本发明公开了一种骨瓷餐具制作用坯料,涉及骨瓷用品制造技术领域,由如下重量份数的原料制成:长石粉50‑60份、海泡石粉25‑30份、粘土25‑30份、石棉粉15‑20份、活性白土10‑15份、分子筛原粉10‑15份、木质素磺酸钠6‑10份、聚丙烯酰胺5‑8份、增塑助剂5‑8份、骨炭4‑6份、蒸骨粉3‑5份、水玻璃3‑5份、尿素2‑4份、氯化锌1‑2份、纳米二氧化锆0.5‑1份、稀土0.05‑0.2份、水300‑500份。本发明坯料成型性好,可加工成各种形式的骨瓷餐具,并且所制骨瓷餐具具有优异的耐高温性和防水渗透性,外观和质感俱佳。

技术领域:
本发明涉及骨瓷用品制造技术领域,具体涉及一种骨瓷餐具制作用坯料。
背景技术:
骨瓷餐具,是指用骨瓷做成的餐具,一般包括碗、盘子、汤勺、调羹、炖盅等。骨瓷是瓷器的一种,所以骨瓷餐具在外表看起来和陶瓷餐具很像。骨瓷餐具是以动物的骨炭、粘土、长石和石英为基本原料,经过高温素烧和低温釉烧两次烧制而成的一种瓷器用餐器具。骨瓷餐具制品柔和透明,强度高,韧性好,由于加入了骨粉,增加了烧制的难度,所以更加的珍贵。骨瓷餐具不仅仅是一件生活用品,更是艺术品和奢侈品的集成。骨瓷餐具的坯料所用原料组成直接影响餐具的成型性、耐高温性和防水渗透性,并且随着生活水平的提高,人们对餐具的外观和质感要求也越来越高,因此需要开发新的骨瓷餐具制作用坯料。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于提供一种具有优异成型性、耐高温性和防水渗透性的骨瓷餐具制作用坯料。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下的技术方案来实现:
一种骨瓷餐具制作用坯料,由如下重量份数的原料制成:
长石粉50-60份、海泡石粉25-30份、粘土25-30份、石棉粉15-20份、活性白土10-15份、分子筛原粉10-15份、木质素磺酸钠6-10份、聚丙烯酰胺5-8份、增塑助剂5-8份、骨炭4-6份、蒸骨粉3-5份、水玻璃3-5份、尿素2-4份、氯化锌1-2份、纳米二氧化锆0.5-1份、稀土0.05-0.2份、水300-500份。
所述增塑助剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:硬脂酸10-15份、气相白炭黑10-15份、微晶蜡8-11份、氢化松香8-11份、卡波树脂6-9份、聚氧化乙烯4-7份、氢化蓖麻油4-7份、十八醇3-5份、丁苯橡胶2-3份、乙醇100-150份,其制备方法为:先将硬脂酸和微晶蜡加入乙醇中,充分混合后加热至沸腾状态回流处理10min,再加入氢化松香和丁苯橡胶,继续回流处理10min,然后加入气相白炭黑、卡波树脂、聚氧化乙烯、氢化蓖麻油和十八醇,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,最后经真空干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。
增塑助剂的加入能有效减少坯料的内应力,提高坯料弹性,以避免成型时坯料出现开裂和不易成型的现象,从而降低报废率。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明除保留骨瓷的几个主要原料外,增加了多种助剂,在相互协同作用下制得骨瓷餐具制作用坯料,该坯料成型性好,可加工成各种形式的骨瓷餐具,并且所制骨瓷餐具具有优异的耐高温性和防水渗透性,外观和质感俱佳。
具体实施方式:
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例1
将50份长石粉、25份海泡石粉、25份粘土、18份石棉粉、10份活性白土、10份分子筛原粉、8份木质素磺酸钠、6份聚丙烯酰胺、5份增塑助剂、5份骨炭、3份蒸骨粉、3份水玻璃、3份尿素、1份氯化锌、0.5份纳米二氧化锆和0.1份稀土充分混合,再加入400份水,经球磨细碎后过滤,然后经压滤机脱水和真空练泥后制成棒状坯料。
增塑助剂的制备:先将15份硬脂酸和10份微晶蜡加入150份乙醇中,充分混合后加热至沸腾状态回流处理10min,再加入8份氢化松香和2份丁苯橡胶,继续回流处理10min,然后加入12份气相白炭黑、8份卡波树脂、4份聚氧化乙烯、6份氢化蓖麻油和4份十八醇,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,最后经真空干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。
实施例2
将60份长石粉、30份海泡石粉、30份粘土、15份石棉粉、15份活性白土、12份分子筛原粉、6份木质素磺酸钠、7份聚丙烯酰胺、6份增塑助剂、4份骨炭、4份蒸骨粉、4份水玻璃、2份尿素、1份氯化锌、0.5份纳米二氧化锆和0.1份稀土充分混合,再加入500份水,经球磨细碎后过滤,然后经压滤机脱水和真空练泥后制成棒状坯料。
增塑助剂的制备:先将10份硬脂酸和8份微晶蜡加入120份乙醇中,充分混合后加热至沸腾状态回流处理10min,再加入10份氢化松香和2份丁苯橡胶,继续回流处理10min,然后加入10份气相白炭黑、6份卡波树脂、6份聚氧化乙烯、4份氢化蓖麻油和3份十八醇,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,最后经真空干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。

长石粉50-60份、海泡石粉25-30份、粘土25-30份、石棉粉15-20份、活性白土10-15份、分子筛原粉10-15份、木质素磺酸钠6-10份、聚丙烯酰胺5-8份、增塑助剂5-8份、骨炭4-6份、蒸骨粉3-5份、水玻璃3-5份、尿素2-4份、氯化锌1-2份、纳米二氧化锆0.5-1份、稀土0.05-0.2份、水300-500份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的骨瓷餐具制作用坯料,其特征在于,所述增塑助剂由如下重量份数的原料制成:硬脂酸10-15份、气相白炭黑10-15份、微晶蜡8-11份、氢化松香8-11份、卡波树脂6-9份、聚氧化乙烯4-7份、氢化蓖麻油4-7份、十八醇3-5份、丁苯橡胶2-3份、乙醇100-150份,其制备方法为:先将硬脂酸和微晶蜡加入乙醇中,充分混合后加热至沸腾状态回流处理10min,再加入氢化松香和丁苯橡胶,继续回流处理10min,然后加入气相白炭黑、卡波树脂、聚氧化乙烯、氢化蓖麻油和十八醇,充分混合后于微波频率2450MHz、功率800W下微波处理10min,最后经真空干燥后将所得固体粉碎成粉末。
