Abstract

本发明公开了一种超高强度复合材料电杆,包括杆体,所述杆体包括内层、中间层和外层,内层为纤维纱螺旋缠绕层,中间层为纤维纱轴向零度铺放层,外层为纤维纱螺旋缠绕层。所述电杆为带锥度的中空的薄壁管状物。所述纤维纱轴向零度铺放层分为多层,每层由单束纤维纱螺旋缠绕绑扎。所述内层和外层都是由多束浸润树脂的纤维纱均匀螺旋缠绕而成。所述中间层的铺放厚度占杆体壁厚的4/5—1/5。由于电杆杆体中间层铺放的是轴向零度纤维纱,极大的提高了电杆的承载力和刚度,使电杆的比强度更高。

超高强度复合材料电杆
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电杆,具体是一种超高强度复合材料电杆。
背景技术
我国架空输电线路中使用的杆塔有水泥电杆,钢管杆和格构式铁塔。传统水泥杆、钢管杆和架构式铁塔重量大,容易开裂、锈蚀、导电、运输安装费用高;复合材料电杆具有重量轻、强度高、耐腐蚀、耐湿热、耐冻融循环破坏、阻燃、电绝缘性能好、使用寿命长、运输安装费用低等优点,可以改善和克服传统输电杆塔的上述缺点。
复合材料电杆强度非常高、重量非常轻,因此衡量复合材料电杆性能的首要指标是比强度;而水泥电杆非常笨重,衡量水泥电杆性能的首要两个指标是承载力和刚度。在锥形复合材料电杆的杆体中连续铺放轴向零度纤维纱非常困难,尤其是呈环状均匀分布的轴向零度纤维纱的连续铺放与连续固定极其困难,目前生产锥形复合材料电杆普遍采用纤维纱缠绕工艺,缠绕设备和缠绕工艺固有的局限性无法实现沿电杆轴向铺设纯纵向,即轴向零度纤维纱,缠绕纤维纱与电杆轴心线的缠绕夹角在7°-90°之间。实现纤维纱轴向零度铺放是提高复合材料电杆承载力和刚度最直接有效的方法,最终提高复合材料电杆的比强度。
缠绕工艺生产的电杆壁厚呈现出梢端厚根端薄的状况,这种缺陷会随着电杆长度和壁厚的增加而放大。电杆在使用中,根端附近的埋深点受力最大,而缠绕工艺生产的复合材料电杆的壁厚是梢端厚根端薄,这种电杆梢端与根端的壁厚倒置现象和不能轴向零度铺放纤维纱的缺陷,使纤维纱缠绕工艺生产的复合材料电杆限制和阻碍了材料性能的充分发挥。这种电杆在使用中梢端挠度大,电杆容易受风吹和导线拉力的影响,导致摇摆,并且摇摆幅度大。
另外,纤维纱拉挤工艺无法生产锥形电杆,故目前还没有梯级铺放轴向零度纤维纱的锥形复合材料电杆。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种承载力大和刚度强的超高强度复合材料电杆。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
超高强度复合材料电杆,包括杆体,所述杆体包括内层、中间层和外层,内层为纤维纱螺旋缠绕铺放层,中间层为纤维纱轴向零度铺放层,外层为纤维纱螺旋缠绕铺放层。
进一步地,所述电杆杆体为带锥度的中空管状体。
进一步地,所述纤维纱轴向零度铺放层分为多层,每层浸润了树脂的轴向零度纤维纱由单束纤维纱螺旋缠绕绑扎。
进一步地,所述内层和外层都是由多束浸润树脂的纤维纱均匀螺旋缠绕而成。
进一步地,所述中间层的铺放厚度占杆体壁厚的4/5—1/5。
进一步地,所述电杆杆体中间层的轴向零度纤维纱从电杆根端往梢端由短到长逐层逐级呈梯级铺放。
进一步地,所述电杆杆体壁厚呈梢端薄根端厚,电杆的壁厚从根端到梢端厚薄均匀渐变。
本发明的有益效果:由于电杆杆体中大量铺放的是轴向零度纤维纱,极大的提高了电杆的比强度,使电杆的承载力和刚度更高。

具体实施方式
如图1、2、3所示,超高强度复合材料电杆,包括杆体1,所述杆体1为带锥度的中空薄壁管状体,其杆体内是电杆中空腔2,所述杆体1的壁厚呈梢端薄根端厚,并由根端到梢端厚薄均匀渐变。所述杆体1包括内层3、中间层4和外层5,内层为浸润树脂的纤维纱螺旋缠绕铺放层,中间层为浸润树脂的轴向零度纤维纱铺放层,外层为浸润树脂的纤维纱螺旋缠绕铺放层。中间层4包括纤维纱轴向零度铺放层6和单束纤维螺旋缠绕绑扎纱7,在每层纤维纱轴向零度铺放层6的表面都有单束纤维螺旋缠绕绑扎纱7,所述中层4的铺放厚度占杆体壁厚的4/5—1/5。所述杆体中间层的轴向零度纤维纱从电杆根端往梢端由短到长逐层逐级呈梯级铺放。
以上所述是本发明的优选实施方式而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,都不脱离本发明技术方案的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种超高强度复合材料电杆,包括杆体,其特征在于:所述杆体包括内层、中间层和外层,内层为纤维纱螺旋缠绕铺放层,中间层为纤维纱轴向零度铺放层,外层为纤维纱螺旋缠绕铺放层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超高强度复合材料电杆,其特征在于:所述电杆杆体为带锥度的中空管状体。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的超高强度复合材料电杆,其特征在于:所述纤维纱轴向零度铺放层分为多层,每层浸润树脂的轴向零度纤维纱由单束纤维纱螺旋缠绕绑扎。
4.根据权利要求1所述的超高强度复合材料电杆,其特征在于:所述内层和外层都是由多束浸润树脂的纤维纱均匀螺旋缠绕而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的超高强度复合材料电杆,其特征在于:所述中间层的轴向零度纤维纱铺放厚度占电杆杆体壁厚的4/5—1/5。
6.根据权利要求1所述的超高强度复合材料电杆,其特征在于:所述电杆杆体中间层的轴向零度纤维纱从电杆根端往梢端逐层逐级呈梯级铺放。
7.根据权利要求1所述的超高强度复合材料电杆,其特征在于:所述杆体的壁厚均匀,或者杆体呈梢端薄根端厚,电杆的壁厚从根端到梢端厚薄均匀渐变。
8.根据权利要求1所述的超高强度复合材料电杆,其特征在于:所述纤维纱轴向零度铺放层中的纤维纱由短到长呈阶梯状铺放。
