技术领域
本发明涉及润滑油添加剂技术领域,尤其是涉及一种用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物及润滑油。
背景技术
目前,环境污染和能源紧张日益加剧,促进了新型燃料的研究和应用。甲醛作为一种新型的车用燃料,已经被作为汽车清洁能源,进一步推广应用。
但是甲醇汽油燃料汽车在使用润滑油时遇到许多问题:甲醇含氧量高,容易于与水混溶,高温氧化产物为腐蚀性较强的甲酸等特点,将其作为内燃机燃料使用时容易在发动机缸体产生油泥,结焦,乳化等问题,从而对发动机相关元件产生腐蚀,造成马力下降;因此需要一款适用于甲醇汽油的润滑油。
润滑油添加剂是加入润滑剂中的一种或几种化合物,以使润滑剂得到某种新的特性或改善润滑剂中已有的一些特性。添加剂按功能分主要有抗氧化剂、抗磨剂、摩擦改善剂(又名油性剂)、极压添加剂、清净剂、分散剂、泡沫抑制剂、防腐防锈剂、流点改善剂、粘度指数增进剂等类型。目前市场中所销售的适用于甲醇汽油的润滑油添加剂添加量大、价格昂贵,适用性不强,不利于在甲醇汽油中大量推广。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有问题,本发明提供了一种稳定性高、可适用于各种基础油且添加量少的用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物。
本发明的技术方案为:一种用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物,包括如下重量百分含量的成分:清净剂30-46%、分散剂12-18%、抗氧抗腐剂10-13%、极压抗磨剂5-10%、摩擦改进剂2-6%、金属减活剂1-1.5%、防锈剂5-10%、降凝剂5-10%、抗泡剂0.001-0.007%、粘度指数改进剂10-15%,其中,所述清净剂为高碱性磺酸钙,所述的抗泡剂采用二甲基硅油,所述粘度指数改进剂采用乙烯-丙烯共聚物。
优选地,本发明用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物,包括如下重量百分含量的成分:清净剂35%、分散剂15%、抗氧抗腐剂11.05%、极压抗磨剂6%、摩擦改进剂5%、金属减活剂1.14%、防锈剂6.305%、降凝剂7%、抗泡剂0.005%、粘度指数改进剂13.5%。
本发明所述清净剂用以抑制或清除发动机供油***喷咀等处的沉积物,防止酸化物进一步氧化,不能结垢和沉积于金属表面;所采用的高碱性磺酸钙在中国国内商品名称为T106,有售。
本发明所述分散剂采用高分子丁二酰亚胺或琥珀酸亚胺,使油品使用过程中由于氧化或其他化学作用形成的不溶物质保持悬浮,并防止油垢凝聚和不溶物沉积;高分子丁二酰亚胺在中国国内商品名称为T151,有售。
本发明所述抗氧抗腐剂采用二烷基二硫代硫酸锌(EDDP)或2,6-二叔丁基酚,能抑制油品氧化及保护润滑表面不受水或其他污染物化学侵蚀,缓减油品的氧化作用。二烷基二硫代硫酸锌在中国国内商品名称为T204,有售。
本发明所述极压抗磨剂采用硫代磷酸三苯酯,在极压条件下防止滑动的金属表面烧结、擦伤和磨损。
本发明所述摩擦改进剂采用苯***脂肪胺盐,在边界条件下起增强润滑油的润滑性,降低摩擦系数和防止磨损。苯***脂肪胺盐在中国国内商品名称为T406,有售。
本发明所述的金属减活剂采用二烷基二苯胺,能抑制油品氧化及延长其使用和储存寿命。
本发明所述的防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸与磺酸盐的复合物,其在金属表面形成一层薄膜,保护金属不受水的侵蚀或被氧化。
本发明所述的降凝剂,又称倾点下降剂,采用烷基萘或聚烯烃,能降低润滑油的凝点或倾点,改善油品低温性能。烷基萘在中国国内商品名称为T602,有售。
本发明所述的抗泡剂能抑制或消除油品在应用中产生的气泡;二甲基硅油在中国国内商品名称为T901、T902,有售。
本发明所述的粘度指数改进剂能改善润滑油粘温性能,润滑油的粘度随温度的升高而降低,粘度指数是衡量粘度随温度变化而改变的程度,所采用的乙烯-丙烯共聚物在中国国内商品名称为T611、T614,有售。
本发明还提供了一种润滑油,所述润滑油中含有按重量百分比计6%-10%的上述的润滑油添加剂组合物。
本发明的有益效果为:
1、本发明用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物,由清净剂、分散剂、抗氧抗腐剂、极压抗磨剂、摩擦改进剂、金属减活剂、防锈剂、降凝剂、抗泡剂和粘度指数改进剂通过科学配比制备而成,多种成分之间的同效作用,极大地增强了该添加剂组合物的抗氧化效果和极压抗磨性,且采用乙烯-丙烯共聚物作为粘度指数改进剂,大大改善了该添加剂组合物粘度指数,提高了润滑油添加剂组合物与各种基础油的相容性好,适用广,同时增强了润滑油整体稳定性,保证润滑油长效性,有效提升润滑油的润滑品质;
2、本发明用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物,生产成本低,使用方便,添加量低,利于在甲醇汽油中大量推广,环保节能。

实施例1
一种用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物,包括如下重量百分含量的成分:高碱性磺酸钙35%、高分子丁二酰亚胺15%、二烷基二硫代硫酸锌11.05%、硫代磷酸三苯酯6%、苯***脂肪胺盐5%、二烷基二苯胺1.14%、十二烯基丁二酸与磺酸盐的复合物6.305%、烷基萘7%、二甲基硅油0.005%、乙烯-丙烯共聚物13.5%。
本实施例提供了一种润滑油,该润滑油中含有按重量百分比计6%的上述的用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物。

一种用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物,包括如下重量百分含量的成分:高碱性磺酸钙37%、高分子丁二酰亚胺15%、二烷基二硫代硫酸锌11.5%、硫代磷酸三苯酯6.5%、苯***脂肪胺盐4%、二烷基二苯胺1.0%、十二烯基丁二酸与磺酸盐的复合物6.995%、烷基萘6%、二甲基硅油0.005%、乙烯-丙烯共聚物12%。

一种用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物,包括如下重量百分含量的成分:高碱性磺酸钙32%、琥珀酸亚胺14%、2,6-二叔丁基酚12.29%、硫代磷酸三苯酯7%、苯***脂肪胺盐5%、二烷基二苯胺1.2%、十二烯基丁二酸与磺酸盐的复合物7.505%、烷基萘8%、二甲基硅油0.005%、乙烯-丙烯共聚物13%。
本实施例提供了一种润滑油,该润滑油中含有按重量百分比计7%的上述的用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物。
实施例4
一种用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物,包括如下重量百分含量的成分:高碱性磺酸钙41%、琥珀酸亚胺14%、2,6-二叔丁基酚10.35%、硫代磷酸三苯酯5%、苯***脂肪胺盐6%、二烷基二苯胺1.25%、十二烯基丁二酸与磺酸盐的复合物5.395%、烷基萘5%、二甲基硅油0.005%、乙烯-丙烯共聚物12%。
本实施例提供了一种润滑油,该润滑油中含有按重量百分比计7%的上述的用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物。
经测试:
1、实施例1至实施例4的该润滑油添加剂组合物能与市面销售的多数润滑油基础油如石蜡基基础油、环烷基基础油等均具有良好的相容性,制得的润滑油稳定性高。
2、实施例1至实施例4的润滑油产品,其极压抗磨指标均提高至50%以上,油品润滑效果突出,可节省甲醇燃油高达10%,换油周期可延长至原润滑油的2倍以上,清净效果突出。

Claims (10)

1.一种用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分含量的成分:清净剂30-46%、分散剂12-18%、抗氧抗腐剂10-13%、极压抗磨剂5-10%、摩擦改进剂2-6%、金属减活剂1-1.5%、防锈剂5-10%、降凝剂5-10%、抗泡剂0.001-0.007%、粘度指数改进剂10-15%,其中,所述清净剂为高碱性磺酸钙,所述的抗泡剂采用二甲基硅油,所述粘度指数改进剂采用乙烯-丙烯共聚物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物,其特征在于,包括如下重量百分含量的成分:清净剂35%、分散剂15%、抗氧抗腐剂11.05%、极压抗磨剂6%、摩擦改进剂5%、金属减活剂1.14%、防锈剂6.305%、降凝剂7%、抗泡剂0.005%、粘度指数改进剂13.5%。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物,其特征在于,所述分散剂采用高分子丁二酰亚胺或琥珀酸亚胺。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物,其特征在于,所述抗氧抗腐剂采用二烷基二硫代硫酸锌或2,6-二叔丁基酚。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物,其特征在于,所述极压抗磨剂采用硫代磷酸三苯酯。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物,其特征在于,所述摩擦改进剂采用苯***脂肪胺盐。
7.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物,其特征在于,所述的金属减活剂采用二烷基二苯胺。
8.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物,其特征在于,所述的防锈剂为十二烯基丁二酸与磺酸盐的复合物。
9.根据权利要求1或2所述的用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物,其特征在于,所述的降凝剂采用烷基萘或聚烯烃。
10.一种润滑油,其特征在于,所述润滑油中含有按重量百分比计6%-10%的权利要求1所述的用于甲醇燃料内燃机的润滑油添加剂组合物。
