本发明公开了一种汽车塑料饰件的表面处理工艺,包括如下步骤:(1)依次饰件放入三个碱槽中进行超声波水洗,且每个碱槽中的溶液为由按照重量比9:1的水和氢氧化钠组成;(2)将碱洗后的饰件放入清水槽中进行超声波水洗;(3)将水洗后的饰件放入酸槽中进行超声波水洗,且酸槽中溶液的酸度为5%;(4)将酸洗后的饰件依次放入三个清水槽中进行水洗;(5)将水洗后的饰件依次放入两个温度为65℃‑75℃的烘干槽中进行烘干;(6)将烘干后的饰件依次放入三个冷却槽中进行冷却;(7)将冷却后的饰件放入底漆槽中进行上漆;(8)将上漆后的饰件依次放入两个温度为65℃‑75℃的烘干槽中进行烘干,每个烘干槽中进行烘干的时间为3分钟;(9)将烘干后的饰件依次放入两个冷却槽中进行冷却;(10)将冷却后的饰件放入加硬槽中进行加硬;(11)将加硬后的饰件依次放入三个温度为65℃‑75℃的热风干槽中进行加热烘干,每个热风干槽中加热烘干的时间为7分钟;(12)将加热烘干后的饰件放入冷却槽中冷却7分钟;(13)将冷却后的饰件放入真空镀膜机中进行镀膜。

一种汽车塑料饰件的表面处理工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及了一种汽车塑料饰件的表面处理工艺,属于塑料制品表面处理工艺。
背景技术
之前,车内的饰件有些是采用玻璃材质制成的,但是一旦发生车祸或者受到撞击,玻璃饰件破碎,就会对车内的乘客和司机造成伤害。
为汽车安全之考量,许多车饰件由玻璃材料替代为塑料材料,但塑料材料较之玻璃材料表面软化,透光度不好,且易磨损。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种汽车塑料饰件的表面处理工艺,通过特殊的工艺处理,可以使汽车塑料饰件表面硬化,防止划伤,保持高透明性。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种汽车塑料饰件的表面处理工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)依次饰件放入三个碱槽中进行超声波水洗,且每个碱槽中的溶液为由按照重量比9:1的水和氢氧化钠组成;
(2)将碱洗后的饰件放入清水槽中进行超声波水洗;
(3)将水洗后的饰件放入酸槽中进行超声波水洗,且酸槽中溶液的酸度为5%;
(4)将酸洗后的饰件依次放入三个清水槽中进行水洗;
(5)将水洗后的饰件依次放入两个温度为65℃-75℃的烘干槽中进行烘干;
(6)将烘干后的饰件依次放入三个冷却槽中进行冷却;
(7)将冷却后的饰件放入底漆槽中进行上漆;
(8)将上漆后的饰件依次放入两个温度为65℃-75℃的烘干槽中进行烘干,每个烘干槽中进行烘干的时间为3分钟;
(9)将烘干后的饰件依次放入两个冷却槽中进行冷却;
(10)将冷却后的饰件放入加硬槽中进行加硬;
(11)将加硬后的饰件依次放入三个温度为65℃-75℃的热风干槽中进行加热烘干,每个热风干槽中加热烘干的时间为7分钟;
(12)将加热烘干后的饰件放入冷却槽中冷却7分钟;
(13)将冷却后的饰件放入真空镀膜机中进行镀膜。
前述的一种汽车塑料饰件的表面处理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(13)中真空镀膜时,真空度达到2.0E-3Pa,离子源为Ti3O5颗粒和SiO2颗粒,在饰件的表面依次蒸镀厚度为12.95nm的Ti3O5层、厚度为32nm的SiO2层、厚度为60.78nm的Ti3O5层、厚度为6nm的SiO2层、厚度为35.42nm的Ti3O5层,、厚度为89.43nm的SiO2层、厚度为8nm的防水药层,镀膜完毕后保持真空10分钟,对真空室充气,打开真空室取件包装。
前述的一种汽车塑料饰件的表面处理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(13)中真空镀膜时的蒸发速度为:Ti3O5为3埃/秒,SiO2为5埃/秒,防水药为1埃/秒。
前述的一种汽车塑料饰件的表面处理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,饰件在每个碱槽中超声波水洗的温度为50℃-60℃,水洗时间为7分钟。
前述的一种汽车塑料饰件的表面处理工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)至步骤(4)中超声波水洗的温度均为45℃-55℃,水洗时间为7分钟。
本发明的有益效果是:通过对塑料饰件前后进行化学涂膜和真空镀膜,使饰件表面硬度、透光度增加,并且具有防水、防油、防指纹等功能,安全性提高,降低成本。
具体实施方式
下面将结合具体实施例,对本发明作进一步的处理。
本发明提供了一种汽车塑料饰件的表面处理工艺,包括如下步骤:
(1)依次饰件放入三个碱槽中进行超声波水洗,且每个碱槽中的溶液为由按照重量比9:1的水和氢氧化钠组成,碱洗温度为50℃-60℃,时间为7分钟左右,
(2)将碱洗后的饰件放入清水槽中进行超声波水洗;水洗温度为45℃-55℃,时间为7分钟左右,
(3)将水洗后的饰件放入酸槽中进行超声波水洗,且酸槽中溶液的酸度为5%;酸洗温度为45℃-55℃,时间为7分钟左右,
(4)将酸洗后的饰件依次放入三个清水槽中进行水洗;水洗温度为45℃-55℃,时间为7分钟左右,
(5)将水洗后的饰件依次放入两个温度为65℃-75℃的烘干槽中进行烘干,烘干时间为7分钟,
(6)将烘干后的饰件依次放入三个冷却槽中进行冷却,每个冷却槽中冷却7分钟左右,
(7)将冷却后的饰件放入底漆槽中进行上漆;
(8)将上漆后的饰件依次放入两个温度为65℃-75℃的烘干槽中进行烘干,每个烘干槽中进行烘干的时间为3分钟;
(9)将烘干后的饰件依次放入两个冷却槽中进行冷却;每个冷却槽中冷却7分钟左右,
(10)将冷却后的饰件放入加硬槽中进行加硬;
(11)将加硬后的饰件依次放入三个温度为65℃-75℃的热风干槽中进行加热烘干,每个热风干槽中加热烘干的时间为7分钟;
(12)将加热烘干后的饰件放入冷却槽中冷却7分钟;
(13)将冷却后的饰件放入真空镀膜机中进行镀膜。
其中,所述步骤(13)中真空镀膜时,真空度达到2.0E-3Pa,离子源为Ti3O5颗粒和SiO2颗粒,在饰件的表面依次蒸镀厚度为12.95nm的Ti3O5层、厚度为32nm的SiO2层、厚度为60.78nm的Ti3O5层、厚度为6nm的SiO2层、厚度为35.42nm的Ti3O5层,、厚度为89.43nm的SiO2层、厚度为8nm的防水药层,镀膜完毕后保持真空10分钟,对真空室充气,打开真空室取件包装。
通过对塑料饰件前后进行化学涂膜和真空镀膜,采用特殊的工艺和参数进行处理,使饰件表面硬度、透光度增加,并且具有防水、防油、防指纹等功能,安全性提高,降低成本。
通过反复试验,步骤(13)中真空镀膜时的蒸发速度为:Ti3O5为3埃/秒,SiO2为5埃/秒,防水药为1埃/秒时,真空镀膜的效果最佳。
综上所述,本发明提供的一种汽车塑料饰件的表面处理工艺,通过特殊的工艺处理,可以使汽车塑料饰件表面硬化,防止划伤,保持高透明性。

Claims (5)

1.一种汽车塑料饰件的表面处理工艺,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
(1)依次饰件放入三个碱槽中进行超声波水洗,且每个碱槽中的溶液为由按照重量比9:1的水和氢氧化钠组成;
(2)将碱洗后的饰件放入清水槽中进行超声波水洗;
(3)将水洗后的饰件放入酸槽中进行超声波水洗,且酸槽中溶液的酸度为5%;
(4)将酸洗后的饰件依次放入三个清水槽中进行水洗;
(5)将水洗后的饰件依次放入两个温度为65℃-75℃的烘干槽中进行烘干;
(6)将烘干后的饰件依次放入三个冷却槽中进行冷却;
(7)将冷却后的饰件放入底漆槽中进行上漆;
(8)将上漆后的饰件依次放入两个温度为65℃-75℃的烘干槽中进行烘干,每个烘干槽中进行烘干的时间为3分钟;
(9)将烘干后的饰件依次放入两个冷却槽中进行冷却;
(10)将冷却后的饰件放入加硬槽中进行加硬;
(11)将加硬后的饰件依次放入三个温度为65℃-75℃的热风干槽中进行加热烘干,每个热风干槽中加热烘干的时间为7分钟;
(12)将加热烘干后的饰件放入冷却槽中冷却7分钟;
(13)将冷却后的饰件放入真空镀膜机中进行镀膜。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车塑料饰件的表面处理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(13)中真空镀膜时,真空度达到2.0E-3Pa,离子源为Ti3O5颗粒和SiO2颗粒,在饰件的表面依次蒸镀厚度为12.95nm的Ti3O5层、厚度为32nm的SiO2层、厚度为60.78nm的Ti3O5层、厚度为6nm的SiO2层、厚度为35.42nm的Ti3O5层,、厚度为89.43nm的SiO2层、厚度为8nm的防水药层,镀膜完毕后保持真空10分钟,对真空室充气,打开真空室取件包装。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种汽车塑料饰件的表面处理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(13)中真空镀膜时的蒸发速度为:Ti3O5为3埃/秒,SiO2为5埃/秒,防水药为1埃/秒。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车塑料饰件的表面处理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中,饰件在每个碱槽中超声波水洗的温度为50℃-60℃,水洗时间为7分钟。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车塑料饰件的表面处理工艺,其特征在于:步骤(2)至步骤(4)中超声波水洗的温度均为45℃-55℃,水洗时间为7分钟。
