技术领域
本发明涉及一种热塑性橡胶发泡材料FRB及其制备方法,属于新材料领域。
背景技术
现有技术中的鞋底材料包括橡胶、TPR、EVA发泡材料、聚氨酯发泡材料TPU以及PVC材料等等。
橡胶材料是最为久远的鞋底材料,特点是弹性好、耐磨、止滑、耐寒、耐油等,但是密度太高(1.1-1.4g/cm3),而且硫化生产过程非常不环保,工人劳动强度大,产能低,鞋底气味重,遇冷会吐霜,易老化***,废弃物不可回收使用。
TPR材料为主要鞋底材料、健身器材材料及玩具材料,但是依然存在密度太高(一般0.8-1.2g/cm3),而且曲折性和回弹性较差,表面粗糙,舒适性差,市面上普遍通过添加发泡剂及耐磨剂来解决TPR的密度和耐磨问题,但是由于密度降低,材料的撕拉强度,耐曲折性又自然降低,完全达不到使用的要求。
EVA发泡材料比重很轻(0.25-0.4g/cm3),被广泛运用到运动鞋及凉拖鞋上,但止滑性以及耐磨性差,虽然初期弹性很好,但是经过长时间的踩踏和氧化老化后,就会发硬,透气性差,发臭;而且需经硫化工艺成型,产量低下,不可回收。该材料只可生产单色鞋底,如果需要双色或双密度,则需人工粘合橡胶与其他材料,成本太高。
聚氨酯材料TPU是新兴的鞋用材料,现广泛运用于凉鞋和单鞋大底上,密度低,表面平整美观。但止滑性差、易水解、耐裂耐寒性差,遇冷易裂解,且表面全部需要喷漆处理,只可单色生产,废弃物不可回收使用;现有技术中的巴斯夫(BASF)产品E-TPU具有泡孔均匀,致密,成型制品强度高,回弹性好,密度低(0.18-0.25g/cm3),高弹减震,轻便舒适等特点。但价格太高,设备投入量大,加工工艺复杂,成品率低,且耐黄变,耐水解的问题尚未完全解决。色泽单一,需人工粘合橡胶等材料来完善大底耐磨、止滑等性能。
PVC材料是最通用的鞋用材料,为低端产品,耐低温性差,含有重金属和邻苯二甲酸盐等化工材料,不环保,欧美等国家严禁使用。
现有技术中的EVA材料和SEBS材料结合的合成橡胶发泡材料虽然解决了密度与表面粗糙的问题,但是需要通过硫化工艺生产,产能太低,设备投入大,产品不够环保,双色生产难。
在公告号为CN102031010的中国专利文献中提出在TPR中添加20-25%的EVA材料共聚密炼并通过物理发泡的方式以降低TPR的密度,该技术方案存在几处缺点,首先添加如此大比例的EVA,根本不可能共聚密炼,生产出的原料非常粘,而且硬度很硬,造粒很困难,其次是EVA材料发泡原理是化学发泡方法,通过高温硫化促进剂与AC发泡剂产生气体发泡,如果密炼后通过外加发泡剂不可能存在发泡因素,最后即使生产出产品,但是生产出的鞋底粘胶性很差,必须人工打磨方可粘胶,生产成本太高,市场推广性几乎不存在。
另外,在公告号为CN102718996A中国专利文献中还公开了一种改性热塑性橡胶合成的超轻发泡TPR材料及其制备方法,其具体公开了以下配比:

该超轻发泡TPR材料虽然解决了TPR密度问题,但该材料存在抗撕裂强度较差,抗拉力不够,曲折性也较差,压缩歪较高,弹性、回弹性不理想,不够环保,粘合力差,粘胶困难,耐老化差,表面易吸附灰尘、泡孔不均匀,留痕明显等问题。
发明内容
针对现有技术中的存在的不足,本发明提供一种热塑性橡胶发泡材料FRB,该热塑性橡胶发泡材料FRB不仅具有高拉伸强度、高回弹性的特点,还具有低压缩歪,流动性好,橡胶质感佳,密度低,抗拉力好,低温曲折强度高,耐水解,耐低温,环保,废弃物可循环使用,粘胶力强,着色容易的优点。
本发明还提供一种热塑性橡胶发泡材料FRB的制备方法。
本发明的技术方案如下:
方案一
一种热塑性橡胶发泡材料FRB,由以下原料按以下重量配比配制而成:
苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物SBS30-70份
乙烯辛烯嵌段共聚物OBC5-30份
丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物3-10份
聚苯乙烯PS3-10份
白油5-30份
白炭黑3-8份
填料3-8份
微球发泡剂0.5-3份
化学发泡剂0.5-3份
硅酮弹性体1-3份
泡孔调节剂2-5份。
其中,所述丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物为丁苯透明抗冲橡胶。
其中,所述硅酮弹性体为改性氨基硅酮弹性体。
其中,所述发泡剂为二苯磺酰肼醚(不产生甲酰胺);或者偶氨二甲酰胺ADCA;或者DPT;或者碳酸氢钠。所述二苯磺酰肼醚的别名为4,4'-氧代双苯磺酰肼或者对,对'-氧化双苯磺酰肼;其英文名为4,4’-Oxy-bis(benzenesulfonylhydrazide),即发泡剂OBSH。
其中,所述泡孔调节剂为丙烯酸-丙烯腈共聚物。
方案二
一种制备热塑性橡胶发泡材料FRB的方法,包括以下依序进行的步骤:
(1)先将30-70份的苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物SBS和5-30份的乙烯辛烯嵌段共聚物OBC与5-30份的白油充分搅拌60-90分钟;
(2)再将3-10份的丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物和3-10份的聚苯乙烯PS放入,同时搅拌至少30分钟,充分混合均匀;
(3)再放入3-8份的白炭黑、3-8份填料、1-3份硅酮弹性体以及2-5份泡孔调节剂搅拌,让丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物和聚苯乙烯在搅拌的过程中融入混合物中,放入密炼机中熔融共混,密炼完毕后挤出造粒;
(4)再外拌0.5-3份的微球发泡剂及0.5-3份的化学发泡剂,将颗粒放入注塑机后加温至170-180度,最后注入模具中经冷却后成型。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明的所述热塑性橡胶发泡材料FRB具有高拉伸强度、高回弹性,低压缩歪,流动性好,橡胶质感佳,密度低,抗拉力好,低温曲折强度高,耐水解,耐低温,环保,废弃物可循环使用,粘胶力强,着色容易的优点。
(2)本发明的所述热塑性橡胶发泡材料FRB能采用常规生产方法。可广泛应用于运动鞋底,童鞋底,拖鞋、鞋垫等鞋材领域。

苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物SBS30-70份
乙烯辛烯嵌段共聚物OBC5-30份
丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物3-10份
聚苯乙烯PS3-10份
白油5-30份
白炭黑3-8份
填料3-8份
微球发泡剂0.5-3份

所述苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物SBS所采用的规格为:1475、675、875以及4412。
所述丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物为丁苯透明抗冲橡胶。

按上述配比比例先将SBS和OBC与的白油充分搅拌60-120分钟,再将丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物和的聚苯乙烯放入,同时搅拌30-60分钟,充分混合均匀,再放入除微球发泡剂及化学发泡剂外的其他原料搅拌,让丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物和聚苯乙烯在搅拌的过程中融入混合物中,放入密炼机中熔融共混,密炼完毕后挤出造粒,再外拌微球发泡剂及化学发泡剂,将颗粒放入注塑机后加温至170-180度,最后注入模具中经冷却后成型。

一种制备热塑性橡胶发泡材料FRB的方法,工艺如下:
按上述配比比例先将SBS和OBC与的白油充分搅拌60分钟,再将丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物和的聚苯乙烯放入,同时搅拌30分钟,充分混合均匀,再放入除微球发泡剂及化学发泡剂外的其他原料搅拌,让丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物和聚苯乙烯在搅拌的过程中融入混合物中,放入密炼机中熔融共混,密炼完毕后挤出造粒,再外拌微球发泡剂及化学发泡剂,将颗粒放入注塑机后加温至170度,最后注入模具中经冷却后成型。
实施例3
一种热塑性橡胶发泡材料FRB,由以下原料按以下重量配比配制而成:
苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物SBS70份
乙烯辛烯嵌段共聚物OBC30份
丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物10份
聚苯乙烯PS10份
白油30份
白炭黑8份
填料8份
微球发泡剂3份
化学发泡剂3份
硅酮弹性体3份
泡孔调节剂5份。
一种制备热塑性橡胶发泡材料FRB的方法,工艺如下:
按上述配比比例先将SBS和OBC与的白油充分搅拌120分钟,再将丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物和的聚苯乙烯放入,同时搅拌60分钟,充分混合均匀,再放入除微球发泡剂及化学发泡剂外的其他原料搅拌,让丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物和聚苯乙烯在搅拌的过程中融入混合物中,放入密炼机中熔融共混,密炼完毕后挤出造粒,再外拌微球发泡剂及化学发泡剂,将颗粒放入注塑机后加温至180度,最后注入模具中经冷却后成型。

聚苯乙烯PS10份
白油5份

填料3份
微球发泡剂3份
化学发泡剂0.5份
硅酮弹性体3份
泡孔调节剂2份。

按上述配比比例先将SBS和OBC与的白油充分搅拌60分钟,再将丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物和的聚苯乙烯放入,同时搅拌60分钟,充分混合均匀,再放入除微球发泡剂及化学发泡剂外的其他原料搅拌,让丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物和聚苯乙烯在搅拌的过程中融入混合物中,放入密炼机中熔融共混,密炼完毕后挤出造粒,再外拌微球发泡剂及化学发泡剂,将颗粒放入注塑机后加温至170度,最后注入模具中经冷却后成型。
在以上各实施例中:
所述苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物SBS的规格为1475、675、875或4412。
所述丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物为丁苯透明抗冲橡胶。
所述硅酮弹性体为改性氨基硅酮弹性体。
所述发泡剂为二苯磺酰肼醚(不产生甲酰胺);或者偶氨二甲酰胺(ADCA);或者DPT;或者碳酸氢钠。所述二苯磺酰肼醚的别名为4,4'-氧代双苯磺酰肼或者对,对’-氧化双苯磺酰肼;+
其英文名为4,4’-Oxy-bis(benzenesulfonylhydrazide),即发泡剂OBSH。所述乙烯辛烯嵌段共聚物OBC为陶氏化学公司生产的OBCs。
所述泡孔调节剂为丙烯酸-丙烯腈共聚物。
本发明的各实施例的实验数据如下:
如上表所示:本发明各实施例所制备的热塑性橡胶发泡材料FRB具有高拉伸强度、高回弹性,低压缩歪,流动性好,橡胶质感佳,密度低,抗拉力好,低温曲折强度高,耐水解,耐低温,粘胶力强,着色容易的优点。

Claims (6)

1.一种热塑性橡胶发泡材料FRB,其特征在于:由以下原料按以下重量配比配制而成:
苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物SBS30-70份
乙烯辛烯嵌段共聚物OBC5-30份
丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物3-10份
聚苯乙烯PS3-10份
白油5-30份
白炭黑3-8份
填料3-8份
微球发泡剂0.5-3份
化学发泡剂0.5-3份
硅酮弹性体1-3份
泡孔调节剂2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热塑性橡胶发泡材料FRB,其特征在于:所述丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物为丁苯透明抗冲橡胶。
3.根据权利要求2所述的热塑性橡胶发泡材料FRB,其特征在于:所述硅酮弹性体为改性氨基硅酮弹性体。
4.根据权利要求3所述的热塑性橡胶发泡材料FRB,其特征在于:所述发泡剂为二苯磺酰肼醚;或者偶氨二甲酰胺ADCA;或者DPT;或者碳酸氢钠。
5.根据权利要求4所述的热塑性橡胶发泡材料FRB,其特征在于:所述泡孔调节剂为丙烯酸-丙烯腈共聚物。
6.一种用于制备权利要求1-5中任一项所述的热塑性橡胶发泡材料FRB的制备方法,其特征在于:它包括以下依序进行的步骤:
(1)先将30-70份的苯乙烯丁二烯嵌段共聚物SBS和5-30份的乙烯辛烯嵌段共聚物OBC与5-30份的白油充分搅拌60-90分钟;
(2)再将3-10份的丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物和3-10份的聚苯乙烯PS放入,同时搅拌至少30分钟,充分混合均匀;
(3)再放入3-8份的白炭黑、3-8份填料、1-3份硅酮弹性体以及2-5份泡孔调节剂搅拌,让丁二烯苯乙烯共聚物和聚苯乙烯在搅拌的过程中融入混合物中,放入密炼机中熔融共混,密炼完毕后挤出造粒;
(4)再外拌0.5-3份的微球发泡剂及0.5-3份的化学发泡剂,将颗粒放入注塑机后加温至170-180度,最后注入模具中经冷却后成型。
