一种提高机体免疫力的米糠油,由以下重量份原料制成:米糠200205、玉米胚芽6070、亚麻籽4050、白茶花4550、柠檬草3035、灵芝孢子810、洋甘菊57、甘草68、白芍45、党参56、黑枸杞1012、萝藦子34;本发明的一种提高机体免疫力的米糠油,米糠等采用机械压榨法提取毛油,再用二氧化碳超临界萃取法萃取毛油和中药中的脂溶性有效成分,提取率高且无污染,灵芝孢子、甘草、党参、黑枸杞等有抗癌防癌、增强机体免疫力、护肝解毒的作用,经常食用有益人体健康。

本发明涉及一种提高机体免疫力的米糠油,尤其涉及一种提高机体免疫力的米糠油及其制备方法。
背景技术
米糠是大米碾白过程中的碾下物,称米粕,用其制作的米糠油是一种健康的食用油,是一种与橄榄油齐名的健康营养油,深受高血脂、心脑血管疾患人群的喜爱,并早已成为西方国家家庭的日常健康食用油,其营养价值高,也越来越受到中国人们的重视和青睐,而我国的米糠油加工仍处于起步阶段,在尝试开发米糠油产品。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术不足,提供了一种提高机体免疫力的米糠油。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种提高机体免疫力的米糠油,由以下重量份原料制成:米糠200-205、玉米胚芽60-70、亚麻籽40-50、白茶花45-50、柠檬草30-35、灵芝孢子8-10、洋甘菊5-7、甘草6-8、白芍4-5、党参5-6、黑枸杞10-12、萝藦子3-4、南烛叶55-60、水适量。
一种提高机体免疫力的米糠油的制备方法,包括以下工艺:
(1)将柠檬草、灵芝孢子、洋甘菊、甘草、白芍、党参、黑枸杞、萝藦子洗净,沥干水,烘干后粉碎,过30-40目筛,得中药粉末;
(2)将南烛叶放入大锅中,加入3-4倍体积的水,加热并将其煮沸,保持微沸30-35分钟后,过滤,取南烛叶汁保持其温度在70-75℃;
(3)将米糠、玉米胚芽、亚麻籽平铺在木板上,置于太阳下暴晒2-3天,再放入容器中,南烛叶汁,浸泡5-6小时,捞出后用清水洗净,蒸熟后烘干;
(4)将(3)中的物料投入榨油机中榨油,充分压榨,得毛油;
(5)将(1)(4)中物料合并,封装密封好,在30Mpa、45℃条件下用二氧化碳超临界萃取2h,二氧化碳的通量为50kg/h;
(6)将艾叶活性炭炭包放入(5)处理的油中,进行脱色、除杂,再过滤,得精油。
一种提高机体免疫力的米糠油,所述的艾叶活性炭炭包是将艾叶晒干,粉碎制成艾粉,将活性炭磨成粉末,与艾粉、水混合,制成块状,放烘箱中,烘箱不断有二氧化碳气流通过,确保无氧,烘干后再碾磨成粉制成艾叶活性炭包。

本发明的一种提高机体免疫力的米糠油,米糠等采用机械压榨法提取毛油,再用二氧化碳超临界萃取法萃取毛油和中药中的脂溶性有效成分,提取率高且无污染,灵芝孢子、甘草、党参、黑枸杞等有抗癌防癌、增强机体免疫力、护肝解毒的作用,经常食用有益人体健康。

一种提高机体免疫力的米糠油,由以下重量份(Kg)原料制成:米糠200、玉米胚芽60、亚麻籽40、白茶花45、柠檬草30、灵芝孢子8、洋甘菊5、甘草6、白芍4、党参5、黑枸杞10、萝藦子3、南烛叶55、水适量。
一种提高机体免疫力的米糠油的制备方法,包括以下工艺:
(1)将柠檬草、灵芝孢子、洋甘菊、甘草、白芍、党参、黑枸杞、萝藦子洗净,沥干水,烘干后粉碎,过30-40目筛,得中药粉末;

2.如权利要求1所述的一种提高机体免疫力的米糠油的制备方法,其特征在于以下工艺:
(1)将柠檬草、灵芝孢子、洋甘菊、甘草、白芍、党参、黑枸杞、萝藦子洗净,沥干水,烘干后粉碎,过30-40目筛,得中药粉末;
(2)将南烛叶放入大锅中,加入3-4倍体积的水,加热并将其煮沸,保持微沸30-35分钟后,过滤,取南烛叶汁保持其温度在70-75℃;
