本发明公开了一种大型具有伸缩功能的LED节能灯,包括主壳体,所述主壳体的中间上部固定有上板体,主壳体的底端面上固定有底部环形圈,两个弧形板组成圆柱桶体,圆柱桶体的顶部固定在上板体上,圆柱桶体的底端固定在底部环形圈上,两个弧形板之间形成有轴向竖直滑槽,圆柱桶体与主壳体之间具有环形腔体,环形腔体的内侧壁上固定有至少两个移动装置,移动装置上设有的移动块上固定有滑移连接块,滑移连接块插套在对应的轴向竖直滑槽中,LED灯主板的边部固定在滑移连接块上,LED灯主板的底面固定有多个LED灯。它耗电量小,而且其LED灯可以进行上下调节,从而调节照射效果和照射距离,效果非常好。

本发明涉及节能灯技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种大型具有伸缩功能的led节能灯。
背景技术:
现有大型节能灯其一般无法调节LED灯珠的前后移动,从而无法实现照射范围的调节,一般需要将节能灯安装在灯具设备上,通过灯具设备的相关部件调节来实现,效果不理想。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种大型具有伸缩功能的led节能灯,它耗电量小,而且其led灯可以进行上下调节,从而调节照射效果和照射距离,效果非常好。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种大型具有伸缩功能的led节能灯,包括主壳体,所述主壳体的中间上部固定有上板体,主壳体的底端面上固定有底部环形圈,两个弧形板组成圆柱桶体,圆柱桶体的顶部固定在上板体上,圆柱桶体的底端固定在底部环形圈上,两个弧形板之间形成有轴向竖直滑槽,圆柱桶体与主壳体之间具有环形腔体,环形腔体的内侧壁上固定有至少两个移动装置,移动装置上设有的移动块上固定有滑移连接块,滑移连接块插套在对应的轴向竖直滑槽中,led灯主板的边部固定在滑移连接块上,led灯主板的底面固定有多个led灯,led灯主板的顶面固定有散热铝块,上板体的中部具有轴向通孔。
所述主壳体的顶端螺接有灯罩体,灯罩体的顶端中部具有向上延伸的延伸连接部,螺接底座固定在延伸连接部的外壁上,延伸连接部的中部固定有绝缘填充块,绝缘填充块的顶面固定有电连接头,led 灯主板上的正负连接线分别与电连接头和螺接底座相连接。
所述led灯主板上的其中一个正负连接线穿过延伸连接部与螺接底座相连接。
所述灯罩体上具有多个流通孔,主壳体的上部侧壁具有多个侧壁流通孔。
所述移动装置包括移动架,竖直螺杆的两端铰接在移动架的顶板和底板上,移动架的顶板上固定有调节电机,调节电机的输出轴上为花键轴,花键轴插套在竖直螺杆的顶端具有的花键孔中,移动块螺接在竖直螺杆中。
所述移动架的底部固定有弧形挡板,弧形挡板覆盖滑移连接块下方的轴向竖直滑槽。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它耗电量小,而且其led灯可以进行上下调节,从而调节照射效果和照射距离,效果非常好。

实施例:见图1至图2所示,一种大型具有伸缩功能的led节能灯,包括主壳体10,所述主壳体10的中间上部固定有上板体11,主壳体10的底端面上固定有底部环形圈12,两个弧形板13组成圆柱桶体,圆柱桶体的顶部固定在上板体11上,圆柱桶体的底端固定在底部环形圈12上,两个弧形板13之间形成有轴向竖直滑槽15,圆柱桶体与主壳体10之间具有环形腔体20,环形腔体20的内侧壁上固定有至少两个移动装置30,移动装置30上设有的移动块31上固定有滑移连接块32,滑移连接块32插套在对应的轴向竖直滑槽15 中,led灯主板16的边部固定在滑移连接块32上,led灯主板16的底面固定有多个led灯161,led灯主板16的顶面固定有散热铝块 17,上板体11的中部具有轴向通孔。
进一步的说,所述主壳体10的顶端螺接有灯罩体18,灯罩体18 的顶端中部具有向上延伸的延伸连接部19,螺接底座191固定在延伸连接部19的外壁上,延伸连接部19的中部固定有绝缘填充块192,绝缘填充块192的顶面固定有电连接头193,led灯主板16上的正负连接线分别与电连接头193和螺接底座191相连接。
进一步的说,所述led灯主板16上的其中一个正负连接线穿过延伸连接部19与螺接底座191相连接。
进一步的说,所述灯罩体18上具有多个流通孔181,主壳体10 的上部侧壁具有多个侧壁流通孔101。
进一步的说,所述移动装置30包括移动架33,竖直螺杆34的两端铰接在移动架33的顶板和底板上,移动架33的顶板上固定有调节电机35,调节电机35的输出轴上为花键轴,花键轴插套在竖直螺杆34的顶端具有的花键孔中,移动块31螺接在竖直螺杆34中。
进一步的说,所述移动架33的底部固定有弧形挡板36,弧形挡板36覆盖滑移连接块32下方的轴向竖直滑槽15。
本实施,通过移动装置30的调节电机35运行,可以实现竖直螺杆34转动,从而实现移动块31的上下移动,从而调节led灯161的照射角度,调节照射效果,满足不同的照射要求。

1.一种大型具有伸缩功能的led节能灯,包括主壳体(10),其特征在于:所述主壳体(10)的中间上部固定有上板体(11),主壳体(10)的底端面上固定有底部环形圈(12),两个弧形板(13)组成圆柱桶体,圆柱桶体的顶部固定在上板体(11)上,圆柱桶体的底端固定在底部环形圈(12)上,两个弧形板(13)之间形成有轴向竖直滑槽(15),圆柱桶体与主壳体(10)之间具有环形腔体(20),环形腔体(20)的内侧壁上固定有至少两个移动装置(30),移动装置(30)上设有的移动块(31)上固定有滑移连接块(32),滑移连接块(32)插套在对应的轴向竖直滑槽(15)中,led灯主板(16)的边部固定在滑移连接块(32)上,led灯主板(16)的底面固定有多个led灯(161),led灯主板(16)的顶面固定有散热铝块(17),上板体(11)的中部具有轴向通孔;
所述主壳体(10)的顶端螺接有灯罩体(18),灯罩体(18)的顶端中部具有向上延伸的延伸连接部(19),螺接底座(191)固定在延伸连接部(19)的外壁上,延伸连接部(19)的中部固定有绝缘填充块(192),绝缘填充块(192)的顶面固定有电连接头(193),led灯主板(16)上的正负连接线分别与电连接头(193)和螺接底座(191)相连接;
所述移动装置(30)包括移动架(33),竖直螺杆(34)的两端铰接在移动架(33)的顶板和底板上,移动架(33)的顶板上固定有调节电机(35),调节电机(35)的输出轴上为花键轴,花键轴插套在竖直螺杆(34)的顶端具有的花键孔中,移动块(31)螺接在竖直螺杆(34)中。
