Abstract

一种家用的电力线载波的控制装置,选用编解码专用芯片为核心技术,利用家用的电力线来传送控制信号,将发送器和接收器各插在家庭内的电力插座内,由发送器的轻触按钮控制在另一插座内的电器工作,省去了专用控制线材料,省掉了很多的安装费,是一个节能和环保的绿色产品。

本发明涉及一种家用电力线载波的控制装置。
背景技术
交流220V的电力线已普及每个家庭,又是短距离的电力线载波通信技术已很成熟,利用电力线载波技术传输信号,可以减少材料、减少安装费,又是在已装修完好的住宅中,再想扩大电器用量的最佳选择。
发明内容
本发明一种家用电力线载波的控制装置,公开一种利用电力线传送控制信号,在两个原有的电源插座中,一个插上发射器,另一个插上接收器,所述接收器相普通的电源插座,然后将所用电器插在接收器上。这样,操作发射器,即可控制插在接收器上的电器的工作。
一种家用电力线载波的控制装置,其电路组成由一个发射器和一个接收器组成。所述的发射器,其电路组成由带有电源插头的塑料盒子,盒子内安装有电路板,电路板有电源功能模块、编解码电路模块和电力线载波发射器模块组成;所述的接收器,其电路组成由带有电源插头的塑料壳的电源插座,插座的面板有两孔和三孔电源插孔,用于电器插头接电源;所述的接收器,其电路板有电源功能模块、解码电路板和电力线载波解码器模块组成。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,A是发射器的轻触无锁的控制按钮,当A被按下时,发射器接通电源,控制器一自己的地址编码以载波的信号发送到电力线上;R1、C1组成阻容降压电路模块,将交流电220V电压降低若干伏后送去下一级电路;B是单相桥式整流器模块电路,将降压后的交流电进行整流,输出脉动的直流电送滤波和稳压电路;L、C2组成复合滤波电路,降脉动的直流电变成比较平滑的直流电;IC1及C3、C4组成稳压电路,IC1的型号是7812,将滤波后的直流电变为更文定的直流电供给下一级电路为工作电源。
如图1所示,IC2是编解码专用芯片,这里选用VD2056,其地址码有7位,有A1、0、1、悬空等4种编码方式,满足大容量的***地址编码所用,IC2的15脚和16脚是外接的振荡电阻,其组成频率是载波信号频率;17脚是编码输出端;14脚是发送编码发送使能端,低电平有效;在14脚已接地端的前提下,当18端获电源时,IC2的17端就输出载波信号给下一级电路。
如图1所示,IC3是电力线在波发送器模块,市场上有技术成熟的电力线载波发送和接收模块销售,这里选用型号为KQ330,其模块的输入端有TX端;电源输入端UCC、GND端;还有输出端AC、AC端。当工作电源已有的前提下,当TX端有信号输入时,由IC3的内部电路作用,电力线载波信号经IC3内部电路将信号放大后送上交流220V的电力线上。图1上的R2是压敏电阻,起瞬间过压保护作用。
如图2所示R1、C1组成阻容降压电路,将交流电220V电压降低若干伏后送去整流电路B,所述整流电路B是单相桥式整流器,输入的是交流电,输出的是脉动的直流电;I、C2组成复合滤波电路,把整流器输出的脉动直流电变成比较平滑的直流电送线一级电路。IC1是三端稳压器电路,型号是7812;C3、C4是滤滤波电容,把稳压触来的直流电质量提高。
如图2所示,IC2是解码芯片,型号是VD2057,其地址与解码芯片VD2056相对应,是一对编解码专用芯片,使用时要对号入座,不能搞错。IC2的15脚、16脚外接的电阻是振荡电阻,其阻值与发送器的振荡电阻一样;IC2的14脚是载波输入信号端,VT端是解码输出端;18、9脚是电源端子,18脚接电源的正极,9脚接电源的负极;IC3是电力线载波模块,选用的型号与发送端相配对的KQ330,它有外接的5个端子,两个是交流电的接线端子、两个是工作电源的接线端子,还有一个独爱子是电力线的输出端子。
如图2所示,IC4是D型触发器,型号为CD4013,IC4的1端是D型触发器的输出端,4端时IC4的复位端,每次IC4来电时由复位端对内部电路复位,器1端输出低电平继电器复位;IC4的3端是载波信号输入端,每输入一个高电平脉冲信号,IC4的输出就改变一次锁定信号,如原来是高电平的就变为低电平;源来是低电平的就变为高电平;J是继电器,选用DC12V,其常开触点J接在插座回路的连线中;IC6是插座,选用单相的两孔、三孔插座,所连的支路,一条是固定接线,另一条由继电器的常开触点相串联。
一种家用电力线载波的控制装置,工作时将发送器和接收器各插在家庭电力插座中,其工作过程:用手按下发送器的轻触按钮A,则电力线载波信号就以IC1的地址编号向电力线发送;在另一端的电力线接收器接收到载波信号,经过降低址信号与自己的地址信号向比较,相同时就在解码输出端VT正确解码输出一个高电平信号,表示输出有效;然后由载波输出信号驱动D型触发器,由D型触发器驱动继电器J动作,其常开触电J吸合,接通插座的电源线路,供给插座的工作电源;如果D型触发器原来是闭合的,则触发器输出的触发信号是低电平,此时,低电平是继电器调开,断开插座的电源供给,使插在插座里的电器停止工作。

1.一种家用的电力线载波的控制装置,其装置由两部分组成,即发送器和接收器两部分;所述发送器,其电路组成是电源电路、编解码电路和电力线载波发送电路组成,工作时由操作按钮A控制;所述接收器由解码电路和电力线载波接收电路组成,使用时将发送器和接收器的地址码编址一致,把发送器插在电源插座里,又把接收器插在另一只电源插座里;这样,当操作发送器时,由发送器输出的控制信号,通过电力线将传送的载波信号输入到接收器,再由接收器控制插在接收器插座内的电器的工作。
