本发明涉及塑料膜加工技术领域，尤其涉及一种生产薄膜用过滤装置。
背景技术
传统的塑料吹膜装置都是直接在塑料熔化后直接进行吹膜，有时会导致塑料融化不均匀，存在塑料颗粒状物质，就会导致塑料吹膜质量下降。。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足，提供一种生产薄膜用过滤装置，其具有结构简单，可对塑料熔液中的颗粒进行有效过滤，有效提高后期塑料吹膜的产品质量等优点。
本发明通过以下技术手段解决上述技术问题：一种生产薄膜用过滤装置，包括过滤箱体、电机、搅拌轴、滤网、排放阀，所述过滤箱体外部设置有电机，搅拌轴设置在过滤箱体内部，电机的输出端与搅拌轴一端连接，滤网设置在过滤箱体内，排放阀设置在过滤箱体下端。
优选地，所述滤网至少设置有一个，为了达到更好的过滤效果。
优选地，所述滤网设置在搅拌轴的下部，且靠近过滤箱体的底面，为了达到更好的过滤效果，且容易将塑料颗粒排出。
优选地，所述过滤箱体底部还设置有透明状观察孔，方便观察过滤箱体内过滤状态和效果。
本发明的优点在于：结构简单，可对塑料熔液中的颗粒进行有效过滤，有效提高后期塑料吹膜的产品质量等优点。

如图1所示，一种生产薄膜用过滤装置，包括过滤箱体1、电机2、搅拌轴3、滤网4、排放阀5，其特征在于：所述过滤箱体1外部设置有电机2，搅拌轴3设置在过滤箱体1内部，电机2的输出端与搅拌轴3一端连接，滤网4设置在过滤箱体1内，排放阀5设置在过滤箱体1下端。
优选地，所述过滤箱体1上还设置有出料口7，便于连接塑料吹膜机，对塑料熔液进行吹膜。
优选地，所述搅拌轴3上还设置有螺旋状叶片6，使过滤箱体内1的塑料溶液充分搅拌，便于过滤未彻底熔化的塑料颗粒。
优选地，所述螺旋状叶片6与搅拌轴3为固定一体结构，使整体结构牢固。
优选地，所述滤网4为网状结构，便于过滤未彻底熔化的塑料颗粒。
优选地，所述滤网4至少设置有一个，为了达到更好的过滤效果。
优选地，所述滤网4设置在搅拌轴3的下部，且靠近过滤箱体1的底面，为了达到更好的过滤效果，且容易将塑料颗粒排出。
优选地，所述过滤箱体1底部还设置有透明状观察孔8，方便观察过滤箱体1内过滤状态和效果。

3.根据权利要求1所述的生产薄膜用过滤装置，其特征在于：所述滤网(4)设置在搅拌轴(3)的下部，且靠近过滤箱体(1)的底面。
4.根据权利要求1所述的生产薄膜用过滤装置，其特征在于：所述过滤箱体(1)底部还设置有透明状观察孔(8)。
