Abstract

本发明涉及空气预热器领域,尤其涉及一种密封机构。一种空气预热器扇型板圆弧段密封装置,包括扇型板密封角钢和旁路密封片,旁路密封片一端通过支架固定连接在热端连接环上,旁路密封片的另一端通过弹性回复力搭靠在扇型板圆弧段密封面上,在热端连接环和扇型板圆弧段密封面上分别设置热端耳板和扇型板耳板,扇型板圆弧段密封面外还套有一圈波纹管,波纹管的一端通过动连接环板固定连接在扇型板耳板上,波纹管的另一端通过静连接环板固定连接在热端耳板上。本发明密封装置在扇形板圆弧段和连接环之间设置了波纹管,利用波纹管罩住原有的泄露间隙的气流通道,使得泄露区域被彻底隔绝,降低了烟气泄漏,提高了整体密封水平。

空气预热器扇型板圆弧段密封装置
技术领域
本发明涉及空气预热器领域,尤其涉及一种密封机构。
背景技术
当前空气预热器扇形板“直边段”静密封,采用的是弹性元件“U型波纹板“,属接触式密封,效果较好。“圆弧段”采用非接触的“扇型板密封角钢”,如图1所示,现有的扇形板圆弧段密封结构包括扇型板密封角钢1和旁路密封片2,旁路密封片2一端通过支架固定连接在热端连接环3上,旁路密封片2的另一端通过弹性回复力搭靠在扇型板圆弧段密封面4上;因为扇型板密封角钢1相对而言密封效果较差,因此扇型板密封角钢1本身与扇型板圆弧段密封面4之间就会留有一点泄露间隙5,而旁路密封片2与扇型板密封角钢1的衔接处也存在有较大的泄漏空间6,旁路密封片2在工作中不断动作本身也会出现磨损造成泄露;因此该密封区域的泄露较为严重,需要一种能改进扇形板圆弧段密封方式,解决旁路密封片与扇形型板密封角钢衔接处的泄漏,提高密封效率的密封结构。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种空气预热器扇型板圆弧段密封装置,该装置在扇形板和连接环之间设置了波纹管,利用波纹管罩住原有的泄露间隙的气流通道,使得泄露区域被彻底隔绝,降低了烟气泄漏,提高了整体密封水平。
本发明是这样实现的:一种空气预热器扇型板圆弧段密封装置,包括扇型板密封角钢和旁路密封片,旁路密封片一端通过支架固定连接在热端连接环上,旁路密封片的另一端通过弹性回复力搭靠在扇型板圆弧段密封面上,在热端连接环和扇型板圆弧段密封面上分别设置热端耳板和扇型板耳板,所述扇型板圆弧段密封面外还套有一圈波纹管,所述波纹管的一端通过动连接环板固定连接在扇型板耳板上,波纹管的另一端通过静连接环板固定连接在热端耳板上。
所述波纹管与扇型板圆弧段密封面之间还设置有一圈防尘机构。
所述防尘机构包括动防尘圈和静防尘圈,所述动防尘圈的一端固定连接在动连接环板上,所述静防尘圈的一端固定连接在静连接环板上,动防尘圈与静防尘圈的另一端相互配合构成密封副。
所述波纹管为V型焊接波纹管。
本发明空气预热器扇型板圆弧段密封装置在扇形板圆弧段和连接环之间设置了波纹管,利用波纹管罩住原有的泄露间隙的气流通道,使得泄露区域被彻底隔绝,降低了烟气泄漏,提高了整体密封水平。

实施例1
如图2、3、4所示,一种空气预热器扇型板圆弧段密封装置, 包括扇型板密封角钢1和旁路密封片2,旁路密封片2一端通过支架固定连接在热端连接环3上,旁路密封片2的另一端通过弹性回复力搭靠在扇型板圆弧段密封面4上,在热端连接环3和扇型板圆弧段密封面4上分别设置热端耳板9和扇型板耳板10,所述扇型板圆弧段密封面4外还套有一圈波纹管7,所述波纹管7的一端通过动连接环板8固定连接在扇型板耳板10上,波纹管7的另一端通过静连接环板11固定连接在热端耳板9上。
为了避免波纹管7粘附过多灰尘,影响正常动作,在本发明中,所述波纹管7与扇型板圆弧段密封面4之间还设置有一圈防尘机构,该防尘机构在本实施例中,可以进一步描述为,所述防尘机构包括动防尘圈12和静防尘圈13,所述动防尘圈12的一端固定连接在动连接环板8上,所述静防尘圈13的一端固定连接在静连接环板11上,动防尘圈12与静防尘圈13的另一端相互配合构成密封副。
在本实施例中,考虑到波纹管7 需要具有阻尼小而位移量大的特点,作为优选,所述波纹管7采用V型焊接波纹管。

Claims (4)

1.一种空气预热器扇型板圆弧段密封装置, 包括扇型板密封角钢(1)和旁路密封片(2),旁路密封片(2)一端通过支架固定连接在热端连接环(3)上,旁路密封片(2)的另一端通过弹性回复力搭靠在扇型板圆弧段密封面(4)上,其特征是:在热端连接环(3)和扇型板圆弧段密封面(4)上分别设置热端耳板(9)和扇型板耳板(10),所述扇型板圆弧段密封面(4)外还套有一圈波纹管(7),所述波纹管(7)的一端通过动连接环板(8)固定连接在扇型板耳板(10)上,波纹管(7)的另一端通过静连接环板(11)固定连接在热端耳板(9)上。
2.如权利要求1所述的空气预热器扇型板圆弧段密封装置,其特征是:所述波纹管(7)与扇型板圆弧段密封面(4)之间还设置有一圈防尘机构。
3.如权利要求2所述的空气预热器扇型板圆弧段密封装置,其特征是:所述防尘机构包括动防尘圈(12)和静防尘圈(13),所述动防尘圈(12)的一端固定连接在动连接环板(8)上,所述静防尘圈(13)的一端固定连接在静连接环板(11)上,动防尘圈(12)与静防尘圈(13)的另一端相互配合构成密封副。
4.如权利要求1~3中任意一权利要求所述的空气预热器扇型板圆弧段密封装置,其特征是:所述波纹管(7)为V型焊接波纹管。
