Abstract

本发明涉及一种防火阻燃的节能涂料在建筑领域中的应用。该节能涂料由丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯、醇酸树脂、聚酯树脂、丙醇、氨水、玻化微珠、十二醇、十八酸正丁酯、辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚、消泡剂、润湿分散剂、流平剂、钇、氢氧化镁、去离子水组成。采用本发明的节能建筑涂料,具有优异的机械性能和附着力,隔热、保温,平衡室内环境温度,节能环保,且防火阻燃性能佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种节能涂料,尤其涉及一种用于建筑墙体的防火阻燃节能涂料。
背景技术
在能源危机的影响下,能源消耗是当今世界面临的重大问题。节能减排已经成为各行业急于解决的首要问题。随着生活水平的提高,人们对室内环境舒适度的要求也日益增加,建筑能耗在能源消费总量中所占的比例日益增加。建筑耗能一般包括建筑采暖、降温、电气、照明等所使用的能源,其中以采暖和降温能量消耗最多。所以建筑节能主要还是建筑物的保温隔热。因此,选用合适的主墙体材料、外墙保温涂料和门窗材料,加强保温隔热,是建筑节能的根本途径。
相变材料(PCM-Phase Change Material)是指随温度变化而改变物质状态并能提供潜热的物质。相变过程时,相变材料将吸收或释放大量的潜热。因此,利用这一原理,可将相变材料应用于建筑领域,主要具有节能作用,可达节能60%-99%。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有防火阻燃功能的节能涂料,并用于建筑领域。该节能涂料的组成及各组分的重量份如下:

其中,丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯是采用物理共混法,将稳定的聚氨酯乳液与丙烯酸酯乳液通过机械搅拌混合均匀,得到丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯。十二醇优选有机蒙脱土改性的十二醇;十八酸正丁酯优选有机蒙脱土改性的十八酸正丁酯;辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚优选有机蒙脱土改性的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚。有机蒙脱土是指用合适的有机物,如季铵盐等对蒙脱土进行有机化处理,将季铵盐等有机处理剂通过离子交换***到蒙脱土片层间。消泡剂优选有机硅类消泡剂。润湿分散剂优选聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚类、聚(甲基)丙烯酸钠盐类、聚(甲基)丙烯酸铵盐类湿润分散剂。流平剂优选聚二甲基硅氧烷、烷基改性有机硅氧烷、氟改性丙烯酸酯类流平剂。
该具有防火阻燃功能、用于建筑外墙的节能涂料的制备方法如下:将丙烯酸酯改性水性聚氨酯和醇酸树脂在搅拌器中高速搅拌,混合均匀,得混合料A;将有机蒙脱土改性的十二醇、有机蒙脱土改性的十八酸正丁酯和有机蒙脱土改性的辛基酚聚氧乙烯醚与玻化微珠混合、搅拌,得混合料B;将混合料A与混合料B在高混机中搅拌混合,并依次加入润湿分散剂、聚酯树脂、丙醇、钇、氢氧化镁、去离子水、消泡剂和流平剂进行高速搅拌,混合均匀;最后加入氨水调节pH值在8-8.5,高速搅拌,得节能涂料。
采用本发明的节能建筑涂料,具有优异的机械性能和附着力,隔热、保温,平衡室内环境温度,节能环保,且防火阻燃性能佳。

6.如权利要求1所述的节能涂料在建筑领域中的应用,其特征在于,消泡剂为有机硅类消泡剂,润湿分散剂为聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚类、聚(甲基)丙烯酸钠盐类、聚(甲基)丙烯酸铵盐类湿润分散剂,流平剂为聚二甲基硅氧烷、烷基改性有机硅氧烷、氟改性丙烯酸酯类流平剂。
