Abstract
本发明涉及一种有机废气净化器,包括吸附单元和等离子体分解单元;有机废气由过滤器过滤和转轮吸附器中活性炭吸附后,得到净化后高空排放;利用电加热形成的再生热空气对转轮吸附器进行脱附再生,产生的浓缩挥发性有机物空气进入填料床介质阻挡放电反应器降解矿化成二氧化碳和水,并对尾气进行余热回收,节省能耗。本发明将具有蜂窝状结构的吸附转轮与等离子体净化器结合,非常适用于大风量低浓度有机废气净化。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于环境保护技术领域,涉及一种有机废气净化器。
背景技术
由于挥发性有机物不仅危害人类健康而且严重污染环境,因此减少挥发性有机物的排放已成为是当今社会的重要议题。许多挥发性有机物被证实会致癌致突变。而且它们一旦进入大气圈,会导致光化学烟雾、二次气溶胶和臭氧的生成。尽管过程最优化是减少挥发性有机物污染的可行方法,但为适应日益严重的全球污染问题,更有效经济的消除技术仍然有待研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种有机废气净化器,包括吸附单元和等离子体分解单元;
所述吸附单元包括过滤器、转轮吸附器和引风机,过滤器进气口与收集污染空气管道相连,转轮吸附器内装有蜂窝状活性炭,分割成吸附区、热脱附区和冷却区,在调速电机的驱动下以每小时2-8转速度旋转,吸附区、热脱附区和冷却区分别对应设有吸附进气口、吸附出气口、热脱附进气口、热脱附出气口、冷却进气口和冷却出气口,并分别与污染空气、冷却空气、再生热空气的管道相连接;过滤器出气口与转轮吸附器吸附进气口相连,转轮吸附器吸附出气口与引风机相连;
所述等离子体分解单元包括热交换器、电加热器、引风机和等离子体净化器;转轮吸附器冷却进气口与收集冷却空气管道相连,热交换器采用间接式换热器,设有再生进气口、再生出气口、尾气入气口和尾气出气口,转轮吸附器冷却出气口与热交换器再生进气口相连,热交换器再生出气口与电加热器进气口相连,电加热器出气口与转轮吸附器热脱附进气口相连,等离子体净化器采用填料床介质阻挡放电反应器,转轮吸附器热脱附出气口通过风机与等离子体净化器进气口相连,等离子体净化器出气口与热交换器尾气进气口相连。
上述一种有机废气净化器的净化方法,包括以下步骤:1)含挥发性有机物的污染空气由过滤器除去颗粒物或粘性物质后,进入转轮吸附器的吸附区,污染空气中所含挥发性有机物被吸附剂所吸附,空气得到净化后,通过吸附出气口进入引风机高空排放;2)随着转轮吸附器的旋转,吸附饱和的转轮吸附器进入到热脱附区,与再生热空气接触过程中,挥发性有机物被热脱附下来转变为浓缩挥发性有机物,转轮吸附器得到再生;再生后的转轮吸附器转到冷却区,与冷却空气换热降温后,返回到吸附区,完成一次吸附-热脱附-冷却的循环过程;由于再生热空气的风量通常为处理的污染空气风量的1/10-1/20,再生过程热脱附出气口空气中挥发性有机物浓度为处理的污染空气浓度的10-20倍;3)含有浓缩挥发性有机物的空气由引风机送入等离子体净化器,在大量活性物种(带电粒子、激发态物种、自由基、电子以及光子)作用下,空气中的挥发性有机物彻底降解和矿化转变成二氧化碳和水小分子物质,从等离子体净化器排出的尾气在换热器内与来自转轮吸附器冷却区的空气进行换热后高空排放,转轮吸附器冷却区的空气经过换热器的余热回收及电加热器的加热,温度提升到200℃,转变为再生热空气,进入转轮吸附器热脱附区,完成一次热脱附-等离子体分解过程。
本发明将具有蜂窝状结构的吸附转轮与等离子体分解结合,非常适用于大风量低浓度有机废气净化。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
参考附图,构建一套吸附浓缩及等离子体分解的集成装置,转轮吸附器直径300mm,厚度400mm;对含有甲苯260mg/m3、2m/s的污染空气进行净化,被该装置净化一次,甲苯去除达到97%以上。
Claims (1)
1.一种有机废气净化器,其特征是包括:吸附单元和等离子体分解单元;
所述吸附单元包括过滤器、转轮吸附器和引风机,过滤器进气口与收集污染空气管道相连,转轮吸附器内装有蜂窝状活性炭,分割成吸附区、热脱附区和冷却区,在调速电机的驱动下以每小时2-8转速度旋转,吸附区、热脱附区和冷却区分别对应设有吸附进气口、吸附出气口、热脱附进气口、热脱附出气口、冷却进气口和冷却出气口,并分别与污染空气、冷却空气、再生热空气的管道相连接;过滤器出气口与转轮吸附器吸附进气口相连,转轮吸附器吸附出气口与引风机相连;
所述等离子体分解单元包括热交换器、电加热器、引风机和等离子体净化器;转轮吸附器冷却进气口与收集冷却空气管道相连,热交换器采用间接式换热器,设有再生进气口、再生出气口、尾气入气口和尾气出气口,转轮吸附器冷却出气口与热交换器再生进气口相连,热交换器再生出气口与电加热器进气口相连,电加热器出气口与转轮吸附器热脱附进气口相连,等离子体净化器采用填料床介质阻挡放电反应器,转轮吸附器热脱附出气口通过风机与等离子体净化器进气口相连,等离子体净化器出气口与热交换器尾气进气口相连。
