Abstract
本发明涉及一种水溶性润滑油,属于精细化工技术领域。所述的水溶性润滑油,由以下质量分数的原料制成:三乙醇胺硼酸酯5-20%,1,1-[(1-甲基-1,2-乙亚基)二(氧)]二-(2-丙醇)5-20%,稳定剂5-20%,消泡剂2-10‰,表面活性剂1-10%,蒸馏水30-70%。本发明解决了传统润滑油生产成本高、废弃后存在环境污染的问题,其使用温度为0-150℃,遇水后不会变色,具有生产成本低、无环境污染、易溶于水、附加值高的特点。

本发明涉及一种水溶性润滑油,属于精细化工技术领域。
背景技术
润滑油是一种用于各种类型机械中以减少摩擦、保护机械和加工件的液体润滑剂,其主要作用为润滑、冷却、洗涤、密封、防锈和消除冲击载荷。润滑油的种类牌号繁多,且需求量大,其主要组分由基础油和添加剂两部分组成,基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则能够弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予其某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。从润滑油的环保性能、生产成本和废弃后的处理费用角度来说,传统润滑油的生产成本较高,不经济,且废弃润滑油的后处理成本也高,同样存在污染问题,因此,有必要对润滑油的配方作进一步的研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种水溶性润滑油,解决了传统润滑油生产成本高、废弃后存在环境污染的问题,具有生产成本低、无环境污染、易溶于水、附加值高的特点。
本发明所述的水溶性润滑油,由以下质量分数的原料制成:

所述稳定剂为聚丙二醇单丁醚或四丙二醇单丁醚。
所述消泡剂的型号为901。
所述表面活性剂的型号为A310。
所述水溶性润滑油的pH值为6-8。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明的水溶性润滑油的使用温度为0-150℃,其遇水后不会变色,具有生产成本低、无环境污染、易溶于水、附加值高的特点。

水溶性润滑油由以下质量分数的原料制成:
经检测,水溶性润滑油的pH值为7,40℃时的粘度为20cp,比重为1。
实施例2
水溶性润滑油由以下质量分数的原料制成:
经检测,水溶性润滑油的pH值为6,40℃时的粘度为40cp,比重为1。
实施例3
水溶性润滑油由以下质量分数的原料制成:
经检测,水溶性润滑油的pH值为6,40℃时的粘度为30cp,比重为1。
