Abstract
本发明公开了一种防治唐菖蒲灰霉病的植物源杀菌剂,按重量份数比由以下原料制成:丁香4‐7份、白头翁3‐8份、白鲜皮4‐7份、五味子3‐8份、迷迭香3‐5份、陈皮3‐5份、鱼腥草5‐8份、大青叶5‐8份、增效剂0.6‐0.8份。本发明植物源杀菌剂具有无毒、低残留、无污染、无抗药性、抑菌活性较强、高选择性、原料来源广泛,能杀灭引起唐菖蒲灰霉病的细菌,且相对于化学药剂,有无药物残留,不会污染环境的优点。

本发明涉及一种杀菌剂,具体涉及一种防治唐菖蒲灰霉病的植物源杀菌剂。
背景技术
唐菖蒲,别名:十样锦、剑兰、菖兰、荸荠莲,鸢尾科、唐菖蒲属多年生草本。球茎扁圆球形,其原种来自南非好望角,经多次种间杂交而成,栽培品种广布世界各地。花茎高出叶上,花冠筒呈膨大的漏斗形,花色有红、黄色、紫、白色、蓝等单色或复色品种。世界各地普遍栽培。主要生产国为美国、荷兰、以色列及日本等。唐菖蒲为重要的鲜切花,可作花篮、花束、瓶插等。可布置花境及专类花坛。矮生品种可盆栽观赏。它与切花月季、康乃馨和扶郎花被誉为"世界四大切花"。品种有忧郁唐菖蒲、甘德唐菖蒲等。另茎叶可提取维生素C。唐菖蒲灰霉病又称唐菖蒲褐腐病,是世界许多国家唐菖蒲上的重要病害之一。该病主要发生在唐菖蒲的叶片、茎秆、花瓣上,可引起球茎腐烂,由唐菖蒲球腐葡萄孢盘菌引起。

针对上述,本发明的目的是提供一种防治唐菖蒲灰霉病的植物源杀菌剂。
本发明采取的技术方案是:
一种防治唐菖蒲灰霉病的植物源杀菌剂,按重量份数比由以下原料制成:丁香4‐7份、白头翁3‐8份、白鲜皮4‐7份、五味子3‐8份、迷迭香3‐5份、陈皮3‐5份、鱼腥草5‐8份、大青叶5‐8份、增效剂0.6‐0.8份。
优选地,所述的防治唐菖蒲灰霉病的植物源杀菌剂,按重量份数比由以下原料制成:丁香5.5份、白头翁5.5份、白鲜皮5.5份、五味子5.5份、迷迭香4份、陈皮4份、鱼腥草6.5份、大青叶6.5份、增效剂0.7份。
进一步地,所述的增效剂为氮酮或腐殖酸盐。
所述的植物源杀菌剂的制备方法为:一、按重量份数比称取上述植物原料后,粉碎混合;二、将步骤1的混合物用乙醇浸提,其中浸提过程中的搅拌速度为220r/min,乙醇体积浓度为60%,浸提时间为32h,浸提温度为70℃;三、将步骤2得到的物料过滤;四、在100℃条件下将步骤3的滤液蒸馏;五、在115℃、0.01MPa条件下,将步骤四的馏分进行湿热灭菌25min;六、加入增效剂,搅拌均匀即得到植物源杀菌剂。
本发明的优点是:本发明植物源杀菌剂具有无毒、低残留、无污染、无抗药性、抑菌活性较强、高选择性、原料来源广泛,能杀灭引起唐菖蒲灰霉病的细菌,且相对于化学药剂,有无药物残留,不会污染环境的优点。

实施例1
防治唐菖蒲灰霉病的植物源杀菌剂的制备:一、按重量比称取:丁香4份、白头翁3份、白鲜皮4份、五味子3份、迷迭香3份、陈皮3份、鱼腥草5份、大青叶5份后,粉碎混合;二、将步骤1的混合物用乙醇浸提,其中浸提过程中的搅拌速度为220r/min,乙醇体积浓度为60%,浸提时间为32h,浸提温度为70℃;三、将步骤2得到的物料过滤;四、在100℃条件下将步骤3的滤液蒸馏;五、在115℃、0.01MPa条件下,将步骤四的馏分进行湿热灭菌25min;六、加入增效剂0.3份,搅拌均匀即得到植物源杀菌剂。
实施例2
防治唐菖蒲灰霉病的植物源杀菌剂的制备:一、按重量比称取:丁香5.5份、白头翁5.5份、白鲜皮5.5份、五味子5.5份、迷迭香4份、陈皮4份、鱼腥草6.5份、大青叶6.5份后,粉碎混合;二、将步骤1的混合物用乙醇浸提,其中浸提过程中的搅拌速度为220r/min,乙醇体积浓度为60%,浸提时间为32h,浸提温度为70℃;三、将步骤2得到的物料过滤;四、在100℃条件下将步骤3的滤液蒸馏;五、在115℃、0.01MPa条件下,将步骤四的馏分进行湿热灭菌25min;六、加入增效剂0.4份,搅拌均匀即得到植物源杀菌剂。
实施例3
防治唐菖蒲灰霉病的植物源杀菌剂的制备:一、按重量比称取:丁香7份、白头翁8份、白鲜皮7份、五味子8份、迷迭香5份、陈皮5份、鱼腥草8份、大青叶8份后,粉碎混合;二、将步骤1的混合物用乙醇浸提,其中浸提过程中的搅拌速度为220r/min,乙醇体积浓度为60%,浸提时间为32h,浸提温度为70℃;三、将步骤2得到的物料过滤;四、在100℃条件下将步骤3的滤液蒸馏;五、在115℃、0.01MPa条件下,将步骤四的馏分进行湿热灭菌25min;六、加入增效剂0.5份,搅拌均匀即得到植物源杀菌剂。
将实施例2所配制的植物源杀菌剂稀释500倍,应用于唐菖蒲花叶病的防治,在病害发生期,喷洒施药,每周1次,共喷洒3次,施药后的防治效果为92.2%。

1.一种防治唐菖蒲灰霉病的植物源杀菌剂,其特征在于按重量份数比由以下原料制成:丁香4‐7份、白头翁3‐8份、白鲜皮4‐7份、五味子3‐8份、迷迭香3‐5份、陈皮3‐5份、鱼腥草5‐8份、大青叶5‐8份、增效剂0.6‐0.8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防治唐菖蒲灰霉病的植物源杀菌剂,其特征在于按重量份数比由以下原料制成:丁香5.5份、白头翁5.5份、白鲜皮5.5份、五味子5.5份、迷迭香4份、陈皮4份、鱼腥草6.5份、大青叶6.5份、增效剂0.7份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的防治唐菖蒲灰霉病的植物源杀菌剂,其特征在于所述的增效剂为氮酮或腐殖酸盐。
4.一种根据权利要求1或2所述的防治唐菖蒲灰霉病的植物源杀菌剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:一、按重量份数比称取上述植物原料后,粉碎混合;二、将步骤1的混合物用乙醇浸提,其中浸提过程中的搅拌速度为220r/min,乙醇体积浓度为60%,浸提时间为32h,浸提温度为70℃;三、将步骤2得到的物料过滤;四、在100℃条件下将步骤3的滤液蒸馏;五、在115℃、0.01MPa条件下,将步骤四的馏分进行湿热灭菌25min;六、加入增效剂,搅拌均匀即得到植物源杀菌剂。
