Abstract

本发明提供一种车辆辅助行驶装置,包括:红外图像获取模块,用于获取车辆前方物体的红外图像的信息;显示模块,所述显示模块与所述图像获取模块相连,用于根据所述红外图像获取模块所获取的红外图像的信息显示相应的图像。本发明能够使得在夜间行驶遇到前方发射的强光时,依然能够利用所述车辆辅助行驶装置看到前方的路况,减少交通事故的发生。

背景技术
随着汽车行业的迅猛发展和汽车的不断普及,道路安全问题日趋严重,而夜间行车相对于白天行车,危险系数更高,很多交通事故都是在夜间会车时发生的,夜间会车时,如图1所示,如果车辆1对面的车辆2开启了远光灯,车辆1内驾驶员受强光刺激后,瞳孔发生扩张,很难看清前方的路况,尤其是在会车结束后的一瞬间,眼前更是漆黑一片,这种情况下很容易出现交通事故。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种车辆辅助行驶装置,以减少夜间行车时交通事故的发生。
本发明提供一种车辆辅助行驶装置,包括:
红外图像获取模块,用于获取车辆前方物体的红外图像的信息;
显示模块,所述显示模块与所述图像获取模块相连,用于根据所述红外图像获取模块所获取的红外图像的信息显示相应的图像。
优选地,所述红外图像获取模块包括:
红外发射单元,用于向车辆前方发射红外光线;
图像获取单元,用于根据车辆前方的物体反射的红外光线,生成所述物体的红外图像的信息,所述显示模块与所述图像获取单元相连。
优选地,所述图像获取单元包括摄像机,所述红外图像获取模块还包括可见光滤光片,所述可见光滤光片设置于所述摄像机的镜头外表面,并用于滤除射入所述镜头的可见光。
优选地,所述车辆辅助行驶装置还包括亮度检测模块、亮度对比模块和红外驱动模块,
所述亮度检测模块用于检测由车辆前方发射至该车辆的可见光的亮度;
所述亮度对比模块分别与所述亮度检测模块和所述红外驱动模块相连,用于将所述亮度检测模块所检测到的可见光的亮度与预设值进行对比,当所述可见光的亮度大于或等于所述预设值时,所述亮度对比模块能够向红外驱动模块发送第一信号;当所述可见光的亮度小于所述预设值时,所述亮度对比模块能够向所述红外驱动模块发送第二信号;
所述红外驱动模块与所述红外图像获取模块相连,用于在接收到所述第一信号时控制所述红外图像获取模块启动;并在接收到第二信号时控制所述红外图像获取模块关闭。
优选地,所述亮度检测模块包括亮度传感器。
优选地,所述车辆辅助行驶装置还包括用于佩戴在驾驶员身体上的佩戴本体,所述亮度传感器设置在所述佩戴本体上。
优选地,所述佩戴本体包括眼镜框。

图像处理模块,所述图像处理模块连接在所述红外图像获取模块和所述显示模块之间,用于对所述图像获取模块获取的红外图像的信息进行图像增强处理,并将处理后的信息发送至所述显示模块。

在本发明中,由于红外图像获取模块所获取的是车辆前方物体的红外图像的信息,且显示模块能够显示车辆前方物体的红外图像,因此,当车辆前方有强光向车辆照射导致驾驶员无法看到前方路况时,驾驶员可以通过显示模块所显示的红外图像得知前方的路况,减少交通事故的发生。

以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式进行详细说明。应当理解的是,此处所描述的具体实施方式仅用于说明和解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明。
本发明提供一种车辆辅助行驶装置,如图2所示,包括红外图像获取模块10和显示模块20。红外图像获取模块10用于获取车辆前方物体的红外图像的信息;显示模块20与图像获取模块10相连,用于根据红外图像获取模块10所获取的红外图像的信息显示相应的图像。本发明中所述的“相连”可以为有线连接,也可以为无线连接,只要能够进行信号传输即可。
在利用所述车辆辅助行驶装置时,可以将显示模块20设置在车辆内,例如,设置在后视镜旁、挡风玻璃边缘等。当车辆前方有强光向车辆照射导致驾驶员无法看到前方路况时,由于红外图像获取模块10所获取的是车辆前方物体的红外图像的信息,且显示模块20能够显示车辆前方物体的红外图像,因此,驾驶员可以通过显示模块20所显示的红外图像得知前方的路况,减少交通事故的发生。
红外图像获取模块10可以根据车辆前方物体本身向外散发的红外光线生成物体的红外图像,也可以向前方物体发射红外光线,根据物体反射的红外光线生成物体的红外图像。在本发明中,如图2所示,红外图像获取模块10包括红外发射单元11和图像获取单元12,红外发射单元11用于向车辆前方发射红外光线。例如,红外发射单元11包括多个红外发光二极管。图像获取单元12用于根据车辆前方的物体反射的红外光线,生成所述物体的红外图像的信息,其中,显示模块10与图像获取单元12相连。在实际应用中,可以将红外发射单元11和图像获取单元12设置在车辆的前端。
其中,图像获取单元12可以包括摄像机,优选地,如图2所示,红外图像获取模块10还包括可见光滤光片13,可见光滤光片13设置于所述摄像机的镜头外表面,并用于滤除射入所述镜头的可见光,从而减少可见光对图像获取单元12接收红外光线的影响,进而使得显示模块20所显示的红外图像更加清晰。
进一步地,所述车辆辅助行驶装置还包括亮度检测模块30、亮度对比模块40和红外驱动模块50。亮度检测模块30用于检测由车辆前方发射至该车辆的可见光的亮度。亮度对比模块40分别与亮度检测模块30和红外驱动模块50相连,用于将亮度检测模块30所检测到的可见光的亮度与预设值进行对比,当所述可见光的亮度大于或等于所述预设值时,亮度对比模块40能够向红外驱动模块50发送第一信号;当所述可见光的亮度小于所述预设值时,亮度对比模块40能够向红外驱动模块50发送第二信号。红外驱动模块50与红外图像获取模块10相连,用于在接收到所述第一信号时控制红外图像获取模块10启动,以使得红外图像获取模块10开始所述红外图像的信息;并在接收到第二信号时控制红外图像获取模块10关闭,以使得红外图像获取模块10停止获取所述红外图像的信息。
当红外图像获取模块10包括红外发射单元11和图像获取单元12时,红外驱动模块50可以与红外发射单元11相连,通过控制红外发射单元11是否发射红外光线,从而相应地控制红外图像获取模块10启动和关闭;也可以与图像获取单元12相连,通过控制图像获取单元12是否接收物体反射的红外光线来,从而相应地控制红外图像获取模块10启动和关闭。所述预设值可以根据人眼在夜间能够承受的亮度的最大值而设定。因此,红外图像获取模块10并不是持续工作的,而是仅在车辆前方向车辆发射亮度较大的可见光时启动,当车辆前方向车辆发射的可见光亮度较小时,红外图像获取模块10停止关闭,从而节省了所述车辆辅助行驶装置的功耗。
具体地,亮度检测模块30可以包括亮度传感器,所述亮度传感器亮度对比模块40相连。
所述亮度传感器可以设置在车身上,例如,车头位置等,当有强光照射至所述亮度传感器上时,可以认为该强光同时也照射至人眼中。为了更准确地判断是否有亮度较大的光线进入人眼,进一步地,所述车辆辅助行驶装置还包括用于佩戴在驾驶员身体上的佩戴本体,所述亮度传感器设置在所述佩戴本体上,可以理解的是,所述亮度传感器在所述佩戴本体上的位置应当满足:当所述车辆的驾驶员佩戴所述佩戴本体时,所述亮度传感器的光接收端能够接收所述驾驶员的视线范围内的光线,即,当亮度传感器接收到光线时,人眼同样能够接收到该部分光线。

进一步地,所述车辆辅助行驶装置还包括无线通信模块,所述无线通信模块包括与亮度检测模块30相连的信号发送端以及与亮度对比模块40相连的信号接收端,所述信号发送端和所述信号接收端之间能够进行无线通信。因此,当亮度检测模块30设置在佩戴本体上、亮度对比模块30设置在车辆上时,可以利用所述无线通信模块在二者之间进行信号传输,所述无线通信模块具体可以为蓝牙等。
为了能够根据所述红外图像的信息显示相应的图像,具体地,显示模块20包括显示驱动单元21和图像显示单元22,显示驱动单元21与红外图像获取模块10相连,用于将红外图像的信息转换为相应的灰阶数据信号。图像显示单元22与显示驱动单元21相连,用于根据所述灰阶数据信号显示相应的图像。
所述红外图像的信息可以为红外图像的各个像素点的灰阶值,所述灰阶数据信号为电信号,以驱动图像显示单元22对应于所述红外图像的各个像素点的位置显示相应的灰度,从而显示出前方物体的红外图像。
作为本发明的一种具体实施方式,图像显示单元22包括透明显示面板,以进行透明显示,因此,将透明显示面板设置在驾驶员所在位置的前方时,即使透明显示面板在没有强光照射到车辆的情况下进行图像显示,驾驶员也可以同时看到显示图像和透明显示面板后的实际景象,从而不会影响驾驶员的正常行驶。
具体地,所述透明显示面板用于设置在所述车辆的前挡风玻璃的边缘,即,前挡风玻璃的靠近其安装窗口的区域。透过前挡风玻璃的没有设置所述透明显示面板的区域观看前方的效果、透过所述透明显示面板观看前方的效果无太大差别,因此,透明显示面板的设置并不会影响到驾驶员的视野。
作为本发明的另一种实施方式,图像显示单元22包括背光源、设置在所述背光源出光侧的显示面板以及设置在所述显示面板出光面上的半透半反膜。所述背光源与红外驱动模块50相连,所述红外驱动模块50能够在接收到所述第一信号时控制所述背光源发光,并能够在接收到所述第二信号时控制所述背光源停止发光。当亮度对比模块40判定车辆前方照射至该车辆的可见光的亮度大于等于所述预设值时,向红外图像获取模块10和所述背光源发送第一信号,以使得红外图像获取模块10能够获取红外图像,同时背光源向所述显示面板发射光线,显示面板显示图像,从而通过半透半反膜的透光效果使得驾驶员看到显示的图像;当亮度对比模块40判定车辆前方照射至该车辆的可见光的亮度小于所述预设值时,向红外图像获取模块10和所述背光源发送第二信号,以使得红外图像获取模块10不再获取红外图像,同时背光源停止发光,因此,显示面板不再显示图像,这时由于所述半透半反膜的反光作用,使得设置有半透半反膜的显示面板相当于反射镜。因此,设置有半透半反膜的显示面板同时具备显示和反光的作用,可以作为车辆的后视镜使用,减少了车内空间的占用。
进一步地,如图2所示,所述车辆辅助行驶装置还包括图像处理模块60,图像处理模块60连接在红外图像获取模块10和显示模块20之间,用于对红外图像获取模块10获取的红外图像的信息进行图像增强处理,并将处理后的信息发送至显示模块20,从而使得显示模块20所显示的图像更容易辨认。
具体地,所述图像增强处理包括锐化处理,从而提高红外图像边缘的对比度,使得显示模块20显示的画面更加清晰。
在实际生活中,往往需要获取前方路况的视频,具体地,红外图像获取模块10能够连续获取所述车辆前方物体的多帧红外图像的信息,图像处理模块60也可以相应地对多帧红外图像的信息进行图像增强处理,所述车辆辅助行驶装置还包括连接在图像处理模块60和显示模块20之间的信号传输模块70,信号传输模块70用于将多帧红外图像处理后的信息按序传输至显示模块20。具体地,信号传输模块70将多帧红外图像处理后的信息按序传输至显示模块20的显示驱动单元21,从而使得图像显示单元22能够显示连续的图像。其中,信号传输模块70可以通过低压差分信号技术(Low Voltage Differential Signaling,LVDS)的传输方式进行传输。
可以理解的是,以上实施方式仅仅是为了说明本发明的原理而采用的示例性实施方式,然而本发明并不局限于此。对于本领域内的普通技术人员而言,在不脱离本发明的精神和实质的情况下,可以做出各种变型和改进,这些变型和改进也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (10)

1.一种车辆辅助行驶装置,其特征在于,包括:
红外图像获取模块,用于获取车辆前方物体的红外图像的信息;
显示模块,所述显示模块与所述红外图像获取模块相连,用于根据所述红外图像获取模块所获取的红外图像的信息显示相应的图像;
所述车辆辅助行驶装置还包括亮度检测模块、亮度对比模块和红外驱动模块,
所述亮度检测模块用于检测由车辆前方发射至该车辆的可见光的亮度;
所述亮度对比模块分别与所述亮度检测模块和所述红外驱动模块相连,用于将所述亮度检测模块所检测到的可见光的亮度与预设值进行对比,当所述可见光的亮度大于或等于所述预设值时,所述亮度对比模块能够向红外驱动模块发送第一信号;当所述可见光的亮度小于所述预设值时,所述亮度对比模块能够向所述红外驱动模块发送第二信号;
所述红外驱动模块与所述红外图像获取模块相连,用于在接收到所述第一信号时控制所述红外图像获取模块启动;并在接收到第二信号时控制所述红外图像获取模块关闭;
所述显示模块包括:
显示驱动单元,所述显示驱动单元与所述红外图像获取模块相连,用于将所述红外图像的信息转换为相应的灰阶数据信号;所述红外图像的信息为红外图像的各个像素点的灰阶值,所述灰阶数据信号为电信号;
图像显示单元,所述图像显示单元与所述显示驱动单元相连,用于根据所述灰阶数据信号显示相应的图像;
所述图像显示单元包括背光源、设置在所述背光源出光侧的显示面板以及设置在所述显示面板出光面上的半透半反膜;所述背光源与所述红外驱动模块相连,所述红外驱动模块能够在接收到所述第一信号时控制所述背光源发光,并能够在接收到所述第二信号时控制所述背光源停止发光。
2.根据权利要求1所述的车辆辅助行驶装置,其特征在于,所述红外图像获取模块包括:
红外发射单元,用于向车辆前方发射红外光线;
图像获取单元,用于根据车辆前方的物体反射的红外光线,生成所述物体的红外图像的信息,所述显示模块与所述图像获取单元相连。
3.根据权利要求2所述的车辆辅助行驶装置,其特征在于,所述图像获取单元包括摄像机,所述红外图像获取模块还包括可见光滤光片,所述可见光滤光片设置于所述摄像机的镜头外表面,并用于滤除射入所述镜头的可见光。
4.根据权利要求1所述的车辆辅助行驶装置,其特征在于,所述亮度检测模块包括亮度传感器。
5.根据权利要求4所述的车辆辅助行驶装置,其特征在于,所述车辆辅助行驶装置还包括用于佩戴在驾驶员身体上的佩戴本体,所述亮度传感器设置在所述佩戴本体上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的车辆辅助行驶装置,其特征在于,所述佩戴本体包括眼镜框。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的车辆辅助行驶装置,其特征在于,所述车辆辅助行驶装置还包括无线通信模块,所述无线通信模块包括与所述亮度检测模块相连的信号发送端以及与所述亮度对比模块相连的信号接收端,所述信号发送端和所述信号接收端之间能够进行无线通信。
8.根据权利要求1至6中任意一项所述的车辆辅助行驶装置,其特征在于,所述车辆辅助行驶装置还包括:
图像处理模块,所述图像处理模块连接在所述红外图像获取模块和所述显示模块之间,用于对所述红外图像获取模块获取的红外图像的信息进行图像增强处理,并将处理后的信息发送至所述显示模块。
9.根据权利要求8所述的车辆辅助行驶装置,其特征在于,所述图像增强处理包括锐化处理。
10.根据权利要求8所述的车辆辅助行驶装置,其特征在于,所述红外图像获取模块能够连续获取所述车辆前方物体的多帧红外图像的信息,所述图像处理模块能够连续对多帧红外图像的信息进行图像增强处理;
所述车辆辅助行驶装置还包括连接在所述图像处理模块和所述显示模块之间的信号传输模块,所述信号传输模块用于将所述多帧红外图像处理后的信息按序传输至所述显示模块。
