背景技术
近两年来,绿色环保一直都是装修领域的热门话题,尤其关注家具、橱柜的环保问题。如今,消费者在购买家居产品时对于环保的要求变得越来越高,不仅会详细了解产品的甲醛含量,而且还会优先选择那些得到绿色环保认证的产品。可以说,绿色环保的理念已经深入人心,普通消费者越来越意识到家居环保的重要性。许多建材商反映,通常顾客来到店面咨询的一项重要内容便是产品的环保性能,甚至有人将其视为购买产品与否的第一要素。
橱柜因与人们的一日三餐息息相关,故愈发受到人们的关注。橱柜是指厨房中存放厨具以及做饭操作的平台,使用明度较高的色彩搭配,由五大件组成:柜体、门板、五金件、台面以及电器。
目前市场的橱柜大多为实木型。实木制作橱柜门板,风格多为古典型,通常价位较高。实木门又分为实木芯板门和实木贴皮门,一般门框都为实木,以樱桃木色、胡桃木色、橡木色为主。门芯有中密度板贴实木皮的,也有实木门芯的,制作中一般在实木表面做凹凸造型,外喷漆,从而保持了原木色且造型优美。这样可以保证实木的特殊视觉效果,边框与芯板组合又可以保证门板强度。另有一些新型材质不断兴起,比如竹制型橱柜、吸塑型橱柜、三聚氰胺饰面板型。竹橱柜(BAMBOO KITCHENCABINET)又称“竹厨房家具”,是厨房内集烧、洗、储物、吸油烟、餐饮、吧台等综合功能于一身的家庭民用设施。竹橱柜由竹吊柜、竹地柜、竹工艺柜、竹线条、竹罗马柱、台面和各类功能五金配件组成。吸塑型橱柜:吸塑板基材为密度板、表面经真空吸塑而成或采用一次无缝PVC膜压成型工艺。吸塑型门板色彩丰富,木纹逼真,单色色度纯艳,不开裂不变形,耐划、耐热、耐污、防褪色,是最成熟的橱柜材料,而且日常维护简单。吸塑门板是欧洲非常成熟也非常流行的一种橱柜材料,吸塑门板主要以膜皮决定门板的质量。三聚氰胺饰面板型橱柜:是将带有不同颜色或纹理的纸放入三聚氰胺树脂胶粘剂中浸泡,然后干燥到一定固化程度,将其铺装在刨花板、中密度纤维板或硬质纤维板表面,经热压而成。无论采用上述何种的木质或密度板材料,其最大的缺点是不环保:上述多种材质的面板在制作中需要贴合,在贴合中会使用大量含有甲醛的胶类物质,因此会对厨房造成污染。第二缺点是上述材料在日常生活中不经久耐用:由于橱柜是日常生活中的必须品,每天开关可能在百次以上,采用木质结构会将使用寿命缩短;如果采用实木或者竹子型材作为橱柜,在我国南方不能防潮,而又在北方不能抗干燥环境。第三缺点是上述板材的制作需要大量的木材与竹材,为我国原本脆弱的森林生态添加了繁重的负担。
又,中国专利CN201320557868.2公开了一种陶瓷橱柜,其设置的柜体包括立板、底板、背板和金属垫条;立板和底板均由两层陶瓷板通过粘胶层粘合组成,背板由一层陶瓷板组成;立板和背板通过粘胶层与底板固定连接;背板侧面通过粘胶层与立板内表面固定连接;背板的顶面、立板的顶面以及立板前端之间通过粘胶层安装有金属垫条,底板的两侧面、立板的前侧面以及底板的前侧面设置有金属包边;立板设计有门铰固定预埋孔;立板内侧中部设计有隔板钉。该陶瓷橱柜的柜体底部采用安装柜脚的方式使其柜体与地面完全隔离,保证了橱柜的防水防潮性能,从而解决了储存在其内的物品出现发霉生菌问题;橱柜主体采用陶瓷板制成,具有抗冲击力好、硬度强、防水耐高温、使用寿命长等优点。该专利解决了橱柜的防水防潮性能,采用该专利技术产生的问题是由于陶瓷板的重量问题,在陶瓷板之间进行安装拼接需要较高的技术和支撑力,但是在安装长久之后由于拼接件的老化,会出现裂缝影响美观和安全。
结合上述出现的技术难题,本专利发明人经过长期的摸索和实践,不断探索与改进,研究发明出了一种具有环保功能,使用长久的橱柜;提供一种在任意环境中不变形,不开裂,防潮抗旱并且美观大方的橱柜橱柜。

陶瓷材质的各组分比重为方解石12、氧化镁5、石英9、氧化锆70、氮化硅25、纳米氧化锌7、碳化硅晶须30、锂瓷石6、碳酸钠2、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.9、聚丙烯酸1.5、聚乙二醇1.6、抗磨助剂5;
陶瓷橱柜的陶瓷背板与墙面固定;陶瓷背板上开设有与法线距离相等的凹槽;所述凹槽与墙面的凸起件相对应,凸起物嵌入在凹槽内;

一种橱柜,橱柜体包括顶板、底板、背板,两个侧板及门板;橱柜为陶瓷材质;橱柜的顶板、底板、背板,两个侧板为一体烧制成型,陶瓷门板与一侧陶瓷侧板连接构成橱柜;所述的陶瓷橱柜至少为一个,多个陶瓷橱柜拼接构成一组橱柜或多组橱柜。陶瓷材质包括方解石、氧化镁、石英、氧化锆、氮化硅、纳米氧化锌、碳化硅晶须、锂瓷石、碳酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸、聚乙二醇、抗磨助剂。陶瓷材质的各组分比重为方解石12、氧化镁5、石英9、氧化锆70、氮化硅25、纳米氧化锌7、碳化硅晶须30、锂瓷石6、碳酸钠2、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.9、聚丙烯酸1.5、聚乙二醇1.6、抗磨助剂5。陶瓷橱柜的陶瓷背板与墙面固定。背板与墙面采用弹性连接件连接;门板与侧板接触的位置上设有缓冲装置(小的橡胶垫)门板采用阻尼铰链连接。柜体内部的两侧侧板上设置有对称的凸肋,在凸肋上可以放置搁板,所述的凸肋等距离均匀分布在侧板上,用于调整搁板高度。组合橱柜的顶板上可设置有台面板或者橱柜顶板与台面板之间设置托架,用于支撑台面板。组合的橱柜为顶柜或者底柜或者顶柜与底柜的组合;所述的顶柜陶瓷背板与墙面固定;所述的底柜放置在支架上。橱柜的陶瓷门板的厚度由门板的中心向四边逐渐增厚,陶瓷门板四边的厚度与陶瓷顶板、底板以及侧板相同。陶瓷橱柜的门板的侧边采用封边条包边的工艺。
实施例三
一种陶瓷橱柜包括陶瓷顶板、陶瓷底板、陶瓷背板,两个陶瓷侧板及陶瓷面板。陶瓷面板与陶瓷背板相对应,两侧之间通过陶瓷侧板连接,在面板和背板及两个侧板的下部安装有陶瓷底板,上部安装有陶瓷顶板。陶瓷面板与陶瓷侧板的连接的一侧采用铰链连接。陶瓷面板与陶瓷侧板铰链连接的位置,相对应的增加其厚度,提高强度。在陶瓷橱柜的背板上与墙面贴合处开设有凹槽用于固定陶瓷橱柜。适应于陶瓷橱柜特点的组合物,要求为该陶瓷组合物,烧压制出的陶瓷体壁相对薄,并且有韧性,不易碎。该陶瓷组合物为加入模具中一次烧结而成。
方解石12、氧化镁5、石英9、氧化锆70、氮化硅25、纳米氧化锌7、碳化硅晶须30、锂瓷石6、碳酸钠2、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.9、聚丙烯酸1.5、聚乙二醇1.6、抗磨助剂5;陶瓷颜料色釉分散剂及其制备方法,该分散剂包括以下质量百分比的原料:含环酸酐25%、烷基脂肪单酸25%、烷基脂肪二酸20%、芳香族多元酸25%、芳香族多元胺20%、多元醇15%、异构醇40%、催化剂5%、溶剂30%;该分散剂对色釉的分散能力好、分散效果好。

Claims (10)
1.一种橱柜,橱柜体包括顶板、底板、背板,两个侧板及门板;其特征在于橱柜为陶瓷材质;橱柜的顶板、底板、背板,两个侧板为一体烧制成型,陶瓷门板与一侧陶瓷侧板连接构成橱柜;所述的陶瓷橱柜至少为一个,多个陶瓷橱柜拼接构成一组橱柜或多组橱柜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种橱柜,其特征在于陶瓷材质包括方解石、氧化镁、石英、氧化锆、氮化硅、纳米氧化锌、碳化硅晶须、锂瓷石、碳酸钠、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酸、聚乙二醇、抗磨助剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种橱柜,其特征在于陶瓷材质的各组分比重为方解石12、氧化镁5、石英9、氧化锆70、氮化硅25、纳米氧化锌7、碳化硅晶须30、锂瓷石6、碳酸钠2、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮0.9、聚丙烯酸1.5、聚乙二醇1.6、抗磨助剂5。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种橱柜,其特征在于陶瓷橱柜的陶瓷背板与墙面固定。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种橱柜,其特征在于背板与墙面采用弹性连接件连接;门板与侧板接触的位置上设有缓冲装置(小的橡胶垫)门板采用阻尼铰链连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种橱柜,其特征在于柜体内部的两侧侧板上设置有对称的凸肋,在凸肋上可以放置搁板,所述的凸肋等距离均匀分布在侧板上,用于调整搁板高度。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种橱柜,其特征在于在组合橱柜的顶板上可设置有台面板或者橱柜顶板与台面板之间设置托架,用于支撑台面板。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种橱柜,其特征在于组合的橱柜为顶柜或者底柜或者顶柜与底柜的组合;所述的顶柜陶瓷背板与墙面固定;所述的底柜放置在支架上。
9.根据权利要求1所述的一种橱柜,其特征在于橱柜的陶瓷门板的厚度由门板的中心向四边逐渐增厚,陶瓷门板四边的厚度与陶瓷顶板、底板以及侧板相同。
10.根据权利要求1所述的一种橱柜,其特征在于陶瓷橱柜的门板的侧边采用封边条包边的工艺。
