Abstract

本发明涉及一种蓄光发光锦涤复合面料的制备工艺。该工艺以蓄光发光材料制备的胶料涂覆于离型纸上烘干形成面层,将里层胶料涂于面层的表面并半烘干形成粘结层,将基布以离型纸同速度放卷,基布与粘结层贴合形成半成品后收卷,再将半成品熟成后,剥离离型纸,制备具有蓄光发光功能性的面料。与传统蓄光发光面料相比,本发明所得蓄光发光面料经多次水洗后,仍能保持良好的蓄光发光效果。此外,本发明锦涤复合蓄光发光布手感好,平整度好,并且手感软硬度可根据胶料的配方自由调节,适用于户外运动服装、毛巾等公共所用纺织产品等。

Description

一种蓄光发光锦涤复合面料的制备工艺
技术领域
本发明专利涉及纺织面料制备领域,特别涉及一种一种蓄光发光锦涤复合面料的制备工艺。
背景技术
随着“夜跑”等夜晚生活在都市青年中成为一种时尚,人们对面料的要求越来越高,新功能、新面貌的纺织产品不断涌现。其中出现发光面料,适合在夜间使用,主要用于制作户外运动服装、毛巾等公共场所用纺织产品等,极具新颖性和创造性,满足了人们对户外运动的时尚感和高要求。
而市场上的蓄光发光面料未出现大批量生产,现仅有的发光面料一般采用直接将涂料使用滚涂机涂层在面料上,由于受到条件限制,该生产方式能源消耗大,环境污染严重,面料本身功能易发生变化,且蓄光发光效果较差,特别是水洗几次后蓄光发光效果明显下降,从而导致不能再继续使用,品质无法得到保证。
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种蓄光发光锦涤复合面料的制备方法,满足人们对功能性面料的需求,解决以上问题。。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服目前市场上发光面料效果差、色牢度差的问题,提供一种蓄光发光锦涤复合面料的制备工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取如下技术方案:一种蓄光发光锦涤复合面料的制备工艺,以锦涤复合基布为原料,该制备工艺包括以下步骤:
(1)对所述锦涤复合基布进行压光处理;
(2)对经过步骤(1)的基布进行离型纸转移涂层,具体过程如下:首先将制备的胶料涂覆于离型纸上,在100℃-120℃下烘干成膜形成面层,再将制备的里层胶料涂于面层的表面,在80℃-90℃下半烘干形成粘结层。其次将基布以离型纸以车行速度为20-30米/分钟的速度放卷,基布与粘结层贴合形成半成品后以上述同速度收卷,再将半成品熟成后,剥离离型纸,制备具有蓄光发光功能性的面料。其中,所述面层胶料的组成按重量分为:甲苯(TOL)溶剂30-50份,消光粉1-3份,助剥剂0.5-1份,200目的稀土铝酸锶蓄光粉末20-30份,一液型聚氨酯100份。所述里层胶料的组成部分按重量分为:甲苯(TOL)溶剂20-25份,200目的稀土铝酸锶蓄光粉末20-25份,架桥剂6-8份,二液型聚氨酯100份。所述涂层厚度控制在15-25μm,贴合压力30-35N。
(3)将步骤(2)处理过的布依次进行水洗、烘干、冷却、熟成、打卷、包装即制备出高性能蓄光发光面料。
根据本发明,步骤(2)中,形成所述面层所需要的烘干时间一般为30-50秒,形成所述粘结层所需要的烘干时间一般为10-20秒。
优选地,步骤(3)中,水洗在温度45-55℃下进行,水洗时间一般为10-15分钟。

实施例1
按照本实施例的蓄光发光锦涤复合面料的制备工艺如下:
(1)对所述锦涤复合基布进行压光处理;
(2)对经过步骤(1)的基布进行离型纸转移涂层,具体过程如下:首先将制备的胶料涂覆于离型纸上,在120℃下烘干成膜形成面层,再将制备的里层胶料涂于面层的表面,在90℃下半烘干形成粘结层。其次将基布以离型纸以车行速度为30米/分钟的速度放卷,基布与粘结层贴合形成半成品后以上述同速度收卷,再将半成品熟成后,剥离离型纸,制备具有蓄光发光功能性的面料。其中,上述面层胶料的组成按重量分为:甲苯(TOL)溶剂30份,消光粉3份,助剥剂1份,200目的稀土铝酸锶蓄光粉末30份,一液型聚氨酯100份。所述里层胶料的组成部分按重量分为:甲苯(TOL)溶剂25份,200目的稀土铝酸锶蓄光粉末25份,架桥剂8份,二液型聚氨酯100份。所述涂层厚度控制在25μm,贴合压力35N。
(3)将步骤(2)处理过的布依次进行水洗、烘干、冷却、熟成、打卷、包装即制备出高性能蓄光发光面料。
根据本发明,步骤(2)中,形成所述面层所需要的烘干时间一般为30秒,形成所述粘结层所需要的烘干时间一般为10秒。
优选地,步骤(3)中,水洗在温度45℃下进行,水洗时间一般为10分钟。
实施例2
按照本实施例的蓄光发光锦涤复合面料的制备工艺如下:
(1)对所述锦涤复合基布进行压光处理;

(3)将步骤(2)处理过的布依次进行水洗、烘干、冷却、熟成、打卷、包装即制备出高性能蓄光发光面料。
根据本发明,步骤(2)中,形成所述面层所需要的烘干时间一般为50秒,形成所述粘结层所需要的烘干时间一般为20秒。
优选地,步骤(3)中,水洗在温度55℃下进行,水洗时间一般为15分钟。
实施例3
按照本实施例的蓄光发光锦涤复合面料的制备工艺如下:
(1)对所述锦涤复合基布进行压光处理;
(2)对经过步骤(1)的基布进行离型纸转移涂层,具体过程如下:首先将制备的胶料涂覆于离型纸上,在110℃下烘干成膜形成面层,再将制备的里层胶料涂于面层的表面,在85℃下半烘干形成粘结层。其次将基布以离型纸以车行速度为25米/分钟的速度放卷,基布与粘结层贴合形成半成品后以上述同速度收卷,再将半成品熟成后,剥离离型纸,制备具有蓄光发光功能性的面料。其中,所述面层胶料的组成按重量分为:甲苯(TOL)溶剂40份,消光粉2份,助剥剂0.8份,200目的稀土铝酸锶蓄光粉末25份,一液型聚氨酯100份。所述里层胶料的组成部分按重量分为:甲苯(TOL)溶剂22份,200目的稀土铝酸锶蓄光粉末22份,架桥剂7份,二液型聚氨酯100份。所述涂层厚度控制在20μm,贴合压力32N。
(3)将步骤(2)处理过的布依次进行水洗、烘干、冷却、熟成、打卷、包装即制备出高性能蓄光发光面料。
根据本发明,步骤(2)中,形成所述面层所需要的烘干时间一般为40秒,形成所述粘结层所需要的烘干时间一般为15秒。
优选地,步骤(3)中,水洗在温度50℃下进行,水洗时间一般为12分钟。

1.一种蓄光发光锦涤复合面料的制备工艺,其特征在于所述生产工艺流程按如下进行:蓄光发光面胶底胶的配置→离型纸上面胶→烘干→上里层底胶→半烘干→基布贴合→烘干→冷却→卷取剥离→成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蓄光发光锦涤复合面料的制备工艺,其特征在于所述将制备的胶料涂覆于离型纸上,在100℃-120℃下烘干成膜形成面层,再将制备的里层胶料涂于面层的表面,在80℃-90℃下半烘干形成粘结层,其次将基布以离型纸以车行速度为20-30米/分钟的速度放卷,基布与粘结层贴合形成半成品后以上述同速度收卷,再将半成品熟成后,剥离离型纸,制备具有蓄光发光功能性的面料。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蓄光发光锦涤复合面料的制备工艺,其特征在于所述面层胶料的组成按重量分为:甲苯(TOL)溶剂30-50份,消光粉1-3份,助剥剂0.5-1份,200目的稀土铝酸锶蓄光粉末20-30份,一液型聚氨酯100份;所述里层胶料的组成部分按重量分为:甲苯(TOL)溶剂20-25份,200目的稀土铝酸锶蓄光粉末20-25份,架桥剂6-8份,二液型聚氨酯100份;所述涂层厚度控制在15-25μm,贴合压力30-35N。
4.根据权利要求1所述的蓄光发光锦涤复合面料的制备工艺,其特征在于所述步骤(2)中,形成所述面层所需要的烘干时间一般为30-50秒,形成所述粘结层所需要的烘干时间一般为10-20秒,所述步骤(3)中,水洗在温度45-55℃下进行,水洗时间一般为10-15分钟。
