是在使用过程中由于安装在密闭的空间中,耐腐蚀和耐高温性能差,导致减少使用寿命,造成短路,并且载流量低,影响正常工作,增加成本。
发明内容
基于此,有必要提供一种提高低压母线槽耐腐蚀性能的低压母线槽用耐腐蚀涂料。
一种低压母线槽用耐腐蚀涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成:环氧树脂70~80份;聚酰胺树脂30~40份;铝粉3~8份;分散剂5~8份;消泡剂2~5份;酚醛胺固化剂5~15份;及促进剂1~3份。
在其中一个实施例中,所述分散剂为硅烷偶联剂。
在其中一个实施例中,所述硅烷偶联剂为甲基丙烯酰氧基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂。
在其中一个实施例中,所述促进剂为异辛酸钴和环烷酸钴中的一种或多种。
一种低压母线槽用耐腐蚀涂料的涂装工艺,包括以下步骤:将所有所述组分按照重量份数混合搅拌均匀,采用无气喷涂方法对低压母线槽外表面进行喷涂,室温固化得0.3~0.5mm涂层,即得到成品。
上述低压母线槽用耐腐蚀涂料,结构简单,配置方便,成本较低,无危害,防腐效果好,延长低压母线的使用寿命,提高安全性,更能满足厂家的需求。

一种低压母线槽用耐腐蚀涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成:环氧树脂70~80份;聚酰胺树脂30~40份;铝粉3~8份;分散剂5~8份;消泡剂2~5份;酚醛胺固化剂5~15份;及促进剂1~3份。
优选的,分散剂为硅烷偶联剂。硅烷偶联剂为甲基丙烯酰氧基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂。促进剂为异辛酸钴和环烷酸钴中的一种或多种。
一种低压母线槽用耐腐蚀涂料的涂装工艺,包括以下步骤:将所有所述组分按照重量份数混合搅拌均匀,采用无气喷涂方法对低压母线槽外表面进行喷涂,室温固化得0.3~0.5mm涂层,即得到成品。
上述低压母线槽用耐腐蚀涂料,结构简单,配置方便,成本较低,无危害,防腐效果好,延长低压母线的使用寿命,提高安全性,更能满足厂家的需求。

实施例1
一种低压母线槽用耐腐蚀涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成:环氧树脂70份;聚酰胺树脂30份;铝粉3份;分散剂5份;消泡剂2份;酚醛胺固化剂5份;及促进剂1份。
其中,分散剂为甲基丙烯酰氧基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂。促进剂为异辛酸钴。
一种低压母线槽用耐腐蚀涂料的涂装工艺,包括以下步骤:将所有组分按照重量份数混合搅拌均匀,采用无气喷涂方法对低压母线槽外表面进行喷涂,室温固化得0.3mm涂层,即得到成品。
实施例2
一种低压母线槽用耐腐蚀涂料,由以下重量份的组分组成:环氧树脂80份;聚酰胺树脂40份;铝粉8份;分散剂8份;消泡剂5份;酚醛胺固化剂15份;及促进剂3份。
其中,分散剂为甲基丙烯酰氧基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂。促进剂为环烷酸钴。
一种低压母线槽用耐腐蚀涂料的涂装工艺,包括以下步骤:将所有组分按照重量份数混合搅拌均匀,采用无气喷涂方法对低压母线槽外表面进行喷涂,室温固化得0.5mm涂层,即得到成品。

1.一种低压母线槽用耐腐蚀涂料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的组分组成:环氧树脂70~80份;聚酰胺树脂30~40份;铝粉3~8份;分散剂5~8份;消泡剂2~5份;酚醛胺固化剂5~15份;及促进剂1~3份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低压母线槽用耐腐蚀涂料,其特征在于,所述分散剂为硅烷偶联剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的低压母线槽用耐腐蚀涂料,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂为甲基丙烯酰氧基三甲氧基硅烷偶联剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低压母线槽用耐腐蚀涂料,其特征在于,所述促进剂为异辛酸钴和环烷酸钴中的一种或多种。
5.一种如权利要求1~4任意一项所述的低压母线槽用耐腐蚀涂料的涂装工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:将所有所述组分按照重量份数混合搅拌均匀,采用无气喷涂方法对低压母线槽外表面进行喷涂,室温固化得0.3~0.5mm涂层,即得到成品。
