Abstract

本发明提供的一种棉织物的抗皱防变形整理工艺,包括步骤:退浆、煮漂、加白、抗皱整理、预烘、焙烘、水洗、烘干。本发明通过在煮漂工序中添加改性茶皂素并严格控制工艺温度,有效提高棉织物的白度,又由于本发明在煮漂工序后又增加加白工艺,加白工艺采用低温加白方式,对棉织物伤害小又能进一步提高棉织物的白度,有利于理后棉织物的白度保持;通过将柠檬酸与聚乙二醇配比为抗皱整理剂,安全无毒,有效提高棉织物的抗皱防变形效果,使棉织物的反弹回复角能达到245°以上,有益效果明显。

技术领域
本发明涉及以一种织物整理工艺,尤其是一种棉织物的抗皱防变形整理工艺。
背景技术
棉纤维是一种天然的纤维素纤维,其微观结构是由数十根链状的纤维素大分子聚集形成的微原纤,微原纤再聚集成横向尺寸约10-25nm的原纤,再由原纤排列成日轮层,最后形成的纤维。棉纤维的微观内部是一种多孔材料。由于它本身的特性,决定了它具有良好的透气、透湿以及突出的舒适性,因而受到广大消费者的厚爱。但是在穿着过程中,由于棉纤维自身特性,棉纤维面料易出现褶皱、变形等问题,不但影响织物外观,而且不耐用。
为解决上述问题,开始对棉织物进行抗皱整理,目前市场上多采用的是N-羟基类整理剂,该类整理剂可有效提高棉织物的抗皱性能,但是其整理后的纺织品在服用过程中会产生游离甲醛,对人体健康不利。无法推广使用。
因此,研究出一种抗皱效果好且绿色环保的棉织物抗皱整理工艺是目前需要解决的重要为题之一。
发明内容
发明目的:针对上述问题,本发明的目的是提供棉织物的抗皱整理工艺。
技术方案:为实现以上目的,本发明提供的一种棉织物的抗皱防变形整理工艺,包括步骤
(a)退浆:将棉织物进行退浆处理,工艺温度为100-105℃,处理时间为20-25min,退浆配方为:PVA降解酶0.5-0.8g/L,硼酸20-30g/L,碘2-5g/L,碘化钾8-10g/L,磷酸氢二钠1.2-1.5g/L,磷酸二氢钠1-1.2g/L,柠檬酸0.5-0.8g/L,渗透剂JFC 1-2g/L,301精练酶1.5-2.5g/L,双氧水10-12g/L,PH值为7-8,退浆温度为25-35℃,退浆时间为20-35min,浴比为20:1退浆处理后先经三道热水洗,再三道冷水洗;
(b)煮漂:将退浆后的棉织物进行煮漂处理,煮漂温度为85-95℃,时间为55-65min,PH值为6-7,煮漂配方为:净棉酶DXI 3-5g/L,改性茶皂素12-26g/L、氢氧化钠20-30g/L,双氧水12-15g/L,渗透剂JFC 3-4g/L,高效精炼剂3-5g/L,煮漂温度为35-80℃,处理时间为20-40min,浴比为30:1煮漂处理后先经2道热水洗,再经2道冷水洗;
(c)加白:将煮漂后的棉织物进行加白处理,具体是用双氧水20-30g/L,,渗透剂JFC2-3g/L,CuLl 4-8μmol/L,稳定剂DETMPS 0.2-0.5g/L,氧漂助剂INOBS 2-4g/L,增白剂ER0.2-0.6%(owf),螯合分散剂1-2.4g/L,在30-35℃的水浴中处理45-55min,浴比为30:1,PH值为8-9;
(d)抗皱整理:将加白后的棉织物放入抗皱整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度130-180℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为10-15r/min,轧余率80%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
柠檬酸:3-9g/L;
聚乙二醇(100):1-3g/L;
柔软剂:1.5-2g/L;
抗菌剂:0.8-1.3g/L;
除臭剂0.5-0.8g/L;
封端IPDI整理剂:1.5-3g/L;
次磷酸钠:4-6g/L;
渗透剂JFC:1-2g/L;
水性聚氨酯:1.2-2.8g/L;
(e)预烘:将经过抗皱处理的棉织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为90-100℃,机车速为7-8m/min;
(f)焙烘:将预烘过的棉织物放入焙烘机中进行焙烘处理,焙烘温度为150-170℃,机车速度为12-14m/min;
(g)水洗:将焙烘过的棉织物在20-30℃的清水中进行水洗;
(h)烘干。
步骤a,b中所述的热水洗温度为85-90℃,冷水洗温度为5-10℃。
步骤d中所述的柔软剂为Gemini阳离子柔软剂;除菌剂为壳聚糖;除臭剂为活性炭。
步骤c中所述的螯合分散剂为螯合分散剂JL-AG。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:
抗皱防变形效果好:本发明通过将柠檬酸与聚乙二醇配比为抗皱整理剂,安全无毒,有效提高棉织物的抗皱防变形效果,使棉织物的反弹回复角能达到245°以上;
增白效果好:本发明通过在煮漂工序中添加改性茶皂素并严格控制工艺温度,有效提高棉织物的白度,又由于本发明在煮漂工序后又增加加白工艺,加白工艺采用低温加白方式,对棉织物伤害小又能进一步提高棉织物的白度,有利于理后棉织物的白度保持;
绿色环保:本发明通过将柠檬酸、聚乙二醇、水性聚氨酯的合理配比形成抗皱整理剂,绿色环保,不会释放甲醛等有毒有害物质,安全放心;且本发明通过在整理剂中添加的抗菌剂、除臭剂、柔软剂可进一步保证棉织物的抗菌效果、除臭效果以及保证棉织物柔软不变形,实用性提高;
本发明通过对预烘、焙烘温度以及烘干速度的眼科控制,进一步保证棉织物抗皱整理效果,有益效果明显。

(a)退浆:将棉织物进行退浆处理,工艺温度为100℃,处理时间为20min,退浆配方为:PVA降解酶0.5g/L,硼酸20g/L,碘2g/L,碘化钾8g/L,磷酸氢二钠1.2g/L,磷酸二氢钠1g/L,柠檬酸0.5g/L,渗透剂JFC 1g/L,301精练酶1.5g/L,双氧水10g/L,PH值为7,退浆温度为25℃,退浆时间为20min,浴比为20:1退浆处理后先经三道85℃的热水洗,再三道5℃冷水洗;
(b)煮漂:将退浆后的棉织物进行煮漂处理,煮漂温度为85℃,时间为55min,PH值为6,煮漂配方为:净棉酶DXI 3g/L,改性茶皂素12g/L、氢氧化钠20g/L,双氧水12g/L,渗透剂JFC 3g/L,高效精炼剂3g/L,煮漂温度为35℃,处理时间为20min,浴比为30:1煮漂处理后先经2道80℃热水洗,再经2道5℃冷水洗;
(c)加白:将煮漂后的棉织物进行加白处理,具体是用双氧水20g/L,渗透剂JFC2g/L,CuLl 4μmol/L,稳定剂DETMPS 0.2g/L,氧漂助剂INOBS 2g/L,增白剂ER 0.2%(owf),螯合分散剂JL-AG 1g/L,在30℃的水浴中处理45min,浴比为30:1,PH值为8;
(d)抗皱整理:将加白后的棉织物放入抗皱整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度130℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为10r/min,轧余率80%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
柠檬酸:3g/L;
聚乙二醇(100):1g/L;
Gemini阳离子柔软剂:1.5g/L;
壳聚糖:0.8g/L;

(b)煮漂:将退浆后的棉织物进行煮漂处理,煮漂温度为90℃,时间为62min,PH值为6.3,煮漂配方为:净棉酶DXI 3.8g/L,改性茶皂素20g/L、氢氧化钠25g/L,双氧水14g/L,渗透剂JFC 3.4g/L,高效精炼剂4g/L,煮漂温度为55℃,处理时间为30min,浴比为30:1煮漂处理后先经2道80℃热水洗,再经2道5℃冷水洗;
(c)加白:将煮漂后的棉织物进行加白处理,具体是用双氧水25g/L,,渗透剂JFC2.5g/L,CuLl 5μmol/L,稳定剂DETMPS 0.4g/L,氧漂助剂INOBS 3g/L,增白剂ER 0.4%(owf),螯合分散剂JL-AG 1.8g/L,在32℃的水浴中处理50min,浴比为30:1,PH值为8.2;
(d)抗皱整理:将加白后的棉织物放入抗皱整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度150℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为13r/min,轧余率80%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:

(b)煮漂:将退浆后的棉织物进行煮漂处理,煮漂温度为95℃,时间为65min,PH值为7,煮漂配方为:净棉酶DXI 5g/L,改性茶皂素26g/L、氢氧化钠30g/L,双氧水15g/L,渗透剂JFC 4g/L,高效精炼剂5g/L,煮漂温度为80℃,处理时间为40min,浴比为30:1煮漂处理后先经2道80℃热水洗,再经2道5℃冷水洗;
(c)加白:将煮漂后的棉织物进行加白处理,具体是用双氧水30g/L,,渗透剂JFC3g/L,CuLl 8μmol/L,稳定剂DETMPS 0.5g/L,氧漂助剂INOBS 4g/L,增白剂ER 0.6%(owf),螯合分散剂JL-AG 2.4g/L,在35℃的水浴中处理55min,浴比为30:1,PH值为9;
(d)抗皱整理:将加白后的棉织物放入抗皱整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度180℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为15r/min,轧余率80%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
柠檬酸:9g/L;
聚乙二醇(100):3g/L;
Gemini阳离子柔软剂:2g/L;
壳聚糖:1.3g/L;
活性炭:0.8g/L;

1.一种棉织物的抗皱防变形整理工艺,其特征在于:包括步骤
(a)退浆:将棉织物进行退浆处理,工艺温度为100-105℃,处理时间为20-25min,退浆配方为:PVA 降解酶 0.5-0.8g/L,硼酸 20-30g/L,碘 2-5g/L,碘化钾 8-10g/L,磷酸氢二钠 1.2-1.5g/L,磷酸二氢钠 1-1.2g/L,柠檬酸 0.5-0.8g/L,渗透剂JFC 1-2g/L, 301 精练酶 1.5-2.5g/L,双氧水 10-12g/L,PH值为7-8,退浆温度为25-35℃,退浆时间为20-35min,浴比为20:1退浆处理后先经三道热水洗,再三道冷水洗;
(b)煮漂:将退浆后的棉织物进行煮漂处理,煮漂温度为85-95℃,时间为55-65min,PH值为6-7,煮漂配方为:净棉酶DXI 3-5g/L,改性茶皂素 12-26g/L、氢氧化钠 20-30g/L,双氧水 12-15g/L,渗透剂JFC 3-4g/L,高效精炼剂 3-5g/L,煮漂温度为35-80℃,处理时间为20-40min,浴比为30:1煮漂处理后先经2道热水洗,再经2道冷水洗;
(c)加白:将煮漂后的棉织物进行加白处理,具体是用双氧水 20-30g/L,,渗透剂 JFC2-3g/L,CuLl 4-8μmol/L,稳定剂DETMPS 0.2-0.5g/L, 氧漂助剂INOBS 2-4 g/L,增白剂ER 0.2-0.6 %(owf),螯合分散剂1-2.4g/L,在30-35℃的水浴中处理45-55min,浴比为30:1,PH值为8-9;
(d)抗皱整理:将加白后的棉织物放入抗皱整理工作液中通过轧车进行二浸二轧处理,浸轧工作液的温度130-180℃,二浸二轧时轧车的转速为10-15 r/min,轧余率80%,所述浸轧工作液包含以下重量:
柠檬酸:3-9 g/L;
聚乙二醇(100):1-3 g/L;
柔软剂: 1.5-2g/L;
抗菌剂:0.8-1.3 g/L;
除臭剂 0.5-0.8 g/L;
封端IPDI整理剂:1.5-3 g/L;
次磷酸钠:4-6 g/L;
渗透剂 JFC:1-2g/L;
水性聚氨酯:1.2-2.8g/L;
(e)预烘:将经过抗皱处理的棉织物放入烘干机中进行烘干处理,烘干温度为90-100℃,机车速为7-8m/min;
(f)焙烘:将预烘过的棉织物放入焙烘机中进行焙烘处理,焙烘温度为150-170℃,机车速度为12-14m/min;
(g)水洗:将焙烘过的棉织物在20-30℃的清水中进行水洗;
(h)烘干 。
2.根据权利要求1所述的棉织物的抗皱防变形整理工艺:其特征在于:步骤a,b中所述的热水洗温度为85-90℃,冷水洗温度为5-10℃。
3.根据权利要求1所述的棉织物的抗皱防变形整理工艺,其特征在于:步骤d中所述的柔软剂为Gemini阳离子柔软剂;除菌剂为壳聚糖;除臭剂为活性炭。
4.根据权利要求1所述的棉织物的抗皱防变形整理工艺,其特征在于:步骤c中所述的螯合分散剂为螯合分散剂JL-AG。
