本发明公开了一种采用雄黄刺激玉米种子发芽的快速催芽方法,具体步骤包括晒种、选种、浸种、催芽、炼种等;本发明的催芽方法操作简单,易于实现,不需要繁杂的步骤,主要通过常规的催芽步骤,在催芽和炼芽的过程中加入了雄黄成份,不仅可以灭杀玉米种子表面的病细菌,还可促进芽尖的萌发,同时在炼芽时,温度变化大、快,又能抑制病细菌的滋生,在浸种时所加的营养液保证了出芽的齐、壮、健,玉米芽嘴表面附有雄黄,避免了地下害虫咬根。

本发明涉及农业种植技术领域,特别是涉及一种采用雄黄刺激玉米种子发芽的快速催芽方法。
背景技术
玉米亦称玉蜀黍、包谷、苞米、棒子。粤语称为粟米,闽南语称作番麦。是一年生禾本科草本植物,是重要的粮食作物和重要的饲料来源,也是全世界总产量最高的粮食作物。
玉米是一种常见的粮食作物,主要生产于北方,有黄玉米、白玉米两种,其中黄玉米含有较多的维生素A,对人的视力十分有益。其营养价值超过面粉、大米,经常食用能预防动脉硬化、心脑血管疾病、癌症、高胆固醇血症、高血压等病。
随着市场经济的发展,目前农业种植行业中,为使农业生产收入提高,在农业种植中,让农产品提前进行市场,而带来收益,首先就从育苗开始做起,为促进种子发芽快,预防病虫害,增强秧苗抗性和促进生长发育,播种前就对种子处理,通常情况下,把种子直接播种地地里,这样出芽慢,出芽率低,并且所萌发的幼苗质量参差不齐,弱苗多,在以后的生长过程中,易患病虫害,给田间管理带来困难,还增加了生产成本,在成熟期的成熟度不一等问题。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种采用雄黄刺激玉米种子发芽的快速催芽方法。
本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种采用雄黄刺激玉米种子发芽的快速催芽方法,具体步骤包括如下:
干干燥种子,在浸种前5-7天,将种子摊放在地面,厚度在1-2cm,晾晒2个太阳,第一个太阳晒后,傍晚将种子聚积成条状堆放于晾晒场,夜晚夜露打露一夜,第二天再摊平晾晒至傍晚5点前收取,移到通风、干燥地方静置5-6h,以提高玉米种子的出芽率;
将玉米种子缓慢倒入流水中,剔除瘪种、霉种、烂种等劣质种子后,浸泡8-10h,然后浸入到6-苄氨基腺嘌呤乙醇水溶液中20min后,并均匀揉搓种子后,取出用清水冲洗6次,所述6-苄氨基腺嘌呤、乙醇、水的重量比为1:10:1900,促进玉米种子快速萌发芽尖;
用30-35℃的营养液浸泡种子3-4h,温度保持恒定,至使30-40%的种子胚膨胀松动,取出后用池水冲洗一次,为保证玉米种子萌芽提供营养;
在恒温阳光房内,将所浸的玉米种子均匀摊铺于竹席上,厚度在1-1.5cm,温度在30-34℃,空气湿度在33-38%,每4h翻搅一次,并进行喷雾加湿玉米种子,用时为22-24h,有55-60%的玉米种子胚根破开种皮,保证玉米种子萌芽的整齐、健壮;
播种前,急骤降低恒温阳光房内温度到14-18℃,并保持空气流通,保持1-2h,再急骤升温到30-34℃,连续2-3次,在急骤升温时同时均匀喷雾加湿,提高幼苗期的抗性。
进一步,步骤中所述营养液由己酸二乙氨基乙醇酯1800-2000倍液、6-糠氨基嘌呤1400-1500倍液、芸苔素内酯2000-2200倍液,按重量份比为1:0.8:1.5的比例混合制得。
进一步,步骤中所述人喷雾加湿的液体雄黄酒水溶液,所述雄黄酒水溶液中雄黄、酒、水的重量比为1.5:14:100-110,所述的喷雾加湿采用高压***将雄黄酒水溶液以极细微的水粒喷射出来,附着在黄豆的表面,抑制病细菌的滋生,刺激玉米种子快速萌芽。
本发明的有益效果:本发明的催芽方法操作简单,易于实现,不需要繁杂的步骤,主要通过常规的催芽步骤,在催芽和炼芽的过程中加入了雄黄成份,不仅可以灭杀玉米种子表面的病细菌,还可促进芽尖的萌发,同时在炼芽时,温度变化大、快,又能抑制病细菌的滋生,在浸种时所加的营养液保证了出芽的齐、壮、健,本发明的催芽方法具有出芽率高,出芽整齐、健壮,抗逆性强,玉米芽嘴表面附有雄黄成分,避免了地下害虫咬根。
具体实施方式
一种采用雄黄刺激玉米种子发芽的快速催芽方法,具体步骤包括如下:

Claims (3)

1.一种采用雄黄刺激玉米种子发芽的快速催芽方法,其特征在于,具体步骤包括如下:
干燥种子,在浸种前5-7天,将种子摊放在地面,厚度在1-2cm,晾晒2个太阳,第一个太阳晒后,傍晚将种子聚积成条状堆放于晾晒场,夜晚夜露打露一夜,第二天再摊平晾晒至傍晚5点前,收取移到通风、干燥地方静置5-6h;
将玉米种子缓慢倒入流水中,剔除瘪种、霉种、烂种等劣质种子后,浸泡8-10h,然后浸入到6-苄氨基腺嘌呤乙醇水溶液中20min后,并均匀揉搓种子后,取出用清水冲洗6次,所述6-苄氨基腺嘌呤、乙醇、水的重量比为1:10:1900;

3.根据权利要求1所述一种采用雄黄刺激玉米种子发芽的快速催芽方法,其特征在于,步骤中所述的喷雾加湿的液体为雄黄酒水溶液,所述雄黄酒水溶液中雄黄、酒、水的重量比为1.5:14:100-110,所述的喷雾加湿采用高压***将雄黄酒水溶液以极细微的水粒喷射出来,附着在黄豆的表面。
