本发明公开一种椭圆孔窄板冷藏翅片蒸发器,其特征是包括铜导流管﹑铝直扁管﹑铝弯管﹑窄侧板和翅片,所述铜导流管有两根,每根的长度都为115mm,所述铝直扁管两端有喇叭状带台阶缩口,缩口区域沿着铝直扁管中心线对称,所述铝弯管包括U型铝管和L型铝管,所述窄侧板的宽度与翅片的宽度相等,所述翅片的长度为23mm-0.1mm,宽度为16mm?0.05mm,厚度为0.15mm,翅片中间位置有椭圆形通孔。本发明构思新颖设计巧妙,铝直扁管与铝弯管连接强度高,节能效果好,整体性能稳定,适合家用冷水机或制冰机批量化生产使用。

技术领域
本发明涉及翅片蒸发器领域,具体属于一种椭圆孔窄板冷藏翅片蒸发器。
背景技术
随着社会的不断发展,人民对生活品质的要求不断提高。目前市场上出现的家用冷水机或制冰机需求量不断提高,普通冷水机或制冰机制造原理为:采用小型压缩机驱动冷媒在蒸发器管路中运行,以达到冷却水温或制造冰块的目的。普通冷水机或制冰机所选用的蒸发器多为管板式,此类蒸发器在冷水机或制冰机的实际使用过程中,存在以下问题:1,整体能耗高,节能效果差;2,散热效果差,管板式蒸发器与压缩机接口处经常出现挂霜或结冰现象;为此,我们选用翅片蒸发器。但是普通翅片蒸发器铝管整体导流管路中,铝管的内径无变化,在压缩机功率相同的条件下,冷媒运行时间较快不能满足实际应用需要。针对上述问题,本发明提供一种椭圆孔窄板冷藏翅片蒸发器。
发明内容
本发明提供一种椭圆孔窄板冷藏翅片蒸发器,可以解决上述背景技术中提到的问题。本发明构思新颖设计巧妙,铝直扁管与铝弯管之间有内径变化,可以延长冷媒在铝导流管路中的运行时间,节能效果好,整体性能稳定,适合家用冷水机或制冰机批量化生产使用。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种椭圆孔窄板冷藏翅片蒸发器,其特征是包括铜导流管﹑铝直扁管﹑铝弯管﹑窄侧板和翅片,所述铜导流管有两根,每根的长度都为115mm,所述铝直扁管两端有喇叭状带台阶缩口,缩口区域沿着铝直扁管中心线对称,所述铝弯管包括U型铝管和L型铝管,所述窄侧板的宽度与翅片的宽度相等,所述翅片的长度为23mm-0.1mm,宽度为16mm-0.05mm,厚度为0.15mm,翅片中间位置有椭圆形带翻边的通孔,翻边高度为1.6mm-0.1mm。
所述铜导流管有两根,每根的长度都为115mm,其中一根铜导流管的一端扩口,扩口长度为18mm-0.1mm,扩口端内径为6.5mm-0.1mm,一端缩口,缩口长度为12mm-0.1mm,缩口端外径为6.0mm+0.1mm,另一根铜导流管的两端都缩口,一端缩口长度为40mm+0.5mm,缩口端内径为3.0mm,一端缩口长度为12mm-0.1mm,缩口端外径为6.0mm+0.1mm。
所述铝直扁管长度为320mm-0.5mm,外径为8mm-0.1mm,壁厚为0.8mm+0.05mm,铝直扁管两端有喇叭状带台阶缩口,缩口端喇叭区域长度为10mm+0.5mm,缩口端台阶区域长度为5mm+0.2mm,缩口端的内径为4mm+0.1mm。
所述U型铝管的外径为3.75mm+0.05mm,壁厚为0.75mm-0.02mm,L型铝管中较短的一端外径为3.75mm+0.05mm,壁厚为0.75mm-0.02mm,较长的一端外径为8mm-0.1mm,壁厚为0.8mm+0.05mm。
所述窄侧板的宽度与翅片宽度相等,窄侧板上面有10个椭圆型通孔,椭圆的短轴长度为8mm,长轴长度为11mm,厚度为1.5mm,窄侧板的长度为312mm-1mm。
所述铜导流管中缩口端外径相同的部分,与铝弯管中L型铝管外径为8mm-0.1mm的端口,通过对焊连接在一起,窄侧板和翅片通过胀管工序与铝直扁管连成一体,铝弯管中的U型铝管采用铝钎焊与铝直扁管的缩口端连接。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
通过对铜导流管﹑铝直扁管﹑铝弯管﹑窄侧板和翅片进行开发设计组合,制成椭圆孔窄板冷藏翅片蒸发器。可以解决板管式蒸发器整体能耗高,节能效果差,散热效果差,管板式蒸发器与压缩机接口处经常出现挂霜或结冰现象的问题。此外,铝直扁管与铝弯管之间有内径变化,可以延长冷媒在铝导流管路中的运行时间。本发明构思新颖设计巧妙,铝直扁管与铝弯管连接强度高,节能效果好,整体性能稳定,适合家用冷水机或制冰机批量化生产使用。

1.一种椭圆孔窄板冷藏翅片蒸发器,其特征是包括铜导流管﹑铝直扁管﹑铝弯管﹑窄侧板和翅片,所述铜导流管有两根,每根的长度都为115mm,所述铝直扁管两端有喇叭状带台阶缩口,缩口区域沿着铝直扁管中心线对称,所述铝弯管包括U型铝管和L型铝管,所述窄侧板的宽度与翅片的宽度相等,所述翅片的长度为23mm-0.1mm,宽度为16mm-0.05mm,厚度为0.15mm,翅片中间位置有椭圆形带翻边的通孔,翻边高度为1.6mm-0.1mm。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种椭圆孔窄板冷藏翅片蒸发器,其特征在于所述铜导流管有两根,每根的长度都为115mm,其中一根铜导流管的一端扩口,扩口长度为18mm-0.1mm,扩口端内径为6.5mm-0.1mm,一端缩口,缩口长度为12mm-0.1mm,缩口端外径为6.0mm+0.1mm,另一根铜导流管的两端都缩口,一端缩口长度为40mm+0.5mm,缩口端内径为3.0mm,一端缩口长度为12mm-0.1mm,缩口端外径为6.0mm+0.1mm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种椭圆孔窄板冷藏翅片蒸发器,其特征在于所述铝直扁管长度为320mm-0.5mm,外径为8mm-0.1mm,壁厚为0.8mm+0.05mm,铝直扁管两端有喇叭状带台阶缩口,缩口端喇叭区域长度为10mm+0.5mm,缩口端台阶区域长度为5mm+0.2mm,缩口端的内径为4mm+0.1mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种椭圆孔窄板冷藏翅片蒸发器,其特征在于所述U型铝管的外径为3.75mm+0.05mm,壁厚为0.75mm-0.02mm,L型铝管中较短的一端外径为3.75mm+0.05mm,壁厚为0.75mm-0.02mm,较长的一端外径为8mm-0.1mm,壁厚为0.8mm+0.05mm。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种椭圆孔窄板冷藏翅片蒸发器,其特征在于所述窄侧板的宽度与翅片宽度相等,窄侧板上面有10个椭圆型通孔,椭圆的短轴长度为8mm,长轴长度为11mm,厚度为1.5mm,窄侧板的长度为312mm-1mm。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种椭圆孔窄板冷藏翅片蒸发器,其特征在于所述铜导流管中缩口端外径相同的部分,与铝弯管中L型铝管外径为8mm-0.1mm的端口,通过对焊连接在一 起,窄侧板和翅片通过胀管工序与铝直扁管连成一体,铝弯管中的U型铝管采用铝钎焊与铝直扁管的缩口端连接。
