技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域，尤其涉及调理亚健康的中药组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
世界卫生组织将机体无器质性病变，但是有一些功能改变的状态称为第三状态，我国称为亚健康状态。亚健康即指非病非健康状态，这是一类次等健康状态，是介于健康与疾病之间的状态，灰色状态，故又有次健康第三状态，中间状态游离状态，灰色状态等的称谓。实际上就是人们常说的慢性疲劳综合征。由于都市生活的不良饮食，生活习惯，环境污染，导致体内酵素大量缺失，体内毒素沉积，从而影响机体健康。
亚健康的病因：1饮食因素25%；2休息不足35%；3压力因素25%，调查发现多在18-45岁之间其中城市白领，女性占多数，亚健康是健康与疾病之间的临界点，也是大病来临之前身体机器发出的信号，科学研究认为亚健康状态的形成与很多因素有关，比如遗传基因；4随着社会的发展，现代人的工作和生活节奏加快，人们处在激烈的竞争状态中，长期心理紧张，反复的心理刺激和情绪不稳定以及人们生活环境及生活形式的变化等原因，造成长期的心理疲劳，导致亚健康。 亚健康临床表现为，失眠多梦，腰膝酸软，焦虑，疲乏无力，贫血头痛，头晕耳鸣，烦热自汗，便秘，眼睛疼痛，眼圈发黑，肥胖等症状。而医生检查却是非病的状态，属于中医理论脾胃虚弱，中气不足，虚劳，肾亏。目前市场上治疗亚健康的药物较少，不能满足患者用药的需求和治疗的需要。

本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种调理亚健康的中药组合物及其制备方法。

本发明的有益效果是，针对亚健康的病因主要是心神失养、气血两虚、脾胃虚弱、肾虚、肝气郁结，从调理脾胃功能入手，使人体阴阳、气血、脏腑达到平衡，令人体气血通畅，使精血滋养全身，促进血液循环。生黄芪、太子参、生山药、炒白术、炙甘草、当归、熟地黄、炒白芍具有益气补血、健脾养胃的功能；砂仁、生山楂、炒神曲、鸡内金、炒麦芽、炒厚朴具有消食化积和胃的功能；炒枣仁、柏子仁、莲子、百合、茯神、炙五味子、血丹参、川芎、郁金、广木香、制香附、陈皮、麦冬、山茱萸、炒杜仲、狗脊、黑芝麻、核桃、炒黑豆具有养心安神、活血化瘀、疏肝理气、滋肝补肾的功能；薏苡仁、茯苓具有利水渗湿、健脾益胃、宁心安神、清热排脓、通调水道的功能；通过各个药物的协同作用，本中药组合物具有益气补血、健脾养胃、养心安神、消食化积和胃、滋补肝肾、利水渗湿、疏肝理气、活血化瘀、润肠通便、平衡阴阳、提高机体免疫力的功效，能够治疗亚健康。
治疗方法 口服，一日三次，一次4-6克，饭后服用，一个月为一疗程。
治疗效果 1500名亚健康患者临床服用本发明药物三个疗程，其中亚健康患者的表现症状为：记忆力减退，失眠多梦，疲乏无力，腰膝酸软，焦虑，头晕，耳鸣，烦热自汗，便秘，面色晦暗，贫血，头疼，萎黄，眼睛疼痛，眼圈发黑，肥胖，饮食不佳等；治疗效果如下：有效率98%，治愈率95%。其中疗效评定标准为，各种亚健康症状消除为治愈；各种亚健康症状明显改善为有效。

所述的调理亚健康的中药组合物的制备方法，该制备方法由以下步骤组成：将所述原料药粉碎成细粉，然后经180目箩筛选、收集药粉，再混合均匀后用钴-60伽马射线进行辐射灭菌后即成。

一种调理亚健康的中药组合物，该中药组合物由下列重量配比的原料药组成：生黄芪12份，太子参12份，生山药15份，炒白术9.5份，炙甘草4份，当归7.5份，熟地黄7.5份，炒白芍9.5份，炒枣仁7.5份，柏子仁7.5份，莲子5份，百合5份，茯神5份，炙五味子7.5份，砂仁7.5份，生山楂9.5份，炒神曲5份，鸡内金5份，炒麦芽9.5份，炒厚朴7.5份，山茱萸6份，炒杜仲6份，狗脊6份，黑芝麻5份，核桃5份，炒黑豆5份，广木香5份，制香附5份，陈皮6份，血丹参12份，川芎4份，郁金6份，茯苓9.5份，薏苡仁4份，麦冬7.5份。
