本发明公开了一种低功耗节能电动球阀。其包括一个固定式的阀体,阀体的下方装有球体芯,球体芯垂直安装,其底部和阀体通过轴承固定至一体,球体芯的顶部穿过阀帽并一直延伸至执行器控制盒内,球体芯的顶部通过联轴器和电动执行器固定为一体;阀体上,球体芯的右侧为出液口,球体芯的左侧为进液口,球体芯的左侧设置有活塞,活塞和球体芯之间镶嵌固定有四氟垫,活塞的左侧为弹簧,弹簧的左端卡装在进液口内侧,活塞和阀体的内壁结合处设置有两道O型圈。本发明解决了大口径球阀的低功耗控制开关的难题,本发明更具有等面积直通介质流通能力强,体积小,无压力损失的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于低功耗电动阀门技术领域,具体涉及一种低功耗节能电动球阀。
背景技术
电动阀门广泛用于市政供水、暖通空调、工业生产、农业灌溉等领域,随着科学技术自动化程度的提高,阀门的智能化控制需求越来越广。传统的电动阀门的机械构造不适用于低功耗直流微电压电源驱动,目前,现有使用的低功耗直流供电大口径阀门多采用先导式电动阀门,而由于先导式电动阀门主体结构多为截止式,所以造成了压力损失过大,流通能力差,结构复杂,使用场合单一等缺点,大大的降低了低功耗电动阀门的使用范围。
如何通过现有技术的改进,采用球阀导通技术,实现等面积直通介质,流通能力强,体积小,无压力损失的优点,是现有本行业技术人员亟待解决的技术问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的问题,本发明的目的是提供一种低功耗节能电动球阀,其为解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案如下:一种低功耗节能电动球阀,包括一个固定式的阀体,阀体的下方装有球体芯,球体芯垂直安装,其底部和阀体通过轴承固定至一体,球体芯的顶部穿过阀帽并一直延伸至执行器控制盒内,球体芯和阀帽结合处固定有一个轴承和两个O型圈,所述的轴承设置在O型圈的下方,球体芯的顶部通过联轴器和电动执行器固定为一体;所述的执行器控制盒通过螺栓固定在阀帽顶部,阀帽通过螺栓和阀体固定为一体,阀帽和阀体结合处固定有一圈密封垫;阀体上,球体芯的右侧为出液口,球体芯的左侧为进液口,球体芯的左侧设置有活塞,活塞和球体芯之间镶嵌固定有四氟垫,活塞的左侧为弹簧,弹簧的左端卡装在进液口内侧,活塞和阀体的内壁结合处设置有两道O型圈。
所述的阀体上,阀体的内壁上和活塞接触部位打通有一个呼吸孔,所述的呼吸孔设置在两道O型圈之间并和阀体外部相通。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过在阀座上镶嵌密封垫,并与球体芯侧边紧密相触,以管道介质本身压力和弹簧辅助推动活塞,保障其密封性能,活塞克服了原有固定式阀座与球体芯的挤压力矩,再结合球体芯顶部的电动执行器的驱动,带动球体芯转动,从而减轻了开关的扭矩,解决了大口径球阀的低功耗控制开关的难题,本发明充分利用了球体芯的优点,使本发明更具有等面积直通介质流通能力强,体积小,无压力损失的优点。

具体实施方式
一种低功耗节能电动球阀,包括一个固定式的阀体1,阀体1的下方装有球体芯8,球体芯8垂直安装,其底部和阀体1通过轴承9固定至一体,球体芯8的顶部穿过阀帽2并一直延伸至执行器控制盒11内,球体芯8和阀帽2结合处固定有一个轴承9和两个O型圈5,所述的轴承9设置在O型圈5的下方,球体芯8上下设置两个轴承,可有效保证电动执行器5驱动球体芯4转动时运行阻力小;球体芯8的顶部通过联轴器13和电动执行器12固定为一体;所述的执行器控制盒11通过螺栓14固定在阀帽2顶部;阀体1上,球体芯8的右侧15为出液口,球体芯8的左侧为进液口16,球体芯8的左侧设置有活塞3,活塞3和球体芯8之间镶嵌固定有四氟垫4,活塞3的左侧为弹簧7,弹簧7的左端卡装在进液口16内侧,活塞3和阀体1的内壁结合处设置有两道O型圈5。
本发明所述的阀体1组装时应注意,阀帽2通过螺栓14和阀体1安装至一体,为保证阀帽2和阀体1安装的密封性,阀帽2和阀体1之间设有一圈密封垫14;执行器控制盒11的底部通过螺栓14和阀帽2安装至一体。
所述的阀体1上,阀体的内壁上和活塞接触部位打通有一个呼吸孔6,所述的呼吸孔6设置在两道O型圈之间并和阀体1的外部相通,其作用是自动调节阀体1内外部压力,起到平衡阀体1内外部压力差的作用。
本发明运行时,本发明通过在活塞3与球体芯8之间镶嵌四氟垫4,并与球体芯8侧边紧密相触,以阀体1内部管道介质本身压力和弹簧7辅助推动活塞3,保障其密封性能,活塞3克服了原有固定式阀座与球体芯8的挤压力矩,从而减轻了开关的扭矩,再通过球体芯8上下两端的柄轴上各套装有一个轴承9,极大的促进了球体芯8转动时的顺畅性,有效的降低了球体芯8转动时的阻力,减少了电动执行器12的耗能,解决了大口径球阀低功耗控制开关的难题,本发明充分利用了球体芯的优点,使本发明更具有等面积直通介质流通能力强,体积小,无压力损失的优点,可在市政供水、暖通空调、工业生产、农业灌溉等领域广泛推广。

Claims (2)

1.一种低功耗节能电动球阀,包括一个固定式的阀体,其特征在于:阀体的下方装有球体芯,球体芯垂直安装,其底部和阀体通过轴承固定至一体,球体芯的顶部穿过阀帽并一直延伸至执行器控制盒内,球体芯和阀帽结合处固定有一个轴承和两个O型圈,所述的轴承设置在O型圈的下方,球体芯的项部通过联轴器和电动执行器固定为一体;所述的执行器控制盒通过螺栓固定在阀帽顶部,阀帽通过螺栓和阀体固定为一体,阀帽和阀体结合处固定有一圈密封垫;阀体上,球体芯的右侧为出液口,球体芯的左侧为进液口,球体芯的左侧设置有活塞,活塞和球体芯之间镶嵌固定有四氟垫,活塞的左侧为弹簧,弹簧的左端卡装在进液口内侧,活塞和阀体的内壁结合处设置有两道O型圈。
2.如权利要求1所述的低功耗节能电动球阀,其特征在于:所述的阀体上,阀体的内壁上和活塞接触部位打通有一个呼吸孔,所述的呼吸孔设置在两道O型圈之间并和阀体外部相通。
