本发明公开了一种环保智能电网用发光本安四芯复合低压电缆及其制备方法,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由单根圆形绝缘线芯和多根扇形绝缘线芯绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处填充无卤低烟玻璃纤维绳,在缆芯外绕包陶瓷化防火层,陶瓷化防火层外绕包金属铠装层,金属铠装层内嵌入高导合金丝,外挤包高强度无卤低烟阻燃烯烃外护层,在高强度无卤低烟阻燃烯烃外护层内设有荧光感应红色警示色带;所述的圆形绝缘线芯由圆形导体和挤包在圆形导体圆形绝缘层构成;所述的扇形绝缘线芯由扇形导体和挤包在扇形导体外扇形绝缘层构成。本发明采用扇形和圆形相结合的结构,使得电缆的圆整性和各项性能进一步得到提高;结构设计合理,淘汰了落后的产能,实现了科技成果转化,产品性价比大大提高,节约资源,造福人民。

环保智能电网用发光本安四芯复合低压电缆及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及电线电缆领域,具体涉及一种环保型智能电网用0.6/1KV发光本安复合结构低压电力电缆及其制备方法,具体是一种用于电网自动化控制、电力传输信息远程采集、电缆运行本质安全以及电网与电力用户的双向互动的环保型智能电网用额定电压35kV及以下发光本安复合结构电力电缆及其制造方法,其满足了电力供电***向智能、高速、可靠、安全的方向发展的需求。
背景技术
传统工艺制造的电缆,生产工艺成本高,性价比低,工艺技术落后,实用性能差;进口类似产品跟国内电力***不配套,成本将大大提高,且在施工和使用过程中屡屡出现故障,智能化程度低、有卤素不环保、无本质安全功能,无警示等因素导致生产、生活受阻,甚至造成灾难发生。
传统的智能电网用电力电缆生产技术工艺存在以下问题:1)材料本身性能差导致绝缘性能、机械、电气性能差,并且含有卤素; 2)结构不合理,无高导流合金丝,电容和阻抗较大,屏蔽性能和抗干扰性能差,无防爆功能;3)没有荧光感应红色警示色带,电缆施工故障率高,本质安全没有保障;4)缆的阻燃和耐火性能达到A级的同时,生产制造成本高,性价比低; 5)浪费国家资源和社会劳动力。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种具有抗老化、抗脆化性能好,耐气候老化且屏蔽性能、抗干扰性能和防爆性能极好的环保型智能电网用发光本安四芯复合低压电缆。
本发明还公开了该环保型智能电网用发光本安四芯复合低压电缆的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明公开了一种环保智能电网用发光本安四芯复合低压电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由单根圆形绝缘线芯和多根扇形绝缘线芯绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处填充无卤低烟玻璃纤维绳;在缆芯外绕包陶瓷化防火层,陶瓷化防火层外绕包厚度为0.5mm的金属铠装层,金属铠装层内嵌入外径为0.98mm的高导合金丝,外挤包厚度为2.8mm的高强度无卤低烟阻燃烯烃外护层,在高强度无卤低烟阻燃烯烃外护层内设有荧光感应红色警示色带;所述的圆形绝缘线芯由圆形导体和挤包在圆形导体外厚度为1.7mm的圆形绝缘层构成;所述的扇形绝缘线芯由扇形导体和挤包在扇形导体外厚度为1.5mm的扇形绝缘层构成。
优选地,所述的圆形导体由48根Φ2.54mm的高导软铜丝进行圆形纳米模具紧压绞合,绞合外径为18.2mm,横截面为240mm2
优选地,所述的扇形导体由60根Φ2.54mm的高导软铜丝进行扇形纳米模具紧压绞合,绞合外径为19.4mm,横截面为280mm2
优选地,所述的陶瓷化防火层内层为无卤低烟高阻燃包带,外层为厚度1.4mm的陶瓷化防火隔离套。
一种如权利要求1-4任一权利要求所述的环保智能电网用发光本安四芯复合低压电缆的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
1) 电解铜熔炼,连铸连轧出Φ8.0 mm电解高导铜杆 ;
2) 对Φ8.0 mm电解高导铜杆进行拉丝、退火制成Φ2.54mm的高导软铜丝;
3) 先将48根Φ2.54mm的高导软铜丝进行圆形纳米模具紧压绞合,绞合外径为18.2mm的横截面为240mm2的导体;再将60根Φ2.54mm的高导软铜丝进行扇形纳米模具紧压绞合,绞合外径为19.4mm,横截面为280mm2
4) 在圆形导体上采用圆形挤压模具挤压圆形绝缘层构成圆形绝缘线芯,绝缘厚度为1.7mm,绝缘外径为21.6mm;再在扇形导体上采用扇形挤压模具挤压扇形绝缘层构成扇形绝缘线芯,绝缘厚度为1.5mm,绝缘外径为22.8mm;
5) 然后三根扇形绝缘线芯和一根圆形绝缘线并列绞合成缆,缆芯间隙填充无卤低烟玻璃纤维绳,成缆外径55.6mm;
6) 成缆后缆芯外绕包无卤低烟高阻燃包带,并挤制陶瓷化防火隔离套,隔离套厚度为1.4mm;
7) 隔离套外厚度0.5mm、宽度为40mm的双层搭盖绕包镀锌钢带铠装层,并嵌入外径为0.98mm的高导流合金丝;
8) 在钢带铠装层外一次成型挤制热塑性蓝色高强度无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护套和注塑红色荧光感应警示色带,护套厚度为2.8mm;
9)最后,检验合格入库。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明采用高效节能高导导体,并且圆形导体和扇形导体相结合,电阻率比国家规定低了至少20%;金属铠装层嵌入高导流合金丝,电容比普通电力电缆小25﹪以上,阻抗比普通电力电缆小20﹪以上;内护套陶瓷化防火层,电缆的阻燃和耐火性能达到A级的同时,生产制造成本降低至少15﹪,在350℃至700℃之间高温时,能迅速形成坚硬的陶瓷化保护层,该坚硬的陶瓷化保护层在650℃到1000℃高温的火焰中,0.5到2个小时内能够保持结构的完整性,从而起到隔绝火焰、防火的作用,在火灾情况下保证了电力、通讯的畅通,为消防安全赢得宝贵时间;一次成型的蓝色高强度无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护套和荧光感应红色警示色带融入环境中,不仅起到安全警示作用,还美化了城市环境景观,且电缆施工故障率至少降低30﹪,安全系数至少提高25﹪,真正确保了本质安全;本发明采用扇形和圆形相结合的结构,使得电缆的圆整性和各项性能进一步得到提高;结构设计合理,淘汰了落后的产能,实现了科技成果转化,产品性价比大大提高,节约资源,造福人民。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例,进一步阐明本发明,应理解这些实施例仅用于说明本发明而不用于限制本发明的范围,在阅读了本发明之后,本领域技术人员对本发明的各种等价形式的修改均落于本申请所附权利要求所限定的范围。
如图1所示,一种环保智能电网用发光本安四芯复合低压电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由单根圆形绝缘线芯和多根扇形绝缘线芯绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处填充无卤低烟玻璃纤维绳5,在缆芯外绕包陶瓷化防火层6,陶瓷化防火层6外绕包厚度为0.5mm的金属铠装层7,金属铠装层内嵌入外径为0.98mm的高导合金丝8,外挤包厚度为2.8mm的高强度无卤低烟阻燃烯烃外护层9,在高强度无卤低烟阻燃烯烃外护层内设有荧光感应红色警示色带10,融入环境中,不仅起到安全警示作用,还美化了城市环境景观,且电缆施工故障率至少降低30﹪,安全系数至少提高25﹪,真正确保了本质安全;所述的圆形绝缘线芯由圆形导体1和挤包在圆形导体1外厚度为1.7mm的圆形绝缘层2构成;所述的扇形绝缘线芯由扇形导体3和挤包在扇形导体外厚度为1.5mm的扇形绝缘层4构成。
所述的导体由48根Φ2.54mm的高导软铜丝进行纳米模具紧压绞合,绞合外径为18.2mm,横截面为240mm2;所述的陶瓷化防火层内层为无卤低烟高阻燃包带,外层为厚度1.4mm的陶瓷化防火隔离套,在350℃至700℃之间高温时,能迅速形成坚硬的陶瓷化保护层,该坚硬的陶瓷化保护层在650℃到1000℃高温的火焰中,0.5到2个小时内能够保持结构的完整性,从而起到隔绝火焰、防火的作用,在火灾情况下保证了电力、通讯的畅通,为消防安全赢得宝贵时间。
如图2所示,一种环保智能电网用发光本安四芯复合低压电缆的制备方法,步骤如下:
1) 电解铜熔炼,连铸连轧出Φ8.0 mm电解高导铜杆 ;
2) 对Φ8.0 mm电解高导铜杆进行拉丝、退火制成Φ2.54mm的高导软铜丝;
3) 先将48根Φ2.54mm的高导软铜丝进行圆形纳米模具紧压绞合,绞合外径为18.2mm的横截面为240mm2的导体;再将60根Φ2.54mm的高导软铜丝进行扇形纳米模具紧压绞合,绞合外径为19.4mm,横截面为280mm2
4) 在圆形导体上采用圆形挤压模具挤压圆形绝缘层构成圆形绝缘线芯,绝缘厚度为1.7mm,绝缘外径为21.6mm;再在扇形导体上采用扇形挤压模具挤压扇形绝缘层构成扇形绝缘线芯,绝缘厚度为1.5mm,绝缘外径为22.8mm;
5) 然后三根扇形绝缘线芯和一根圆形绝缘线并列绞合成缆,缆芯间隙填充无卤低烟玻璃纤维绳,成缆外径55.6mm;
6) 成缆后缆芯外绕包无卤低烟高阻燃包带,并挤制陶瓷化防火隔离套,隔离套厚度为1.4mm;
7) 隔离套外厚度0.5mm、宽度为40mm的双层搭盖绕包镀锌钢带铠装层,并嵌入外径为0.98mm的高导流合金丝;
8) 在钢带铠装层外一次成型挤制热塑性蓝色高强度无卤低烟阻燃聚烯烃外护套和注塑红色荧光感应警示色带,护套厚度为2.8mm;
9)最后,检验合格入库。

1.一种环保智能电网用发光本安四芯复合低压电缆,包括缆芯,其特征在于,所述的缆芯由单根圆形绝缘线芯和多根扇形绝缘线芯绞合而成;在缆芯的空隙处填充无卤低烟玻璃纤维绳,在缆芯外绕包陶瓷化防火层,陶瓷化防火层外绕包厚度为0.5mm的金属铠装层,金属铠装层内嵌入外径为0.98mm的高导合金丝,外挤包厚度为2.8mm的高强度无卤低烟阻燃烯烃外护层,在高强度无卤低烟阻燃烯烃外护层内设有荧光感应红色警示色带;所述的圆形绝缘线芯由圆形导体和挤包在圆形导体外厚度为1.7mm的圆形绝缘层构成;所述的扇形绝缘线芯由扇形导体和挤包在扇形导体外厚度为1.5mm的扇形绝缘层构成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保智能电网用发光本安四芯复合低压电缆,其特征在于:所述的圆形导体由48根Φ2.54mm的高导软铜丝进行圆形纳米模具紧压绞合,绞合外径为18.2mm,横截面为240mm2
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保智能电网用发光本安四芯复合低压电缆,其特征在于:所述的扇形导体由60根Φ2.54mm的高导软铜丝进行扇形纳米模具紧压绞合,绞合外径为19.4mm,横截面为280mm2
4.根据权利要求1所述的环保智能电网用发光本安四芯复合低压电缆,其特征在于:所述的陶瓷化防火层内层为无卤低烟高阻燃包带,外层为厚度1.4mm的陶瓷化防火隔离套。
5.一种如权利要求1-4任一权利要求所述的环保智能电网用发光本安四芯复合低压电缆的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤如下:
1) 电解铜熔炼,连铸连轧出Φ8.0 mm电解高导铜杆;
2) 对Φ8.0 mm电解高导铜杆进行拉丝、退火制成Φ2.54mm的高导软铜丝;
3) 先将48根Φ2.54mm的高导软铜丝进行圆形纳米模具紧压绞合,绞合外径为18.2mm的横截面为240mm2的导体;再将60根Φ2.54mm的高导软铜丝进行扇形纳米模具紧压绞合,绞合外径为19.4mm,横截面为280mm2
4) 在圆形导体上采用圆形挤压模具挤压圆形绝缘层构成圆形绝缘线芯,绝缘厚度为1.7mm,绝缘外径为21.6mm;再在扇形导体上采用扇形挤压模具挤压扇形绝缘层构成扇形绝缘线芯,绝缘厚度为1.5mm,绝缘外径为22.8mm;
