Abstract

一种压片式洗衣片,烷苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、硫酸钠、碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠和柠檬酸组成,按比例将碳酸氢钠、烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、硫酸钠、碳酸钠置入搅拌机中并开启搅拌器将其搅拌均匀,然后按比例将柠檬酸置入搅拌机中混合搅拌均匀后出料,将混合均匀后的料体置入压片机料斗内,设置压力,并确保室内湿度在60%以下后,开启压片机进行压片,最后对压片机生产出的半成品进行密封处理。本发明所述压片式洗衣片不易受潮粘连,而且溶解速率快,无絮状物残留,洗涤效果能够充分发挥,环保无浪费,另外,本发明的生产工艺简单,可大大降低生产成本,提高生产效率。

一种压片式洗衣片及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及日常洗涤用品领域,尤其涉及到一种压片式洗衣片及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有的用于清洗衣物的洗涤用品一般有洗衣皂、洗衣粉和洗衣液这三种,不同品牌的洗涤用品的洗涤效果会存在不同程度上的差异,但都会存在一个问题,就是携带不方便,现在随着经济的快速发展,商务、旅行、会务等出行活动日益增多,同时由于生活水平的不断提高,以及生活节奏的加快,一种携带便捷,使用方便,用量易控制的片块状洗衣片开始进入到人们的生活中。然而,目前市面上的洗衣片生产工艺复杂,由于生产工艺的复杂,从而对生产线及生产技术有较高的要求,导致洗衣片生产成本高,另外,现有的洗衣片易受潮粘连,并且在水中溶解速率慢,溶解难,溶解时会出现絮状物,洗涤效果得不到充分发挥。
因此,亟需一种生产工艺简单,不易受潮粘连,溶解速率快的洗衣片来满足人们的日常洗涤需求。
发明内容
本发明为了解决现有技术所存在的问题,提供了一种生产工艺简单,不易受潮粘连,溶解速率快的压片式洗衣片及其制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明所采用的技术方案为:一种压片式洗衣片,其特征在于:包括以下重量比的各成分:
烷苯磺酸钠 1%-50%;
十二烷基硫酸钠 1%-50%;
硫酸钠 1%-10%;
碳酸钠 5%-15%;
碳酸氢钠 10%-30%;
柠檬酸 10%-30%;
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述压片式洗衣片还包括色素0.002%-0.01%和香精0.1%-1%。
作为本发明的进一步改进,具体的成分重量比如下:
烷苯磺酸钠 5%;
十二烷基硫酸钠 35%;
硫酸钠 10%;
碳酸钠 9.595%;
碳酸氢钠 20%;
柠檬酸 20%;
色素 0.005%;
香精 0.4%。
一种制备所述压片式洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:按比例将碳酸氢钠置入搅拌机中;
步骤S2:按比例在搅拌机中加入烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、硫酸钠、碳酸钠,开启搅拌器将其搅拌均匀;
步骤S3:按比例将柠檬酸置入搅拌机中混合搅拌均匀后出料;
步骤S4:混合均匀后的料体置入压片机料斗内,并确保室内湿度在60%以下后,开启压片机进行压片;
步骤S5:对压片机生产出的半成品进行密封处理。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述制备方法中还包括色素0.002%-0.01%和香精0.1%-1%,在步骤S1中将色素和香精置入搅拌机中,并开启搅拌机将碳酸氢钠、色素、香精混合搅拌均匀。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述制备方法步骤S5中,压片机生产出的半成品,在4小时内进行密封保存处理。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明所述压片式洗衣片由于粉末在高压状态下制成压片,因此不易受潮粘连,而且由于该压片含有柠檬酸、碳酸钠和碳酸氢钠成分,因此溶解速率快,无絮状物残留,洗涤效果能够充分发挥,环保无浪费,另外,本发明的生产工艺简单,可大大降低生产成本,提高生产效率。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
实施例一:一种压片式洗衣片,包括以下重量比的各成分:
烷苯磺酸钠5%;
十二烷基硫酸钠 35%;
硫酸钠 10%;
碳酸钠 9.595%;
碳酸氢钠 20%;
柠檬酸 20%;
色素 0.005%;
香精 0.4%。
包含上述成分的压片式洗衣片,通过以下步骤制备:
步骤S1:按比例将色素、香精和碳酸氢钠置入搅拌机中,并开启搅拌机将碳酸氢钠、色素、香精混合搅拌均匀;
步骤S2:按比例在搅拌机中加入烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、硫酸钠、碳酸钠,开启搅拌器将其搅拌均匀;
步骤S3:按比例将柠檬酸置入搅拌机中混合搅拌均匀后出料;
步骤S4:混合均匀后的料体置入压片机料斗内,设置压力,并确保室内湿度在60%以下后,开启压片机进行压片;
步骤S5:在4小时内对压片机生产出的半成品进行密封处理。
实施例二:一种压片式洗衣片,包括以下重量比的各成分:
烷苯磺酸钠 7%;
十二烷基硫酸钠 33%;
硫酸钠 8%;
碳酸钠 11.392%;
碳酸氢钠 10%;
柠檬酸 30%;
色素 0.008%;
香精 0.6%。
包含上述成分的压片式洗衣片,通过以下步骤制备:
步骤S1:按比例将色素、香精和碳酸氢钠置入搅拌机中,并开启搅拌机将碳酸氢钠、色素、香精混合搅拌均匀;
步骤S2:按比例在搅拌机中加入烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、硫酸钠、碳酸钠,开启搅拌器将其搅拌均匀;
步骤S3:按比例将柠檬酸置入搅拌机中混合搅拌均匀后出料;
步骤S4:混合均匀后的料体置入压片机料斗内,设置压力,并确保室内湿度在60%以下后,开启压片机进行压片;
步骤S5:在4小时内对压片机生产出的半成品进行密封处理。
实施例三:一种压片式洗衣片,包括以下重量比的各成分:
烷苯磺酸钠 30%;
十二烷基硫酸钠 11%;
硫酸钠 7%;
碳酸钠 11.394%;
碳酸氢钠 15%;
柠檬酸 25%;
色素 0.006%;
香精 0.6%。
包含上述成分的压片式洗衣片,通过以下步骤制备:
步骤S1:按比例将色素、香精和碳酸氢钠置入搅拌机中,并开启搅拌机将碳酸氢钠、色素、香精混合搅拌均匀;
步骤S2:按比例在搅拌机中加入烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、硫酸钠、碳酸钠,开启搅拌器将其搅拌均匀;
步骤S3:按比例将柠檬酸置入搅拌机中混合搅拌均匀后出料;
步骤S4:混合均匀后的料体置入压片机料斗内,设置压力,并确保室内湿度在60%以下后,开启压片机进行压片;
步骤S5:在4小时内对压片机生产出的半成品进行密封处理。

1.一种压片式洗衣片,其特征在于:包括以下重量比的各成分:
烷苯磺酸钠 1%-50%;
十二烷基硫酸钠 1%-50%;
硫酸钠 1%-10%;
碳酸钠 5%-15%;
碳酸氢钠 10%-30%;
柠檬酸 10%-30%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种压片式洗衣片,其特征在于:还包括色素0.002%-0.01%和香精0.1%-1%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种压片式洗衣片,其特征在于:包括以下重量比的各成分:
烷苯磺酸钠 5%;
十二烷基硫酸钠 35%;
硫酸钠 10%;
碳酸钠 9.595%;
碳酸氢钠 20%;
柠檬酸 20%;
色素 0.005%;
香精 0.4%。
4.一种制备如权利要求1所述压片式洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤S1:按比例将碳酸氢钠置入搅拌机中;
步骤S2:按比例在搅拌机中加入烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、硫酸钠、碳酸钠,开启搅拌器将其搅拌均匀;
步骤S3:按比例将柠檬酸置入搅拌机中混合搅拌均匀后出料;
步骤S4:混合均匀后的料体置入压片机料斗内,并确保室内湿度在60%以下后,开启压片机进行压片;
步骤S5:对压片机生产出的半成品进行密封处理。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种压片式洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于:还 包括色素0.002%-0.01%和香精0.1%-1%,步骤S1中将色素和香精置入搅拌机中,并开启搅拌机将碳酸氢钠、色素、香精混合搅拌均匀。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种压片式洗衣片的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤S5中,压片机生产出的半成品,在4小时内进行密封保存处理。
