Abstract

本发明公开了一种沥青乳化剂及其检测方法,是 将草浆废液先氧化(改性),再复配,并通过一定手段 检测其氧化程度,可得到质量稳定的沥青乳液。本发 明能使造纸厂废液得到充分利用,生产成本低,并能 减少对环境的污染,可广泛应用于公路、铁路及防水、 防腐领域。

Description

草浆废液生产沥青乳化剂及其检测方法
本发明是一种生产沥青材料的乳化剂及其检测方法。
利用硫酸盐木浆废液生产沥青乳化剂,国外76年就有报道,美国专利(专利号:3956002)提出了将硫酸盐纸浆氧化,复配的方法来生产沥青乳化剂,但对我国造纸业采用的草浆所生产的废液的处理未见有关报道,另外,对于废液氧化程度的检测无一定手段,这样就无法保证产品的质量。中国专利申请(申请号:87106815.X)提出对废液不氧化,直接进行复配生产沥青乳化液,该方法原料用量大,乳液稳定性差、生产成本高。
本发明的目的在于:提供一种用草浆废液生产沥青乳化剂的方法及其检测手段,并能降低生产成本,从而使造纸厂蒸煮废液得到利用,减少对坏境的污染。
本发明是这样实现的:先将废液在80℃~100℃下通入氧气或空气4小时以上进行氧化(改性),加入直链淀粉,然后将改性合格的废液按固形物含量与脂肪酸及盐,石油磺酸及盐,烷基芳基磺酸及盐以1∶0.5~1复配成为阴离子沥青乳化剂;将此乳化剂加水稀释为浓度1~1.3%的乳化剂液,再将乳化剂液按4∶6的比例与已脱水的沥青乳化。
本发明的检测方法是:将氧化后的废液稀释为0.01、0.02……0.1%的浓度,测定其电导率,再将电导率与浓度关系回归,找出拐点,拐点延长线夹角大于2°为氧化合格。
本发明是与现有技术相比,具有可解决我国草浆造纸所造成的环境污染,生产成本低,并可通过一定的检测手段保证废液氧化质量,使乳化剂质量稳定等优点。
本发明是这样实施的:用硫酸盐法龙须草浆废液(固形物浓度10%)100公斤,PH值11.5,加温至90℃,通入空气4小时,使其氧化(改性),然后将废液稀释为0.01、0.02....0.1%的浓度测电导率,以0.05%为界将10个数据分为二组,电导率对浓度回归,计算出拐点延长线夹角为2.1°。将改性合格的上述废液加入溶解淀粉0.5公斤,十二烷基苯磺酸10公斤,烧碱4公斤,加水至2吨,将此乳化液加温至80℃,与3吨已脱水的209号沥青乳化,得到沥青乳液5吨。

Claims (2)

1、一种用草浆废液生产沥青乳化剂的方法,先将废液氧化,然后进行复配,其特征在于:将废液在80℃~100℃下通入氧气或空气4小时以上进行氧化(改性),加入直链淀粉,然后将改性合格的废液按固形物含量与脂肪酸及盐,石油磺酸及盐,烷基芳基磺酸及盐以1∶0.5~1复配成为阴离子沥青乳化剂;将此乳化剂加水稀释为浓度为1~1.3%的乳化剂液,再将乳化剂液按4∶6的比例与已脱水的沥青乳化。
2、一种检测上述乳化剂的方法,其特征在于:将氧化后的废液稀释为0.01、0.02……0.1%的浓度,测定其电导率,再将电导率与浓度关系回归,找出拐点,拐点延长线夹角大于2°为氧化合格。
