本发明属于汽车灯具领域,特别涉及一种LED行驶灯。
背景技术
汽车在夜间行驶过程中需打开行驶灯照明,现有的行驶灯为普通灯,照射出的光线呈手电筒光型,呈现中间亮度高、四周光线发散的发光状况,从而仅仅能照射到近处路面以及路面的上方,但是远处路面光线较弱的照射缺点,因此有效照射光线散射掉,造成光线没有集中,不适合路面行驶时向远处照射。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种光线集中、亮度高、光线照射远的行驶灯。
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了行驶灯,包括碗状的灯壳、LED灯、双珠反光杯、三珠反光杯和透镜,灯壳包括碗口部、碗体部和碗底部,LED灯包括均内置于碗体部的一块双灯珠板及四个单灯珠板组件,双灯珠板安装于碗底部,双灯珠板的两个LED灯珠产生的光线射向安装于碗口部的透镜;四个单灯珠板组件沿双灯珠板的周边两两相对地设置,其中两个相对的单灯珠板组件均包括两块单灯珠板,并均安装于碗体部的内壁,两块单灯珠板的两个LED灯珠均通过双珠反光杯遮罩,每个LED灯珠产生的光线沿碗体部的内壁射向双珠反光杯并朝向碗口部反射;另两个相对的单灯珠板组件均包括三块单灯珠板,并均安装于碗体部的内壁,三块单灯珠板的三个LED灯珠均通过三珠反光杯遮罩,每个LED灯珠产生的光线沿碗体部的内壁射向三珠反光杯并朝向碗口部反射。
上述中间一块双灯珠板产生的光线经透镜射出,在透镜聚光作用下,产生窄的光束照射距离远,加强了发光面的中心亮度值,高速行驶时使得驾驶员看得更远,有利于提前避开障碍物,便于安全驾驶;同时周围的四个单灯珠板组件产生的条形光束照射距离远且照射宽度宽,有效地避免了仅仅能照射到近处路面以及路面上方的非有效照射区域,从而保证了远处路面照射光线充足,并且使得高速行驶时不会照射到路牌导致反光刺眼的危险。
在一些实施方式中,双灯珠板通过第一散热片平行地安装于碗底部,每个单灯珠板组件通过第二散热片安装于碗体部的内壁,每个单灯珠板组件的单灯珠板沿同一直线设置,且垂直于双灯珠板,碗体部的外壁设有第三散热片。由此,确定了单灯珠板及双灯珠板所产生光线的出射方向,保证了各个LED灯珠的亮度最大,同时采用第一散热片、第二散热片、第三散热片实现了LED灯珠发光时的散热效果。
在一些实施方式中,透镜设于碗口部,并与双灯珠板位置相对,双珠反光杯、三珠反光杯环绕于透镜,其反射出口均设于碗口部,其内壁均设有与LED灯珠对应的出光孔。由此,实现了双灯珠板产生的光线从透镜直射出来,双珠反光杯、三珠反光杯改变了单灯珠板产生的光线的出射方向。
在一些实施方式中,透镜、双珠反光杯、三珠反光杯相匹配地嵌入装饰框,装饰框安装于碗口部,沿装饰框的边缘依次安装有面罩、装饰圈。由此,装饰框将透镜、双珠反光杯、三珠反光杯分隔及定位。
在一些实施方式中,透镜的一侧通过透镜扣与装饰框扣接,另一侧通过透镜支架安装于双灯珠板。由此,使得透镜安装牢固。
在一些实施方式中,沿碗底部依次压紧有均外置于碗体部的防水圈、LED驱动板及后盖板,每个LED灯珠通过线材对应连接LED驱动板,线材依次穿过碗底部、防水圈、LED驱动板及后盖板,并通过防水螺丝安装于后盖板,后盖板固定于碗底部。由此,LED驱动板驱动LED灯珠发光,防水圈、防水螺丝防止后盖板漏水进入碗体部内。

在一些实施方式中,碗体部的外壁安装有第一支架,第一支架连接有第二支架,第一支架包括一连接部和二转动部,一连接部安装于碗体部的外壁,二转动部之间设有安装位,每一转动部的底部设有齿,第二支架包括支撑板、活节螺丝、螺母和销杆,支撑板的两侧设有挡板,支撑板设有齿条,活节螺丝穿过支撑板并与螺母螺纹连接,销杆穿过活节螺丝的头部,二转动部分别套接于销杆的两端,活节螺丝的头部置于安装位,每一转动部置于对应的挡板与活节螺丝的螺杆部之间,齿与齿条对应啮合。由此,销杆带动活节螺丝在螺母内旋转形成螺旋传动,从而带动二转动部、一连接部及碗体部旋转,既可以调节碗体部的高度,又可以使碗体部旋转,进而调节LED灯珠在水平面内的出射角度;同时二转动部带动一连接部及碗体部在销杆内转动,从而调节LED灯珠在竖直面内的出射角度,并且通过齿与齿条的啮合对该出射角度进行限位。
本发明结构简单、安装方便,照射出的光线集中、光线亮度高、光线照射远,高速行驶时看得更远,有利于安全驾驶。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
如图1、2所示为9寸LED行驶灯,包括碗状的灯壳1、LED灯2、双珠反光杯3、三珠反光杯4和透镜5,灯壳1包括碗口部1a、碗体部1b和碗底部1c。碗体部1b的外壁设有第三散热片6,碗体部1b的外壁通过螺钉7固定有连接杆8。
碗体部1b的外壁螺栓固定有第一支架9,第一支架9连接有第二支架10。第一支架9包括一连接部9a和二转动部9b,一连接部9a螺栓固定于碗体部1b的外壁,二转动部9b之间设有安装位9c,每一转动部9b的底部设有齿9b1,第二支架10包括支撑板10a、活节螺丝10b、螺母10c和销杆10d,支撑板10a的两侧设有挡板10a1,支撑板设有齿条10a2,活节螺丝10b穿过支撑板10a并与螺母10c螺纹连接,销杆10d穿过活节螺丝10b的头部,二转动部9b分别套接于销杆10d的两端,活节螺丝10b的头部置于安装位9c,每一转动部9b置于对应的挡板10a1与活节螺丝10b的螺杆部之间,齿9b1与齿条10a2对应啮合。
上述销杆10d带动活节螺丝10b在螺母10c内旋转形成螺旋传动,从而带动二转动部9b、一连接部9a及碗体部1b旋转,既调节碗体部1b的高度,又使碗体部1b旋转,进而调节LED灯珠2c在水平面内的出射角度;同时二转动部9b带动一连接部9a及碗体部1b在销杆10d内转动,从而调节LED灯珠2c在竖直面内的出射角度,并且通过齿9b1与齿条10a2的啮合进行限位以达到具体的该出射角度。
透镜5、双珠反光杯3、三珠反光杯4相匹配地嵌入装饰框11,装饰框11螺栓固定于碗口部1a,沿装饰框11的边缘依次螺栓固定有面罩12、装饰圈13。透镜5的一侧通过透镜扣14与装饰框11扣接,另一侧通过透镜支架15螺栓固定于双灯珠板2a。透镜5位于碗口部1a,并与双灯珠板2a位置相对,双珠反光杯3、三珠反光杯4环绕于透镜5,其反射出口16均位于碗口部1a,其内壁均设有与LED灯珠2c对应的出光孔17。
LED灯2包括均内置于碗体部1b的一块双灯珠板2a及四个单灯珠板组件2b,双灯珠板2a通过第一散热片18平行地螺栓固定于碗底部1c。双灯珠板2a的两个LED灯珠2c产生的光线射向透镜5。四个单灯珠板组件2b沿双灯珠板2a的周边两两相对地设置,其中两个相对的单灯珠板组件2b均包括两块单灯珠板2d,并均通过第二散热片19螺栓固定于碗体部1b的内壁。每个单灯珠板组件2b的单灯珠板2d沿同一直线设置,且垂直于双灯珠板2a。两块单灯珠板2d的两个LED灯珠2c均通过双珠反光杯3遮罩,每个LED灯珠2c产生的光线沿碗体部1b的内壁射向双珠反光杯3并朝向碗口部1a反射;另两个相对的单灯珠板组件2b均包括三块单灯珠板2d,并均螺栓安装于碗体部1b的内壁,三块单灯珠板2d的三个LED灯珠2c均通过三珠反光杯4遮罩,每个LED灯珠2c产生的光线沿碗体部1b的内壁射向三珠反光杯4并朝向碗口部1a反射。
上述中间一块双灯珠板2a产生的光线经透镜5射出,在透镜5聚光作用下,产生窄的光束照射距离远,加强了发光面的中心亮度值,高速行驶时使得驾驶员看得更远,有利于提前避开障碍物,便于安全驾驶;同时上述四个单灯珠板组件2b围绕双灯珠板2a设置,两两相对排布,并且三个LED灯珠2c及二个LED灯珠2c交替分布,且分别由三珠反光杯4和双珠反光杯3反射,反光杯起到聚光作用,减小了光线散失,四个单灯珠板组件2b产生的条形光束照射距离远且照射宽度宽,有效地避免了仅仅只照射到近处路面以及路面上方的非有效照射区域,从而保证了远处路面照射光线充足,并且使得高速行驶时不会照射到路牌导致反光刺眼的危险。
沿碗底部1c依次压紧有均外置于碗体部1b的防水圈20、LED驱动板21及后盖板22,每个LED灯珠2c通过线材23对应连接LED驱动板21,线材23依次穿过碗底部1c、防水圈20、LED驱动板21及后盖板22,并通过防水螺丝24安装于后盖板22,后盖板22螺栓固定于碗底部1c。通过LED驱动板21驱动LED灯珠2c发光,防水圈20、防水螺丝24防止后盖板22漏水进入碗体部1b内。

Claims (8)

1.行驶灯,其特征在于,包括碗状的灯壳(1)、LED灯(2)、双珠反光杯(3)、三珠反光杯(4)和透镜(5),所述灯壳(1)包括碗口部(1a)、碗体部(1b)和碗底部(1c),所述LED灯(2)包括均内置于碗体部(1b)的一块双灯珠板(2a)及四个单灯珠板组件(2b),所述双灯珠板(2a)安装于碗底部(1c),所述双灯珠板(2a)的两个LED灯珠(2c)产生的光线射向安装于碗口部(1a)的透镜(5);四个所述单灯珠板组件(2b)沿双灯珠板(2a)的周边两两相对地设置,其中两个相对的单灯珠板组件(2b)均包括两块单灯珠板(2d),并均安装于碗体部(1b)的内壁,两块单灯珠板(2d)的两个LED灯珠(2c)均通过双珠反光杯(3)遮罩,每个LED灯珠(2c)产生的光线沿碗体部(1b)的内壁射向双珠反光杯(3)并朝向碗口部(1a)反射;另两个相对的单灯珠板组件(2b)均包括三块单灯珠板(2d),并均安装于碗体部(1b)的内壁,三块单灯珠板(2d)的三个LED灯珠(2c)均通过三珠反光杯(4)遮罩,每个LED灯珠(2c)产生的光线沿碗体部(1b)的内壁射向三珠反光杯(4)并朝向碗口部(1a)反射。
2.根据权利要求1所述的行驶灯,其特征在于,所述双灯珠板(2a)通过第一散热片(18)平行地安装于碗底部(1c),每个所述单灯珠板组件(2b)通过第二散热片(19)安装于碗体部(1b)的内壁,每个所述单灯珠板组件(2b)的单灯珠板(2d)沿同一直线设置,且垂直于双灯珠板(2a),所述碗体部(1b)的外壁设有第三散热片(6)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的行驶灯,其特征在于,所述透镜(5)设于碗口部(1a),并与所述双灯珠板(2a)位置相对,所述双珠反光杯(3)、三珠反光杯(4)环绕于透镜(5),其反射出口(16)均设于碗口部(1a),其内壁均设有与LED灯珠(2c)对应的出光孔(17)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的行驶灯,其特征在于,所述透镜(5)、双珠反光杯(3)、三珠反光杯(4)相匹配地嵌入装饰框(11),所述装饰框(11)安装于碗口部(1a),沿所述装饰框(11)的边缘依次安装有面罩(12)、装饰圈(13)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的行驶灯,其特征在于,所述透镜(5)的一侧通过透镜扣(14)与所述装饰框(11)扣接,另一侧通过透镜支架(15)安装于双灯珠板(2a)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的行驶灯,其特征在于,沿所述碗底部(1c)依次压紧有均外置于碗体部(1b)的防水圈(20)、LED驱动板(21)及后盖板(22),每个所述LED灯珠(2c)通过线材(23)对应连接LED驱动板(21),所述线材(23)依次穿过碗底部(1c)、防水圈(20)、LED驱动板(21)及后盖板(22),并通过防水螺丝(24)安装于后盖板(22),所述后盖板(22)固定于碗底部(1c)。
7.根据权利要求1所述的行驶灯,其特征在于,所述碗体部(1b)的外壁通过螺钉(7)固定有连接杆(8)。
8.根据权利要求1所述的行驶灯,其特征在于,所述碗体部(1b)的外壁安装有第一支架(9),所述第一支架(9)连接有第二支架(10),所述第一支架(9)包括一连接部(9a)和二转动部(9b),一所述连接部(9a)安装于碗体部(1b)的外壁,二所述转动部(9b)之间设有安装位(9c),每一所述转动部(9b)的底部设有齿(9b1),所述第二支架(10)包括支撑板(10a)、活节螺丝(10b)、螺母(10c)和销杆(10d),所述支撑板(10a)的两侧设有挡板(10a1),所述支撑板(10a)设有齿条(10a2),所述活节螺丝(10b)穿过支撑板(10a)并与所述螺母(10c)螺纹连接,所述销杆(10d)穿过活节螺丝(10b)的头部,二所述转动部(9b)分别套接于销杆(10d)的两端,所述活节螺丝(10b)的头部置于安装位(9c),每一所述转动部(9b)置于对应的挡板(10a1)与活节螺丝(10b)的螺杆部之间,所述齿(9b1)与所述齿条(10a2)对应啮合。
