Abstract

本文涉及了一种含有酯类基础油的全合成型柴油内燃机油发动机油,克服了PAO对密封胶的收缩和边界润滑不良等缺点,水解抑制剂的合理配伍有效的控制了酯类在碱作用下的水解,并且基础油对烟怠有良好的分散性能,保持了发动机的清洁性,油品中极性官能团能很好长时间的吸附在摩擦界面,极好的保护了在冷启动阶段的发动机,全合成油的摩擦系数小,也降低的发动机因摩擦而损失不必要的能量,大大的保障的发动机功率的稳定输出,本油品的高粘度指数使其更能很好的适应发动机的需求;良好的密封性能,保障了发动机的稳定运行,大大降低了发动机的噪音,该产品满足了中国现阶段国V排放的重负荷柴油发动机内燃机油的要求,满足了API CJ?4/CI?4+,ACEA E7?08/E9?08,及主要OEM规格要求。

技术领域
该产品属于石油化工行业,润滑油领域柴油内燃机润滑油领域。
背景技术
发动机的磨损90%来源于冷启动机油供应不足,现在市面上润滑油不能解决此类问题,随着发动机技术的革新,国家环保要求的提高,市场上需要一种能更适合新型发动机和满足环保要求的润滑油,此专利公开了一种以酯类基础油、PAO为主要基础油,组合清净剂、高温抗氧剂、分散剂、降凝剂、粘度指数改进剂等原料生产的柴油机油配方和调和工艺。该润滑油能有效清理发动机内部的积炭,降低发动机的噪音,保持油压稳定,更能有效的防止发动机冷启动、高温下的磨损,氧化安定性稳定能满足发动机的长期运转。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中所存在的上述不足,而提供一种出高档柴油发动机专用润滑油的配方及其生产工艺,该出柴油专用润滑油油膜超稳,为发动机提供更全面的保护,延长发动机的使用寿命。并且酯类基础油的极性官能团能吸附在摩擦界面,长时间不会掉落,防止了发动机因冷启动机油供应不足造成的磨损。
本发明解决上述技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种柴油发动机专用润滑油的配方,其特征在于:它的原料包括基础油和添加剂,所述的基础油包括酯类基础油和PAO合成基础油;所述的添加剂包括复合剂P3495、粘度指数改进剂SV261、高温抗氧剂ZDDP、降凝剂P2100和抗泡剂T901;原料中各组分的质量百分比为:复合剂P3495为19%~20%,高温抗氧剂ZDDP为0.3%~0.55%,粘度指数改进剂为7%~10%,,降凝剂P2100为0.2%~0.7%,抗泡剂T901为0.001%~0.003%,其余成分为基础油。
成分介绍,复合剂P3495主要由钙、钼、硼、氮、锌,作用为极佳的润滑性和抗极压性,大大降低摩擦系数及磨损,达到极佳节能效果,和碱值储备丰富的的钙盐是本产品有更长的换油期,抗氧剂ZDDP由二烷基二硫代磷酸锌为主要成分的高温抗氧剂组成既有抗氧作用又有挤压抗磨作用,粘度指数改进剂是SV261,降凝剂P2100的主要成分为烷基萘,作用为改变蜡结晶的增长方向,破坏结晶的结构,使之成分微小的,不影响油品流动的结晶;抗泡剂T901的主要成分为二甲基硅油,作用为破坏泡沫,缩短泡沫存在的时间,酯类合成油是在所有基础油中综合性能最好的多元醇酯。
本发明的生产工艺,其生产步骤
1)在调和罐中加入合成酯V类基础油、PAO-8PAO-6PAO-4在30℃~35℃条件下脉冲调和15~20分钟
2)加入降凝剂在30℃~35℃条件下脉冲调和10分钟
3)将调和罐内物料均匀速度加热到60℃~65℃
4)在60℃~65℃条件下向调和罐按先后顺序加入粘度指数改进剂,复合型柴油机油添加剂,高温抗氧剂
5)维持60℃~65℃条件下脉冲调和一个小时
6)取样化验各项技术指标,确保合格
7)将调和罐温度降到室温得到所述的润滑油。
本发明的基础油是V类酯类合成油和PAO酯类油的好处概括起来,相对于加氢油,合成酯的好处就在于:润滑性好,蒸发损失小,溶解能力大(对添加剂和油泥积炭),积炭小,清洁性好,导热系数高,热容大,其实润滑油的许多问题是同油的温度相关的,合成酯摩擦磨损小了,摩擦热也就少并且节能减少耗外;导热系数大,机件清洁干净,容易散热;热容大,同样热量温度低,等等因素是使的油温要比不加酯类油的低。油温度低,油的氧化程度也就小了,油的寿命延长。酯型油的另外一个特点是因为合成酯在机件表面上有比较强的吸附性,所以在冷启动时不会干摩擦,而且噪音小。PAO则是乙烯聚合而成的C8~C10的α-烯烃再经路易斯酸络合型催化剂丁香聚合而成,由于α-烯烃分子整齐,聚合有的分子整齐、规整。分子量分布量窄,因此所得油品质量高,粘度指数高、挥发性低、低温性能和氧化安定性能好。
此配方调和工艺采用了目前最先进的脉冲调和,其优点是压缩空气以涡旋方式挤压出来带动罐底液体冲向罐的底部,使罐底的组分能够充分被带动起来参与搅拌,使物料得到充分的融合反应,并且调和时间短调和效率高。

Claims (9)

1.以多元醇酯PAO为基础油调配的柴油内燃机发动机油,其构成组分为:
PAO10
PAO6
多元醇酯3970
烷基萘
复合型柴油机油添加剂
水解抵制剂
降凝剂
粘度指数改进剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的酯类基础油为部分原料的全合成柴油内燃机润滑油,其特征在于:PAO10、PAO6为埃克森美孚公司的PAO。
3.根据权利要求1所述的以酯类基础油为部分原料全合成柴油内燃机润滑油,其特征在于:多元醇酯为英国禾大公司生产的3970。
4.根据权利要求1所述的以酯类基础油为部分原料全合成柴油内燃机润滑油,其特征在于:烷基萘为埃克森美孚公司的烷基萘5。
5.根据权利要求1所述的以酯类基础油为部分原料全合成柴油内燃机润滑油,其特征在于:复合型柴油机油添加剂为润英联公司生产的p3495。
6.根据权利要求1所述的以酯类基础油为部分原料全合成柴油内燃机润滑油,其特征在于:水解抑制剂为二甲基甲酰胺。
7.根据权利要求1所述的以酯类基础油为部分原料全合成柴油内燃机润滑油,其特征在于:降凝剂为日本三洋的2100。
8.根据权利要求1所述的以酯类基础油为部分原料全合成柴油内燃机润滑油,其特征在于粘度指数改进剂为润英联公司生产SV261。
9.根据权利要求1所述的1-7所描述的原料及原料来源为原料所生产制备的以酯类基础油为部分原料的全合成柴油内燃机润滑油的制作工艺特征如下:
(1)在调和罐中加入合成酯V类基础油、PAO-8PAO-6PAO-4在30℃~35℃条件下脉冲调和15~20分钟
(2)加入降凝剂在30℃~35℃条件下脉冲调和10分钟
(3)将调和罐内物料均匀速度加热到60℃~65℃
(4)60℃~65℃条件下向调和罐按先后顺序加入粘度指数改进剂,复合型柴油机油添加剂,高温抗氧剂
(5)维持60℃~65℃条件下脉冲调和一个小时
(6)取样化验各项技术指标,确保合格
(7)将调和罐温度降到室温得到所述的润滑油。
