Detailed Description
The technical solution of the present invention is further explained with reference to the drawings and the specific embodiments.
Example 1
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the child safety seat of the present invention includes a fixing base 1, a seat 2 provided on the fixing base 1, and a safety belt for protecting a child sitting on the seat 2.
The seat 2 comprises a backrest 21 and a base 22 which are intersected to form an L shape, the fixing seat 1 also forms an L shape, and the upper part of the backrest 21 is rotatably connected with the upper part of the fixing seat 1 through a rotating shaft 4.
The harness includes a first strap, a second strap 35 and a third strap 36. The first belt body comprises a first section 31 positioned in front of the backrest 21 and remaining sections except the first section 31, the remaining sections comprise a second section 32 positioned in back of the backrest 21 and a third section 33 positioned below the base 22, the ends of the first section 31, the second section 32 and the third section 33 are sequentially connected, and the number of the first section 31 is two, so that the shoulders of a child are protected; the second section 32 extends along the up-down direction, the upper part and the lower part of the fixed seat 1 are respectively provided with a first shaft 11 and a second shaft 12, and two end parts of the second section 32 are wound around the first shaft 11 and the second shaft 12; the third segment 33 extends in the front-rear direction. One end portions of the second strap body 35 and the third strap body 36 are fixedly connected to the base 22, the other end portions of the second strap body 35 and the third strap body 36 are connected with the buckle 34, the free end of the first section 31 is connected with the buckle 34, and the free end of the third single body 33 is fixedly connected to the base 22. The second strap 35 and the third strap 36 also serve to protect the legs of the child.
When collision happens, the seat 2 rotates forwards around the rotating shaft 4 relative to the fixed seat 1, in the process of rotating the seat 2, one end part of the third section 33 fixed on the base 22 also moves forwards, so that the length of the third section 33 is increased, the two end parts of the second section 32 always pass through the first shaft 11 and the second shaft 12, the length of the second section is always kept unchanged, the length of the first section 31 is shortened, the safety belt can pull the shoulder of a child backwards after collision happens, the shoulder and the head of the child move backwards, and the head of the child is prevented from colliding with the front-row seat.
The child safety seat further comprises an energy-absorbing device 5 for absorbing impact energy generated by an impact in the event of an impact. In this embodiment, the energy absorber 5 is disposed between the seat 2 and the fixing base 1 and located on a rotation path of the seat 2 rotating relative to the fixing base 1. When the seat 2 rotates relative to the fixed seat 1 in the event of an impact, the energy absorption device 5 is compressed, thereby absorbing the impact energy generated by the impact.
In a particular embodiment, the energy-absorbing means 5 is made of an energy-absorbing material.
Example 2
The same as example 1, except that the energy absorber 5 was disposed at a different position from example 1.
As shown in fig. 5 to 8, in the present embodiment, the energy absorbing device 5 is disposed on the seat belt, and when the seat 2 rotates relative to the fixing seat 1 due to an impact, the seat belt pulls the energy absorbing device 5 to stretch the energy absorbing device 5 to absorb energy.
In one embodiment, energy absorber 5 is disposed on second web 35 and third web 36 proximate an end of second web 35 and third web 36 that is fixedly attached to base 22.
In conclusion, the child safety seat has a simple structure, and when the child safety seat is impacted, the safety belt can be automatically tightened to enable the shoulder and the head of the child to move backwards, so that the situation that the shoulder and the head of the child move forwards due to the inertia effect and collide with the front-row seat, and the child is injured is avoided; moreover, by arranging the energy absorption device, the impact energy generated when the child safety seat is impacted can be reduced, and the safety performance of the child safety seat is further improved.
The above embodiments are merely illustrative of the technical ideas and features of the present invention, and the purpose thereof is to enable those skilled in the art to understand the contents of the present invention and implement the present invention, and not to limit the protection scope of the present invention. All equivalent changes and modifications made according to the spirit of the present invention should be covered within the protection scope of the present invention.
