本发明公开了一种绿色节能LED灯具用角度调节装置,包括灯具连接底座,所述灯具连接底座的顶面中部具有球面凹槽,球面凹槽的底面中部具有轴向穿线通孔,连接座的中部底面具有球面凸起,球面凸起插套在球面凹槽中,连接座的中部顶面具有凹孔部,凹孔部中固定有螺接套,螺接套的底面中部固定有绝缘套,绝缘套中插套有接触块,接触块插套在凹孔部的底面中部具有连接凹孔中,接触块的底端固定有缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧插套在连接凹孔中并固定在连接凹孔的底面上,接触块和螺接套均连接有总电连接线,总电连接线伸出球面凸起的底面并伸入轴向穿线通孔中。它上面安装上LED灯后,倾斜调节电机运行可以调节LED灯的照射角度,满足不同的照射要求。

本发明涉及节能灯技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种绿色节能LED灯具用角度调节装置。
背景技术:
现有的LED灯一般是固定在灯具中,而灯具一般是固定的,其照射角度无法进行调节,使得其无法根据使用者的需要进行调节,效果有限。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种绿色节能LED灯具用角度调节装置,它上面安装上LED灯后,通过倾斜调节电机运行可以调节LED灯的照射角度,满足不同的照射要求。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种绿色节能LED灯具用角度调节装置,包括灯具连接底座,所述灯具连接底座的顶面中部具有球面凹槽,球面凹槽的底面中部具有轴向穿线通孔,连接座的中部底面具有球面凸起,球面凸起插套在球面凹槽中,连接座的中部顶面具有凹孔部,凹孔部中固定有螺接套,螺接套的底面中部固定有绝缘套,绝缘套中插套有接触块,接触块插套在凹孔部的底面中部具有连接凹孔中,接触块的底端固定有缓冲弹簧,缓冲弹簧插套在连接凹孔中并固定在连接凹孔的底面上,接触块和螺接套均连接有总电连接线,总电连接线伸出球面凸起的底面并伸入轴向穿线通孔中。
所述灯具连接底座的外侧壁具有延伸连接板,延伸连接板的一端固定有倾斜调节电机,倾斜调节电机的输出轴向上伸出延伸连接板并螺接有调节螺套,调节螺套的顶端铰接在连接座的对应一侧具有的向外延伸的延伸部的底面上。
所述延伸连接板与倾斜调节电机相对的另一侧上插套有连接杆,连接杆的上端铰接在对应的延伸部的底面上,连接杆的下端固定有限位块,限位块处于延伸连接板的下方。
所述延伸连接板与倾斜调节电机相对的另一侧上具有插孔,插孔的内侧壁上固定有自润滑套,连接杆插套在自润滑套中。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它上面安装上LED灯后,通过倾斜调节电机运行可以调节LED灯的照射角度,满足不同的照射要求。

实施例:见图1所示,一种绿色节能LED灯具用角度调节装置,包括灯具连接底座30,所述灯具连接底座30的顶面中部具有球面凹槽31,球面凹槽31的底面中部具有轴向穿线通孔32,连接座40的中部底面具有球面凸起41,球面凸起41插套在球面凹槽31中,连接座40的中部顶面具有凹孔部42,凹孔部42中固定有螺接套43,螺接套43的底面中部固定有绝缘套44,绝缘套44中插套有接触块45,接触块45插套在凹孔部42的底面中部具有连接凹孔46中,接触块45的底端固定有缓冲弹簧47,缓冲弹簧47插套在连接凹孔46中并固定在连接凹孔46的底面上,接触块45和螺接套43均连接有总电连接线,总电连接线伸出球面凸起41的底面并伸入轴向穿线通孔32中。
进一步的说,所述灯具连接底座30的外侧壁具有延伸连接板33,延伸连接板33的一端固定有倾斜调节电机34,倾斜调节电机34的输出轴向上伸出延伸连接板33并螺接有调节螺套35,调节螺套35的顶端铰接在连接座40的对应一侧具有的向外延伸的延伸部48的底面上。
进一步的说,所述延伸连接板33与倾斜调节电机34相对的另一侧上插套有连接杆36,连接杆36的上端铰接在对应的延伸部48的底面上,连接杆36的下端固定有限位块37,限位块37处于延伸连接板33的下方。
进一步的说,所述延伸连接板33与倾斜调节电机34相对的另一侧上具有插孔331,插孔331的内侧壁上固定有自润滑套332,连接杆36插套在自润滑套332中。
本实施例中,将LED灯安装在螺接套43中,通过倾斜调节电机34运行,可以调节连接座40的倾斜角度,从而调节处于连接座40上的LED灯的照射角度,满足使用者的照射要求。

1.一种绿色节能LED灯具用角度调节装置,包括灯具连接底座(30),其特征在于:所述灯具连接底座(30)的顶面中部具有球面凹槽(31),球面凹槽(31)的底面中部具有轴向穿线通孔(32),连接座(40)的中部底面具有球面凸起(41),球面凸起(41)插套在球面凹槽(31)中,连接座(40)的中部顶面具有凹孔部(42),凹孔部(42)中固定有螺接套(43),螺接套(43)的底面中部固定有绝缘套(44),绝缘套(44)中插套有接触块(45),接触块(45)插套在凹孔部(42)的底面中部具有连接凹孔(46)中,接触块(45)的底端固定有缓冲弹簧(47),缓冲弹簧(47)插套在连接凹孔(46)中并固定在连接凹孔(46)的底面上,接触块(45)和螺接套(43)均连接有总电连接线,总电连接线伸出球面凸起(41)的底面并伸入轴向穿线通孔(32)中;
所述灯具连接底座(30)的外侧壁具有延伸连接板(33),延伸连接板(33)的一端固定有倾斜调节电机(34),倾斜调节电机(34)的输出轴向上伸出延伸连接板(33)并螺接有调节螺套(35),调节螺套(35)的顶端铰接在连接座(40)的对应一侧具有的向外延伸的延伸部(48)的底面上;
所述延伸连接板(33)与倾斜调节电机(34)相对的另一侧上插套有连接杆(36),连接杆(36)的上端铰接在对应的延伸部(48)的底面上,连接杆(36)的下端固定有限位块(37),限位块(37)处于延伸连接板(33)的下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种绿色节能LED灯具用角度调节装置,其特征在于:所述延伸连接板(33)与倾斜调节电机(34)相对的另一侧上具有插孔(331),插孔(331)的内侧壁上固定有自润滑套(332),连接杆(36)插套在自润滑套(332)中。
