一种抗静电纺织浆料及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织材料领域,特别涉及一种抗静电纺织浆料及其制备方法。
背景技术
纤维材料中,常含有亲水性-OH和-NH2等基团,因此易发生电荷的蓄存。随着人们对于各类织物的洗涤和去污剂要求的不断提高,在对洗涤和去污剂的去污能力有着较高要求的同时,还要求洗涤和去污剂对织物有一定的保养作用。
中国专利CN1553978A公开了一种织物处理剂,包含一种水分散体,该水分散体主要由一种封闭的聚氨酯和一种疏水性溶剂组成,制得的处理剂在低温下仍具有良好的稳定性,使经过本发明的织物处理剂处理过的纺织品具备柔软的手感和改进的耐收缩性。但经该处理剂处理后的纺织材料的防静电性能持久性较差,不能满足长期需求。
因此,亟需一种具有防静电面料,但现有的该类面料的透气性和耐磨性却不佳。
发明内容
针对上述的需求,本发明特别提供了一种抗静电纺织浆料及其制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案实现:
一种抗静电纺织浆料,由包含以下重量份的组分制成:
丙烯腈纤维60-70份,
聚乙二醇30-40份,
甘露醇12-16份,
偏二氯乙烯8-12份,
羧甲基纤维素5-8份,
环氧聚硅烷丙烯酸酯3-5份,
十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯2-3份,
烯丙基硫脲0.5-1份,
聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐0.5-1份,
2-甲基-3-羟基-4-甲氧基蒽醌0.2-0.8份,
硅铝酸镁0.2-0.6份,
山柰酚0.02-0.08份。
所述组分还包括氧化锌0-1重量份。
所述组分还包括3,7-二甲基-6-辛烯醛0-1重量份。
一种抗静电纺织浆料的制备方法,该方法包括以下步骤:
(1)称取丙烯腈纤维60-70重量份、聚乙二醇30-40重量份、甘露醇12-16重量份、偏二氯乙烯8-12重量份、环氧聚硅烷丙烯酸酯3-5重量份、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯2-3重量份、烯丙基硫脲0.5-1重量份、2-甲基-3-羟基-4-甲氧基蒽醌0.2-0.8重量份和山柰酚0.02-0.08重量份,在反应釜中90-100℃下搅拌1-3小时;
(2)将体系pH值调节到6-7,依次加入羧甲基纤维素5-8重量份、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐0.5-1重量份、硅铝酸镁0.2-0.6重量份、氧化锌0-1重量份和3,7-二甲基-6-辛烯醛0-1重量份,在50-60℃下搅拌10-20分钟,得到抗静电纺织浆料。
所述反应釜中的压强为8-12MPa。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果为:
(1)本发明的抗静电纺织浆料以丙烯腈纤维为主要原料,通过加入聚乙二醇、甘露醇、偏二氯乙烯、羧甲基纤维素、环氧聚硅烷丙烯酸酯、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯、烯丙基硫脲、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐、2-甲基-3-羟基-4-甲氧基蒽醌、硅铝酸镁和山柰酚,本发明的抗静电纺织浆料制得的织物具有良好的力学强度、韧性和耐磨性。
(2)本发明的抗静电纺织浆料制得的织物具有良好的防静电性能。
(3)本发明的抗静电纺织浆料,其制备方法简单,易于工业化生产。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步的说明。
实施例1
(1)称取丙烯腈纤维60kg、聚乙二醇30kg、甘露醇12kg、偏二氯乙烯8kg、环氧聚硅烷丙烯酸酯3kg、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯2kg、烯丙基硫脲0.5kg、2-甲基-3-羟基-4-甲氧基蒽醌0.2kg和山柰酚0.02kg,在反应釜中90℃、8MPa下搅拌1小时;
(2)将体系pH值调节到6,依次加入羧甲基纤维素5kg、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐0.5kg和硅铝酸镁0.2kg,在50℃下搅拌10分钟,得到抗静电纺织浆料。
制得抗静电纺织浆料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例2
(1)称取丙烯腈纤维60kg、聚乙二醇30kg、甘露醇12kg、偏二氯乙烯8kg、环氧聚硅烷丙烯酸酯3kg、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯2kg、烯丙基硫脲0.5kg、2-甲基-3-羟基-4-甲氧基蒽醌0.2kg和山柰酚0.02kg,在反应釜中90℃、8MPa下搅拌1小时;
(2)将体系pH值调节到6,依次加入羧甲基纤维素5kg、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐0.5kg、硅铝酸镁0.2kg、氧化锌1kg和3,7-二甲基-6-辛烯醛1kg,在50℃下搅拌10分钟,得到抗静电纺织浆料。
制得抗静电纺织浆料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例3

(2)将体系pH值调节到7,依次加入羧甲基纤维素8kg、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐1kg、硅铝酸镁0.6kg、氧化锌1kg和3,7-二甲基-6-辛烯醛1kg,在60℃下搅拌20分钟,得到抗静电纺织浆料。
制得抗静电纺织浆料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例4
(1)称取丙烯腈纤维70kg、聚乙二醇40kg、甘露醇16kg、偏二氯乙烯12kg、环氧聚硅烷丙烯酸酯5kg、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯3kg、烯丙基硫脲0.5kg、2-甲基-3-羟基-4-甲氧基蒽醌0.8kg和山柰酚0.02kg,在反应釜中100℃、12MPa下搅拌3小时;
(2)将体系pH值调节到7,依次加入羧甲基纤维素8kg、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐1kg、硅铝酸镁0.6kg、氧化锌1kg和3,7-二甲基-6-辛烯醛1kg,在60℃下搅拌20分钟,得到抗静电纺织浆料。
制得抗静电纺织浆料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
实施例5
(1)称取丙烯腈纤维65kg、聚乙二醇35kg、甘露醇14kg、偏二氯乙烯10kg、环氧聚硅烷丙烯酸酯4kg、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯2.5kg、烯丙基硫脲0.8kg、2-甲基-3-羟基-4-甲氧基蒽醌0.5kg和山柰酚0.05kg,在反应釜中95℃、10MPa下搅拌2小时;
(2)将体系pH值调节到6.5,依次加入羧甲基纤维素6kg、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐0.7kg、硅铝酸镁0.4kg、氧化锌0.5kg和3,7-二甲基-6-辛烯醛0.5kg,在55℃下搅拌15分钟,得到抗静电纺织浆料。
制得抗静电纺织浆料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例1
(1)称取丙烯腈纤维70kg、聚乙二醇40kg、甘露醇16kg、偏二氯乙烯12kg、环氧聚硅烷丙烯酸酯5kg、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯3kg、2-甲基-3-羟基-4-甲氧基蒽醌0.8kg和山柰酚0.08kg,在反应釜中100℃、12MPa下搅拌3小时;
(2)将体系pH值调节到7,依次加入羧甲基纤维素8kg、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐1kg、硅铝酸镁0.6kg、氧化锌1kg和3,7-二甲基-6-辛烯醛1kg,在60℃下搅拌20分钟,得到抗静电纺织浆料。
制得抗静电纺织浆料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例2
(1)称取丙烯腈纤维70kg、聚乙二醇40kg、甘露醇16kg、偏二氯乙烯12kg、环氧聚硅烷丙烯酸酯5kg、十二烷基二甲基胺乙内酯3kg、烯丙基硫脲1kg和山柰酚0.08kg,在反应釜中100℃、12MPa下搅拌3小时;
(2)将体系pH值调节到7,依次加入羧甲基纤维素8kg、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐1kg、硅铝酸镁0.6kg、氧化锌1kg和3,7-二甲基-6-辛烯醛1kg,在60℃下搅拌20分钟,得到抗静电纺织浆料。
制得抗静电纺织浆料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
对比例3

制得抗静电纺织浆料的性能测试结果如表1所示。
将实施例1-5和对比例1-3的抗静电纺织浆料制成厚度为0.2的膜,测试其具体性能,结果如表1所示。

(2)将体系pH值调节到6-7,依次加入羧甲基纤维素5-8重量份、聚二甲基硅氧烷二季胺盐0.5-1重量份、硅铝酸镁0.2-0.6重量份、氧化锌0-1重量份和3,7-二甲基-6-辛烯醛0-1重量份,在50-60℃下搅拌10-20分钟,得到抗静电纺织浆料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的抗静电纺织浆料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述反应釜中的压强为8-12MPa。
