Abstract

本发明实施例提供了一种上行信号的传输方法,包括:无线接入网设备监听到非授权频段处于空闲状态时,确定所述非授权频段上可用的子帧,所述可用的子帧包含子帧n;所述无线接入网设备在所述子帧n内使用所述非授权频段向用户设备发送上行调度指示;所述上行调度指示用于指示所述用户设备在子帧n+i内使用所述非授权频段或授权频段发送上行信号,其中,n和i为整数,n≥0,i≥1;所述无线接入网设备在所述子帧n+i内使用与所述上行调度指示相对应的频段接收所述用户设备发送的所述上行信号。相应的,本发明实施例还提供了无线接入网设备和用户设备,实施本发明,能实现利用非授权频段传输上行信号。
