Abstract
本发明提供了一种钢丝绳湿式拉丝工艺用润滑剂,包括含重量百分数的如下组分:季戊四醇油酸酯10~15%;磷酸酯8~10%;液体石蜡6-12%;卵磷脂3-8%;甘油3-6%;纳米抗磨添加剂5-12%;防锈剂2-4%;余量为水。其中,纳米抗磨添加剂为纳米铜,防锈剂为磺酸钠。本发明中添加纳米铜抗磨添加剂,极压抗磨性能好,能有效降低摩擦系数,提高拉拔速度和效率,组分能有效地生物降解,是一种环境友好型绿色产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及钢丝绳湿式拉丝工艺,尤其涉及一种钢丝绳湿式拉丝工艺用润滑剂。
背景技术
近年来,随着国民经济的发展,各生产部门对钢丝绳的需求量越来越大,这就要求不断提高钢丝绳的拉拔速度和延长拉丝模的使用寿命,从而大幅度地提高钢丝绳的产量质量和扩大其品种。在钢丝冷加工变形过程中,良好的润滑条件是获得优质钢丝表而的重要条件之一。通常钢丝拉拔润滑方式分为两种:粗丝用干式拉拔法;细丝用湿式拉拔法。前者润滑采用粉剂,后者采用乳化液。国内所生产润滑剂性能较差,不能满足钢丝绳的质量要求,国外的一些湿拉润滑剂综合性能较好,但价格偏高。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术中的不足提供了一种高性能、低成本的钢丝绳湿式拉丝工艺用润滑剂。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明通过下述技术方案得以解决:
一种钢丝绳湿式拉丝工艺用润滑剂,其特征在于,包括含重量百分数的如下组分:季戊四醇油酸酯10~15%;磷酸酯8~10%;液体石蜡6-12%;卵磷脂3-8%;甘油3-6%;纳米抗磨添加剂5-12%;防锈剂2-4%;余量为水。
其中,所述纳米抗磨添加剂为纳米铜。
其中,所述防锈剂为磺酸钠。
本发明的有益效果和优点在于:本发明中添加纳米铜抗磨添加剂,极压抗磨性能好,能有效降低摩擦系数,提高拉拔速度和效率,组分能有效地生物降解,是一种环境友好型绿色产品。

一种钢丝绳湿式拉丝工艺用润滑剂,包括含重量百分数的如下组分:季戊四醇油酸酯10%;磷酸酯10%;液体石蜡6%;卵磷脂8%;甘油3%;纳米铜12%;磺酸钠2%;余量为水。

一种钢丝绳湿式拉丝工艺用润滑剂,包括含重量百分数的如下组分:季戊四醇油酸酯15%;磷酸酯8%;液体石蜡12%;卵磷脂3%;甘油6%;纳米铜5%;磺酸钠4%;余量为水。
实施例3
一种钢丝绳湿式拉丝工艺用润滑剂,包括含重量百分数的如下组分:季戊四醇油酸酯12.5%;磷酸酯9%;液体石蜡9%;卵磷脂5.5%;甘油4.5%;纳米铜8.5%;磺酸钠3%;余量为水。

1.一种钢丝绳湿式拉丝工艺用润滑剂,其特征在于,包括含重量百分数的如下组分:季戊四醇油酸酯10~15%;磷酸酯8~10%;液体石蜡6-12%;卵磷脂3-8%;甘油3-6%;纳米抗磨添加剂5-12%;防锈剂2-4%;余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的钢丝绳湿式拉丝工艺用润滑剂,其特征在于,所述纳米抗磨添加剂为纳米铜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的钢丝绳湿式拉丝工艺用润滑剂,其特征在于,所述防锈剂为磺酸钠。
