本发明公开了一种机器人智能滚压包边***的上件台,包括上件台架,上件台架上端面倾斜,底部安装有行走轮,底面一侧装有一脚踏制动器,上件台架上端面装有外板上件支撑装置和外板上件导向装置,上件台架上端面边缘装有预装压角装置,预装压角装置包括一角压头,角压头前端设有压角模具,角压头末端连接有角压气缸;预装压角装置的一侧设有辅助压板装置;上件台架上装有内板上件基准装置,内板上件基准装置工作端装有内板上件基准销。本发明通过外板上件导向装置、内板上件基准装置帮助人工完成机器人滚压包边前的内外板拼合,导向定位效果较好,同时预装压角装置对内外板的尖角部进行预装压制,提高了机器人智能滚压包边***的滚压包边质量。

Description

一种机器人智能滚压包边***的上件台
技术领域
本发明属于机械制造领域,本发明涉及汽车制造中的一种汽车内外板包边***,尤其涉及一种机器人智能滚压包边***的上件台。
背景技术
目前,汽车车身门盖内外板的连接通常使用包边工艺。使用传统的模具和压机进行冲压包边时,由于外板的包边轮廓要根据车身外形的变化而变化,沿整个轮廓包边的角度也不同,包边过渡急剧的区域和包边角度过大的区域,包边都会非常困难。同时,传统的冲压包边模具占地多,成本高,柔性差,为缩短汽车开发周期,提高产品竞争力,新型内外板连接技术和机器人滚边技术逐渐应用于车身生产中。
在机器人智能滚压包边***,首先需要人工将工件内板和外板准备的拼合,并按照机器人抓手的设置,放置到确定的上件位置,其中如何减轻人工的工作难度,提供人工拼合内外板时的定位精度是滚压包边***设计的一大内容。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种实现精确定位配合机器人完成滚压作业准备工作的机器人智能滚压包边***的上件台。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种机器人智能滚压包边***的上件台,包括上件台架301,上件台架301由方管或矩形管等型材焊接而成,上件台架301上端面倾斜,上件台架301底部安装有行走轮303,上件台架301底面一侧装有一脚踏制动器304,脚踏制动器304包括套筒3041和伸缩杆3042,套筒3041固定连接在上件台架301底面,伸缩杆3042在套筒3041内上下滑动,脚踏制动器304还包括一V形脚踏板3043,V形脚踏板3043一端铰接在所述上件台架301底部,V形脚踏板3043V形的弯角处与伸缩杆3042下端铰接,下压或上抬V形脚踏板3043末端,伸缩杆3042伸出或缩回,上件台实现制动或释放;
所述上件台架301上端面装有外板上件支撑装置306 和外板上件导向装置307,所述上件台架301上端面边缘装有预装压角装置308,预装压角装置308包括一角压头3081,角压头3081工作面与工件外板角部形状相符,角压头3081安装在压头轨道3082内,沿压头轨道2082滑动,角压头3081滑动方向前端设有压角模具3083,压角模具3082工作面与角压头3081形状相符,角压头3081末端连接有一推动角压头3081滑动的角压气缸3085;所述预装压角装置308的一侧设有用于预装压角时压紧工件内板的辅助压板装置3086,辅助压板装置3086通过辅助压板气缸3087带动工作;所述上件台架301上端面边缘装有内板上件基准装置309,内板上件基准装置309工作端装有内板上件基准销3091,内板上件基准装置309通过内板上件基准气缸3092带动翻转;
上件台还设有台架限位装置302。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明通过外板上件导向装置、内板上件基准装置帮助人工完成机器人滚压包边前的内外板拼合,导向定位效果较好,同时预装压角装置对内外板的尖角部进行预装压制,提高了机器人智能滚压包边***的滚压包边质量。

如图1所示,一种机器人智能滚压包边***的上件台,包括上件台架301,上件台架301由方管或矩形管等型材焊接而成,上件台架301上端面倾斜,上件台架301底部安装有行走轮303,上件台架301底面一侧装有一脚踏制动器304,脚踏制动器304包括套筒3041和伸缩杆3042,套筒3041固定连接在上件台架301底面,伸缩杆3042在套筒3041内上下滑动,脚踏制动器304还包括一V形脚踏板3043,V形脚踏板3043一端铰接在所述上件台架301底部,V形脚踏板3043V形的弯角处与伸缩杆3042下端铰接,下压或上抬V形脚踏板3043末端,伸缩杆3042伸出或缩回,上件台实现制动或释放;
所述上件台架301上端面装有外板上件支撑装置306 和外板上件导向装置307,所述上件台架301上端面边缘装有预装压角装置308,预装压角装置308包括一角压头3081,角压头3081工作面与工件外板角部形状相符,角压头3081安装在压头轨道3082内,沿压头轨道2082滑动,角压头3081滑动方向前端设有压角模具3083,压角模具3082工作面与角压头3081形状相符,角压头3081末端连接有一推动角压头3081滑动的角压气缸3085;所述预装压角装置308的一侧设有用于预装压角时压紧工件内板的辅助压板装置3086,辅助压板装置3086通过辅助压板气缸3087带动工作;所述上件台架301上端面边缘装有内板上件基准装置309,内板上件基准装置309工作端装有内板上件基准销3091,内板上件基准装置309通过内板上件基准气缸3092带动翻转;
上件台还设有台架限位装置302。

1.一种机器人智能滚压包边***的上件台,其特征在于,包括上件台架(301),上件台架(301)由方管或矩形管等型材焊接而成,上件台架(301)上端面倾斜,上件台架(301)底部安装有行走轮(303),上件台架(301)底面一侧装有一脚踏制动器(304),脚踏制动器(304)包括套筒(3041)和伸缩杆(3042),套筒(3041)固定连接在上件台架(301)底面,伸缩杆(3042)在套筒(3041)内上下滑动,脚踏制动器(304)还包括一V形脚踏板(3043),V形脚踏板(3043)一端铰接在所述上件台架(301)底部,V形脚踏板(3043)V形的弯角处与伸缩杆(3042)下端铰接,下压或上抬V形脚踏板(3043)末端,伸缩杆(3042)伸出或缩回,上件台实现制动或释放;
所述上件台架(301)上端面装有外板上件支撑装置(306 )和外板上件导向装置(307),所述上件台架(301)上端面边缘装有预装压角装置(308),预装压角装置(308)包括一角压头(3081),角压头(3081)工作面与工件外板角部形状相符,角压头(3081)安装在压头轨道(3082)内,沿压头轨道(2082)滑动,角压头(3081)滑动方向前端设有压角模具(3083),压角模具(3082)工作面与角压头(3081)形状相符,角压头(3081)末端连接有一推动角压头(3081)滑动的角压气缸(3085);所述预装压角装置(308)的一侧设有用于预装压角时压紧工件内板的辅助压板装置(3086),辅助压板装置(3086)通过辅助压板气缸(3087)带动工作;所述上件台架(301)上端面边缘装有内板上件基准装置(309),内板上件基准装置(309)工作端装有内板上件基准销(3091),内板上件基准装置(309)通过内板上件基准气缸(3092)带动翻转;
上件台还设有台架限位装置(302)。
