本发明公开了一种耐热输送带,涉及橡胶制品技术领域,包括覆盖胶层和骨架层,所述覆盖胶层由下列重量份数的原料制成:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶88100份,甲基硅油711份,聚有机硅氧烷510份,氢氧化镁23份,过氧化二异丙苯23份,2,4过氧化二氯苯甲酰0.10.2份,氧化铈15份,碳纳米管1520份,石蜡油23份,防老剂MB12份。本发明解决了现有耐热输送带耐热温度不佳的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及橡胶制品技术领域,尤其是一种耐热输送带。
背景技术
输送带是用于皮带输送带中起承载和运送物料作用的橡胶与纤维、金属复合制品,或者是塑料和织物复合的制品。在水泥、冶金、化工等行业中,被输送物品大多为高温物料,为避免使用普通输送带在运输高温物料的过程中,可能会因物料的温度达到输送带的橡胶材料的可燃温度,导致输送带燃烧,造成安全事故,因而在运输高温物料时,通常会使用耐热输送带。现有的耐热输送带通常是由纤维、金属或者织物作为中间骨架层,并在中间骨架层上下覆盖耐热橡胶,上下覆盖胶层和中间经高温硫化粘合在一起,耐热输送带的耐热性能良好与否,主要取决于覆盖胶的性能,现有耐热输送带的覆盖胶多采用三元乙丙橡胶为主要原料的配方,这种覆盖胶的耐热性能不理想,其仅能在150℃的温度条件下长期使用,然而在上述行业中的高温物料的温度可达到300℃以上,在高温工况下,现有耐热输送带覆盖胶在使用过程中容易发生龟裂,高温物料的热量通过裂缝传递到骨架层,从而降低覆盖层和骨架层的粘合性,最终导致覆盖胶出现脱胶现象,使得输送带在较短时间内就报废。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种耐热输送带,这种输送带可以解决现有耐热输送带耐热温度不佳的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:这种耐热输送带包括覆盖胶层和骨架层,所述覆盖胶层由下列重量份数的原料制成:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶88-100份,甲基硅油7-11份,聚有机硅氧烷5-10份,氢氧化镁2-3份,过氧化二异丙苯2-3份,2,4-过氧化二氯苯甲酰0.1-0.2份,氧化铈1-5份,碳纳米管15-20份,石蜡油2-3份,防老剂MB1-2份。
上述耐热输送带的技术方案中,更具体的技术方案还可以是:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶100份,甲基硅油11份,聚有机硅氧烷5份,氢氧化镁3份,过氧化二异丙苯2份,2,4-过氧化二氯苯甲酰0.1份,氧化铈1份,碳纳米管20份,石蜡油3份,防老剂MB2份。
进一步的,甲基乙烯基硅橡胶88份,甲基硅油7份,聚有机硅氧烷10份,氢氧化镁2份,过氧化二异丙苯3份,2,4-过氧化二氯苯甲酰0.2份,氧化铈5份,碳纳米管15份,石蜡油2份,防老剂MB1份。
进一步的,所述骨架层由芳纶1414制成。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶的耐热性优异,与其它成分的组合和含量的限定能可显著提高橡胶的耐热性;骨架层由芳纶1414制成,其熔点高,高温防烧灼能力优,尺寸稳定性高;制成的覆盖胶可在350℃以上工况下长期使用,抗撕裂力大于3KN。

下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步详述:
实施例1
本实施例中的耐热输送带包括覆盖胶层和骨架层,覆盖胶层由下列重量份数的原料制成:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶100份,甲基硅油11份,聚有机硅氧烷5份,氢氧化镁3份,过氧化二异丙苯2份,2,4-过氧化二氯苯甲酰0.1份,氧化铈1份,碳纳米管20份,石蜡油3份,防老剂MB2份;骨架层由芳纶1414制成。
将制备覆盖胶的组分加入混炼机进行混炼,加料顺序依次为甲基乙烯基硅橡胶、甲基硅油、氢氧化镁、过氧化二异丙苯、2,4-过氧化二氯苯甲酰、氧化铈、碳纳米管、石蜡油、防老剂、聚有机硅氧烷,将混炼得到的胶料进行压延,然后在成型机的压力下趁热将覆盖胶粘合,将输送带在平板硫化机上硫化。
实施例2
本实施例中的耐热输送带包括覆盖胶层和骨架层,覆盖胶层由下列重量份数的原料制成:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶88份,甲基硅油7份,聚有机硅氧烷10份,氢氧化镁2份,过氧化二异丙苯3份,2,4-过氧化二氯苯甲酰0.2份,氧化铈5份,碳纳米管15份,石蜡油2份,防老剂MB1份;骨架层由芳纶1414制成。制备方法同实施例1。
实施例3
本实施例中的耐热输送带包括覆盖胶层和骨架层,覆盖胶层由下列重量份数的原料制成:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶95份,甲基硅油9份,聚有机硅氧烷7份,氢氧化镁2.5份,过氧化二异丙苯2.5份,2,4-过氧化二氯苯甲酰0.15份,氧化铈3份,碳纳米管18份,石蜡油2.5份,防老剂MB1.5份;骨架层由芳纶1414制成。制备方法同实施例1。

1.一种耐热输送带,包括覆盖胶层和骨架层,其特征在于:所述覆盖胶层由下列重量份数的原料制成:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶88-100份,甲基硅油7-11份,聚有机硅氧烷5-10份,氢氧化镁2-3份,过氧化二异丙苯2-3份,2,4-过氧化二氯苯甲酰0.1-0.2份,氧化铈1-5份,碳纳米管15-20份,石蜡油2-3份,防老剂MB1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐热输送带,其特征在于:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶100份,甲基硅油11份,聚有机硅氧烷5份,氢氧化镁3份,过氧化二异丙苯2份,2,4-过氧化二氯苯甲酰0.1份,氧化铈1份,碳纳米管20份,石蜡油3份,防老剂MB2份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐热输送带,其特征在于:甲基乙烯基硅橡胶88份,甲基硅油7份,聚有机硅氧烷10份,氢氧化镁2份,过氧化二异丙苯3份,2,4-过氧化二氯苯甲酰0.2份,氧化铈5份,碳纳米管15份,石蜡油2份,防老剂MB1份。
