本发明公开了一种硬密封球阀,包括有通过螺栓固定连接的主阀体、副阀体,主阀体上端安装有阀杆,阀杆下端安装有球芯,主阀体、副阀体内壁分别固定设有与球芯密封配合的主阀座、副阀座,球芯与副阀座之间垫置有石墨垫,副阀座与副阀体之间设有副阀座压圈,阀杆与主阀体之间的间隙设有石墨填料,石墨填料上压置有填料压盖,填料压盖上压置有填料压板,本发明采用硬密封方式,密封性好,能实现完全密封,流体阻力小,全通径的球阀基本没有流阻。

本发明涉及阀类领域,具体属于一种硬密封球阀。
背景技术
球阀可用于流体的调节与控制,其中硬密封V型球阀其V型球芯与堆焊硬质合金的金属阀座之间具有很强的剪切力,特别适用于含纤维、微小固体颗料等的介质。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种硬密封球阀,采用硬密封方式,密封性好,能实现完全密封,流体阻力小,全通径的球阀基本没有流阻。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种硬密封球阀,包括有通过螺栓固定连接的主阀体、副阀体,主阀体上端安装有阀杆,阀杆下端安装有球芯,主阀体、副阀体内壁分别固定设有与球芯密封配合的主阀座、副阀座,球芯与副阀座之间垫置有石墨垫,副阀座与副阀体之间设有副阀座压圈,阀杆与主阀体之间的间隙设有石墨填料,石墨填料上压置有填料压盖,填料压盖上压置有填料压板,填料压板通过螺栓固定于主阀体上端。
所述的主阀座与主阀体之间设有四氟垫。
本发明采用硬密封方式,密封性好,能实现完全密封,流体阻力小,全通径的球阀基本没有流阻。

参见附图,一种硬密封球阀,包括有通过螺栓固定连接的主阀体1、副阀体2,主阀体1上端安装有阀杆3,阀杆3下端安装有球芯4,主阀体1、副阀体2内壁分别固定设有与球芯4密封配合的主阀座5、副阀座6,球芯4与副阀座6之间垫置有石墨垫7,副阀座6与副阀体2之间设有副阀座压圈8,阀杆3与主阀体1之间的间隙设有石墨填料9,石墨填料9上压置有填料压盖10,填料压盖10上压置有填料压板11,填料压板11通过螺栓固定于主阀体1上端,主阀座5与主阀体1之间设有四氟垫。

1.一种硬密封球阀,其特征在于,包括有通过螺栓固定连接的主阀体、副阀体,主阀体上端安装有阀杆,阀杆下端安装有球芯,主阀体、副阀体内壁分别固定设有与球芯密封配合的主阀座、副阀座,球芯与副阀座之间垫置有石墨垫,副阀座与副阀体之间设有副阀座压圈,阀杆与主阀体之间的间隙设有石墨填料,石墨填料上压置有填料压盖,填料压盖上压置有填料压板,填料压板通过螺栓固定于主阀体上端。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硬密封球阀,其特征在于,所述的主阀座与主阀体之间设有四氟垫。
